Daniel cut out several pictures he found and placed them on a large white sheet of paper. He glued them down in interesting places. He also had cut out random pictures of flowers and also glued them down, but in places between the previously glued pictures. He made sure he covered most of the space between each picture and looked for pictures of plants to cover the remaining spaces. He looked up and saw Nexen over in a corner, not knowing what she could possibly be doing back there. He questioned her slowly so that she could guess what he was saying. "Um, Nexen. What are you doing back there? Do you need any help?"
Vivina giggled as it seemed that Anoki liked her picture. She looked at his own work and she was awed at the way he cut his pictures. The edges were ragged, giving the picture an interesting look and she like that. Guess he didn't like scizzors. She heard him say something and perked her ears up. "I dunno if the magazines have anything I want. Maybe there are some pictures of clouds and hills and islands, but there aren't any pictures of you or Laial or me or anyone in them. Well thats what I think. Photo albums are different, but you can't cut them up unless there are copies, like my mom says!"
She looked over at Laial who had just grabbed a pencil to draw something of his own. She wondered what he'd be drawing and tilted her head a bit before focusing on her own collage again. She flipped through a nature magazine and looked for any picture that related to ibexes, nautiluses, foxes, and sugar gliders. Maybe something that represented the animal's habitat. She found and few and cut them out. Then she looked through more magazines to find more pictures to finish off her collage.
((In the next few days, I probably won't be on as much since my laptop's power cord died and needs to be replaced. The only other computer I can use is my parent's or my brothers. I'll try to keep up with this OPD and others whenever I can at home, most likely at school if I get the chance. sorry for the inconvenience~))

Nexen shook her head. It annoyed her slightly that the man spoke so slowly, like she was stupid or something. "Ich bin nicht bloed..." she muttered under her breath, hiding the knife along with the almost cut-out picture.
Scheu glanced over at the corner where Nexen was cutting. Hmmm... Scheu stood up to check on her, but when he arrived in the corner, Nexen was holding up a piece of paper cut out like a flower. No, not a normal piece of paper; the desert picture he cut out earlier was in his face. "A desert flower...?"
Nexen's ears tilted down as Scheu stared at her cut-out. Hopefully, he hadn't listened to the song, or at least recognize the flower. If he did....she wasn't supposed to listen to that CD. It's possible she wouldn't be able to go in the sandbox for a while if Maji found out, and Scheu reported everything to Maji.
Laial tried to concentrate and draw perfect circles. The three circles ended a little lopsided, but good enough for this. Hmmm...what would the horned kid want? Fire or Earth? Laial walked over to Anoki and tapped him on the shoulder. "Do you like fire or earth better?" he asked the ibex, not knowing how random this might have sounded.

She did draw him, and the other kid too, and everyone. That made Anoki feel slightly less special, but then again, what was he expecting? If he was drawing people he would probably draw everyone too. "It l-looks n-nice," he said energetically, bobbing his head up and down. "I l-like them. M-my m-mom says I c-c-can't c-cut t-things up t-too."
So keeping on his path of scissor avoidance, he grabbed another magazine. There was one picture of a beach that was pretty, but too much water. But there, one with lots of trees! He ripped that one out and stuck it next to the mountain, working intently until he was spoken to.
"Wh-what?" The question didn't make any sense to Anoki. He scrunched his face up, thinking about the two. He definitely didn't want fire. Once he'd gotten too close to the stove and almost burned his hand! Luckily Mahou found him in time, and he just singed a bit of hair. But the feeling wasn't nice at all.
"E-earth," he finally answered, voice thick with uncertainty.

Dan cocked his head and shrugged. Ok, he guessed that he shouldn't talk slowly to her again. As a matter of fact, she seemed to intimidate him a bit. He really shouldn't be afraid, but maybe it was the fact that she spoke a different language than him? He didn't know. He looked back over at his own collage and decided to add glitter. He went over and grabbed some from a cabinet and started to pour glue over several different spots with swirls and dots. "Oh, and if anyone wants to use glitter, I'll come over and help you with it."
Vivina smiled. "Thank you! And yeah, I got in trouble with scizzors also. I accidentally cut up some cloth that my mom needed for a party and I couldn't eat anything sweet for a week."
She grabbed the glue stick again and pasted pictures of a mountain, a hill, part of an ocean, a large grass plain, a desert, and tropical trees. She also added a few clouds here and there as well as a sun. She looked at it and smiled as she saw that her picture was done. When she heard Dan mention glitter, she looked at her collage again and decided that it could use some glitter. "Ooh, ohh, Dan! Can I use some glitter please?"
She raised her hand up and saw that a piece of paper was stuck to it. She peeled it off and saw that it was stuck to her other hand now. Growing frustrated, she peeled it off with her mouth and saw that it was now stuck to her nose. "Ah! This paper won't get off of me! Help! It's being evil!"

Laial nodded once and began drawing inside the circles. One for air, one for water, and one for earth. He decided against including Nexen because one, the ibex chose her element and two, he didn't feel like it. Why should he? She bit him before, after all...
Oooh, glitter. There must be some excuse to use glitter...he could outline the circles! Quickly scribbling in Ibex's circle, he dragged the paper over to the human adult. "Gli'er please," he demanded more than asked. Curious, he stuck his tentecle into the glitter bottle, pulling it back out after swirling it around. The result was a tentecle covered in silver glitter. However pretty it was, Laial didn't feel like having a tentecle full of glitter. So he did a seeminly logical thing and wiped off the tentecle with two other tentecles. Unfortunetly, this only resulted in three tentecles getting covered in glitter. Figuring this was some wierd mistake, he used his hands to wipe off his three tentecles. Of course, this resulted in getting glitter on his hands and still not removing it from his tentecles. Such was the magic of glitter.
Hearing about the paper crisis, Laial turned around to see Vivina with said paper in her face. Accidentally taking a glitter tentecle, he attemped removing the paper from her face.
((I put 'attempted' because I wasn't sure if you wanted the paper off her or not. ^^; ))

This was bad. Anoki was finished with his picture- mountains and trees and sky and clouds- but the others hadn't finished theirs yet, and he wanted to do something. But what? What could he do that wouldn't mean starting a whole new picture?
Anyone paying attention would almost be able to see the lightbulb appear above Anoki's head. The grin was far more obvious, and he started to reach for more paper, but paused halfway there. Who made that noise?
"Aaaa!" Vivina had paper stuck to her! That was bad... whenever he got something stuck to him, he had to get water on it, and that didn't feel nice at all. He quickly grabbed it with one hand, but then saw that Laial had the situation taken care of. "S-sorry..." he muttered, removing his hand. Or trying to, at least. "I-it's st-stuck!"

((This is just the start of chaos in the art room >D))
Daniel grinned and walked over to the kids with a box, various colored glitter, and glue bottles. "Hoho...so you want to put glitter on? Ok then, Vivina, you're first since you asked first. Put your collage in the box and use this glue bottle to design pattern with the glue, but don't squeeze too hard or else a big blob will pour out." He turned to look at Vivina after setting everything up and saw that she was furiously trying to get something off of her. Laial and Anoki both went after the piece of paper that was stuck to her nose, but Laial seemed to make things worse. He sighed and watched to see if they could remove it without making too much of a mess. Afterall, they needed to figure things out by themselves once in a while.
Vivina wiggled her nose at it grew itchy. She saw Laial reaching for the paper, but only resulted in getting glitter stuck onto the paper as well as her nose! "Gah! Laial! You got glitter on m- ah- ah- ACHOOO!" She sneezed loudly, removing some glitter, but not all. The paper was still stuck to her nose.
She looked over at Anoki and pointed to her nose. "Gah, don't feel sorry, just help me get this thing off my nose! It's itchy! What can get gluey paper off a nose?" She jumped in circles and looked around the room. Scizzors would only shrink the paper and possible cut her. Rulers wouldn't do a thing except whack her in the face. Glue would definitely make things a lot worse. She attempted to scratch her nose, but the paper wouldn't let the itching go away.

Laial jumped back when Vivina sneezed, only to land on his shell. Not focusing on that, he looked around the room for things to remove the paper. At a loss of what to do, he tucked his tentecles close to his body and waved his hands in an amusingly girly manner.
Nexen, unlike her 'brother', was not concerned about the paper attached to the other girl. That is, until her ears began to hurt because of all the noise. Fed up, she stood up and walked over to Vivina. Grabbing the paper in one hand and her trusty exacto-knife in the other.
One might be wondering why Scheu wasn't doing anything about Nexen or Laial. Well, he was still staring at the cut-out desert, trying to figure out what type of flower it was. Tuning his ears out so he didn't hear the noise the kids were making, thinking it was friendly chatter.
((Oh, fun... XD))

"I-I d-d-don't know! 'M st-stuck t-too!" Anoki yelped, trembling a little. Vivina was sneezing and Laial was waving back and forth and he had his hand stuck to the paper and couldn't get it off. If he pulled hard enough it might come off, but it would hurt one of them, or both of them.
He had to think clearly. What did his mama use when things got glued up? Hot water usually. Except they didn't have any water, and even if they did it would make the paper soggy, and get in Vivina's eyes, and make everything wet and icky. That situation was almost less appealing than being stuck to stuff.
When someone else grabbed the paper Anoki was relieved. Maybe they had an idea! But then he saw the knife, and let out a yell. "D-don't-t! Y-you're g-g-gonna h-hurt s-someone!"

Daniel watched carefully to see what the children will do. He'd only intervene when something terribly wrong would happen. He smiled and took notes down for later uses. A scientist must observe, and observing is what he does best.
Vivina scrunched up her face as her nose began to annoy her even more. She looked over at Laial to see him waving his hands around and couldn't help but to giggle. She stopped suddenly as Nexen came over with the exacto knife. "Ah! I agree with Anoki! Don't use a knife! I don't wanna get hurt! And 'sides, the paper will only get smaller and harder to get off of my nose..." She tried to pull away, but with Nexen holding onto the paper quite tightly, her nose began to ache and she gave up. Nope, pulling it will definitely not work.

Nexen glared at both Anoki and Vivina. Did they want her to help or not?! Putting the knife back in her hidden bag, she held onto the paper trying to decide on her next move. Taking her free hand, she placed it on the girl's face so it didn't move. "Dis schadet*," she 'warned' before ripping the paper off by sheer force.
The sound generated finally caused Laial to stop waving his hands and stomped up to Nexen. "Was was das for?!" he shouted at her, mixing in some German accidentaly.
"Sie moeche es abwesend..." Nexen muttered. Vivina did say she wanted it off...didn't she? Nexen helped remove the paper...even though the paper was now stuck to her hand. Flattening her ears against her head to deafen them slightly, she stood up straight to face off against Laial.
Laial, in turn, stood up straighter and half-subconciously raised his tentecles. "Maybe, but violence like that wasn't needed!" he argued back. This was starting to look less and less like a normal sibling argument and more and more like they were squaring off to fight.
And yet Scheu was still staring at the desert rose to the point where it's amazing his ability to tune things out.
((*Roughly - "This will hurt"))

Vivina closed her eyes as Nexen held onto her head. Seeing as that this was going to be painful, she clamped her jaw together to prevent screaming in Nexen's face. Even though she heard the sticky noise of the paper being torn off her nose and her eyes were beginning to water, she didn't make any noise beyond and small yelp from within her throat. She quickly tried to wash the remaining glue off her nose with a water bottle on Daniel's desk, but couldn't since her sensitive nose hurt so much. She could only stand there trying to stare crosseyed at her red nose. She swore she'd look like Rudolph.
She turned to thank Nexen, but stopped as she saw Laial and her fighting. Backing away, she walked over to Daniel. "Dan! My nose hurts..."
Daniel blinked at Nexen's sudden move and wondered if Vivina was ok. He stood up and went over to her but stopped midway seeing that she had a plan. When she couldn't touch her nose, he smiled caringly at her. He pet her head when she came over and went to the desk drawer. There he grabbed some ointment from the first aid kit to help with the stinging pain. He applied it gently to her nose with a soft cotton swab. He saw Vivina wince at the pain, but she managed not to cry. My my, she has gotten brave over the years. Last he had a chance to be with her, she was afraid of first aid kits with all the needles and medicine and scizzors. She kissed her gently on the forehead. "Don't worry, it'll get better now. See? I think it's getting less red."
Vivina couldn't help but to smile and wipe some remaining tears out. She was proud that she didn't cry. Tough people don't cry...most of the time. She hugged Daniel and went back to the others, looking over at Scheu and wondering what he was doing back there.

"W-wait, don-" But it was too late, and the piece of paper was torn away from both Vivina and Anoki. Flinching obviously, the ibex bit his lip and studied his hand. There were a few hairs missing, and his hand stung, but other than that there was no real damage. He didn't have to go to a grown-up or anything, and that made him feel better.
More worrying was the fact that Nexen did something painful without even asking! That hurt more than the ripped-off paper did. Frowning, Anoki turned to her and waved his hand to get her attention. "D-didn' hafta h-hurt a-anyone. H-how c-c-come you d-didn' ask f-first?"

Nexen turned from the face-off to see who was bothering her, rather surprised to see it was the kid with the curly, hard hair. "Was?!" she snapped. He was angry because she helped him?! Ridiculous! He wanted the paper off, just like Laial's friend did! She removed it, so why was he yelling at her?! That little...she turned around to face him, intent on giving him an understandible piece of her mind.
And it was now that Scheu finally stepped in. He lifted Nexen up high above the children and placed her on his shoulders. Considering Nexen's size, it wasn't that difficult. She was a little on the small side. "Now," he began, "what is doing on?" he asked the two D-Corp children that seemed to be behaving.
That was Vivina and Anoki. Laial had stormed off to work on his picture.

Vivina stared at her nose and watched as Nexen was lifted into the air. "She pulled the paper on my nose off and it hurt...see? It's red..." She pointed to the ointment covered nose and sniffled, wincing since the slightlest movement of her nose caused a sharp pain. She looked over at Anoki and pointed to his hand and to the paper on the ground. "And some of his fur is missing." She finally looked over to Laial who had stormed off back to his collage. "And he got mad..." Looking to see she didn't forget anything, she frowned and continued to look at her nose.
Dan shook his head and couldn't help but to laugh lightly. "Alright everyone...enough of this. I don't want any angry parents here when they return." He looked out the window and saw Et coming back with a box. That must be the snacks. What luck; this was perfect timing! "How about we take a snack break? After that we can finish the collages and go play out in the play ground. Sound good?" He smiled and began to walk out to open the front door. "Scheu, you wouldn't mind looking after them while I get the snacks, will you?" He waited by the door for an answer before running over to the door.
Vivina's ears perked up. "Snack time!!! Ooh goodie! Food! I was getting hungry..." She jumped up and down and forgot about what happened. She even ignored the pain as her hunger took over. It seemed that thinking, talking, enduring pain, and making art took all of Vivina's energy and her stomach empty. That wasn't surprising news to Vivina since this happens to her frequently. Grinning, she went over to her desk and cleared her workspace for snack space.
