It took a little over an hour for the pair to make their way out of the valley. Although his lands lay just on the other side, the valley cliffs made it a bit difficult to get around. He knew of the path that would take them through it without having to climb back up, but it was a bit out of the way, and by the time they had arrived through the valley they were a bit off coarse as far as travels went. Passing by Hige's lands, which were a bit to the south, it did not take long to retrace the steps it took to find the passageway in the first place.
Nearing the sea, and his lands, already the air was thick with salt. Phib always found this strange, when the ocean was still a good five miles away. A mile closer, and you could even taste it in the night. Dusk had finally fallen, but for wolves, it was only just now the peek of activity. "Not too far now." The black wolf remarked, and carefully crossed the bough of a rock. Somewhere in the distance, the faint and soft smell of another wolf was present- and very likely, Ame was indeed waiting for them.

The distance seemed ever so far and wide, travessing across such terrain making it just difficult to achieve reaching the dark one's lands. Sure enough the journey was worth it, though. This was something Fute knew more now than ever, as a strong feeling of being 'right' took over him. No longer did he feel the urge to go forward, as something told him he was going the right way all along. Whatever the feeling was though, or whatever was telling him this, rather, was odd/strange. Enough to make him begin sniffing about, which brought the scent of another wolf into his nostrils, eventually. It was extremely faint and almost unrecognizable, but he hoped it to be Ame. "Good." he responded to Phib, carefully creeping up behind him slowly, trying to keep from losing his balance in such a rocky landscape area.

Soft melodic howling ringed through the air gently for a moment. It was indeed Ame at the other end of the line. Not too much long later did they arive upon her location. She looked ever so much different than the last time they had happened upon one another. This time she had a different glow about her. Something far more magnificent than that of any other femme wolf he'd seen. Not that there had been many, or any much for that matter, but that was beside the point...
"Yes.." he agreed, whenever Phib spoke of how he'd come to talk with her. "...Alone, that is. ... I mean, if that's okay." He bowed his head only a few specks below its original position as he said that, almost as if he were in the company of a hierarchy of such.

Gentle breezes swayed past the two of them as Phib exited far off enough from earshot, so as to not overhear the conversation. Fute hadn't payed too much attention entirely to Phib's remarks, or anything much else for any concern. It felt good to actually be out in the open, ready and willing to display any and all emotions to the female. This dream had been puzzling him right from the start, and it was sure enough becoming too much for the male. He allowed a softened smile to glisten across his maw. "I'm fine...." he responded, then waited a second before going on. "...I think."
His head easily lowered itself to the southeast, orbs gazing down upon the grains of sand that spread out for what seemed to be miles, either way you looked. "I had this dream recently....it's been bothering me....I thought maybe a femme's intuition would help me here..."

Amelie seemed wise beyond her years, in a sense. At least, with the way she spoke... Fute looked back up at her and continued. "I can't quite recall everything, but the scenes keep playing over and over in my head. Running...fast running...people chasing me....my friends...." His eyes squinted as though a headache had fallen to dwell in his body. "My friends were chasing me, but I really doubt it was my friends. And then, then there was this song....this melodic sound....something about going to the east...the west.....finding out who you really are.....I don't get it!" He sighed in frustration at the entire ordeal. How could one nonsensical dream be putting so much weight on his head like this? Never in his life had he felt so strongly about something that didn't even exist! It wasn't real! It-It couldn't be....
"But then....then I woke up cold sweats. And I remember something telling me....something inside of me echoing urges for me to come thisaway....and then I met up with Phib...who helped me decide to come to you." His words finished finally and he awaited whatever would come from the femme.

He didn't know what to make of it all, really. But his friends' thoughts....nah. That wasn't what was bothering him. "Nah... I'm not worried what they think. We're all in good standings." He sighed once more. "It's just..." And then a thought crossed his mind. What about those random heat moments? "And then, then there's been this random heat moment or two. Like....where my temperature suddenly rose in my paw! It near about made a burned bruise or two on a friend of mine!" Sure enough, it was unexplainable, and terribly troubling. Then, as Ame asked if he tried to follow the dream, he nodded. "Yes. I've just now tried to start following it. On my way to you, to confront you with all this, I had this feeling strike me like I was doing something right. Going the right way." His gaze remained fixated on the horizon, almost as if he wasn't looking anywhere, but seeing things only within his mind, speaking them softly...

He nodded. "I felt the heat myself as well, yes..." It was super strange, and unbeknownst to him was it that any of it could ever make sense whatsoever. "I don't get what you mean, but, it just randomly happened. I'd never intentionally hurt someone, I-" His words were cut off by his thoughts once again. Meh. This was all so confusing. "And in the dream, the song, it said something about a quest." His mind trailed back and a clear flashback came of the near exact words that had been sung. "You must go to the east...go to the west...the road is rocky and the way is far. It's a dangerous trail, a difficult quest! Unless you want to know...you truly want to know...unless you want to know...who you reaalllllyy aree... I nearly fell off the edge of a cliff before I woke up. It crumbled beneath me, almost as if forcing me to plumet downwards. After that came the voice. My friends chasing me was almost like fire itself racing towards me. I couldn't outrun it until I outbursted, and then it faded at once." He hung his head down at last, wallowing in the memories.

Fute listened carefully as Amelie tried to sooth him and direct him to a more appropriate path. Just who was this Sol-Lun? A Shaman? Really? Heh..wow. "And just where might I find this, Sol-Lun?" he questioned, curiosity overflowing in his voice now. His eager nature made him want to reach the other wolf even moreso, but all the while his confused nature held him back that smidge more, each direction balancing him out to remaining calm. Whichever way this character would be, that is the path he would follow. He would not question the wisdom of a femme's intuition. How he'd come to know of such thing existing was far beyond him, but he knew it in his heart, and did not question it. "I will travel to him nomatter how far I must go."
