I would like to know peoples opinion on the possibilty of converting the discussions subform to a simple OOC forum where you can discuss anything you wish not only WoT.

Ya, plus you can make all sorts of random OOC-type threads, like avatar contests, or the ^ game. Those are threads my crew members have created that seemed to work well.

I have a suggestion:
If someone (a member or otherwise) misuses the guild, or doesn't follow the rules, we should make a penance thread. Everyone deserves a second chance, so instead of banning them from the giuld, have them do penance, banning them from the RP forums until they learn.
