The conversation at hand took a turn he had honestly not expected. Order had always been the goody ones. Those afraid to get their hands dirty or take on tasks that could possibly morally ruin them. After all they wanted to be the heros in their stories. But somehow Aelius had managed to find himself surrounded by those who were most interested in the end goal than what it meant to their own moral compass. While some could consider it a breath of fresh air, it was concerning to the captive they surrounded.
The Lysithea Knight crouched in front of him and Aelius glared daggers. Already he was being mocked and those he loved insinuated at being stupid for the feelings that made them human. And with the Knight just studying him, he felt like he was nothing more than a curious science project.
Gods he wanted to lash out so badly. His hands twitched with the need. Instead he sat there just staring back as if begging the Knight to come closer. He never did. Instead he just threw words meant as insults that never hit the mark that Aelius thought the Knight wanted to hit. “War makes everyone involved murderers whether the blood is directly on your hands or not.”
One after another each person, or just about each one, voiced their want to rid the world of him. What was he going to do?
He licked his lips as the anxiety to the proceedings began to take hold.
The blue-skinned, fish senshi was the last of the group to voice opinions and Aelius shot the alien his own look of distaste. He didn’t bother to respond though. There was no need.
But ******** Aelius hoped that they were wrong and that someone wouldn’t do something stupid on his behalf. The last hting he wanted was anyone getting themselves hurt or worse to rescue his stupid a**. He had faith in Faustite to bring that tactician brain to the fight, but others, like Waru, Aelius was more worried about.

“You’re not wrong. Everyone here will have a target on them just for showing face.” Hy agreed with the senshi (Harper) who looked the least perturbed out of those who were human within the group. “And I can’t change that.”
Well…that was a lie. And others seemed to be catching on that their likelihood of getting away without every single one of them being placed on a hit list by their captive’s team would be to erase the most likely here to rat them all out.
The Lysithea Knight, one who she had met before on her own Wonder, was curiously part of team ‘get rid of the issue’. An interesting turn considering he had seemed uncertain about the whole situation not long ago. Hy watched with interest as the pastel-hued Knight drew close to Drayson, crouching to his level as if inspecting a curiosity.
“Dropping him off on a planet to die wouldn’t be difficult.” She agreed with the Lysithea Knight. “But to use him as bait and pull Faustite in too would practically be a suicide mission just on his lethally hot flames alone.” She nodded to the winged deep space senshi.
“I have no plans to deal with the retribution.” She held her hands out plainly. “I was willing to accept the backlash that would come from this.”
Dropping her arms, the Earth Knight shoved a large weft of red hair back behind her shoulder. “It seems there is a consensus and honestly, because of my poor planning, it would give everyone here a possible reprieve from the backlash of a pissed off General King. If there’s no evidence to point to us, then there’s nothing for them to target specifically.” Blue eyes drifted to Drayson. She studied the young man who continued to look up at them with disdain and dislike.
While she may have conflicting thoughts about the way this would likely end for him, she knew deep down that it would be the best outcome for everyone else involved. It was the safest option. Tied up loose ends and would hopefully spare most who were complicit from any sort of direct backlash. She may not necessary like it, but she needed to help keep those on her side safe and be damned to those who chose otherwise.
“He has had no way to contact anyone up until this point.” She looked at Grieve who seemed one of the more excited about the prospect of taking care of their little problem permanently. “There will be no evidence either, but if you want to take a piece of him, then so be it.”
Celadon seemed to be standing steadfast against a storm. Hy appreciated the young woman for that. Despite all of the worrisome talk and hate, the Cybele Squire was tossing out encouragement. “And I agree. We need to keep this a forward motion. Find a way to continue to break down the negaverse, even if it’s a slow process.” Her gaze raked over the group.
“We will get what information we can tonight then move forward.
“Let’s move to the other room. It would be best to keep detailed plans from our friend here. I have a feeling he’ll become more unruly the longer we talk about his future.” Hy reached down to the camp light and placed it onto the stool behind her.
“For now we can rotate checking in Drayson here. If you have anything you want to specifically ask him that would probably be the best time. I have a feeling some of you will be more willing, so I won’t force anyone who’d rather not be alone with him.”
With that, Hy gestured to the door and let everyone filter out before following behind them and closing the door in their wake without a backwards glance to the man left tied on the floor.Quote: This is a soft close for this RP. You are completely free to post your characters conversing/moving to the next room. The next part will be posted sometime on Jan 1st. I will quote everyone who was in this RP to that one and I will link the two together. The 2nd part will be the battle portion of this plot. For now it’s safe to assume your characters have left the room and moved to another to discuss logistics of taking care of Aelius and the aftermath of their decision. This time is also when many solos with Hy or Aelius will ICly occur. If you are still interested in a 1 on 1 or even a small group RP then feel fee to DM me. Thank you to everyone who has participated up to this point!

Page Santa Maria NovellaListening to everyone the lowest ranked inthe room slowly gained some idea of what was going on, at least as much as he could, he knew nothing about some war and the sides involved in said war. He knew enough to know he was ******** though, well and truely ********, by being too curious for his own good. This wasn't good. But he also agreed with those who figured they'd need to kill this person, the idea of using them as bait was a terrible idea.
"If he's to die...he can't talk, can't tell anyone who was involved. So it's safe to say he needs to die...but perhaps if we could stage things? Make it look like what it isn't." If only to hope it would work and take the heat off of them, off all of them, so whoever this persons partner was didn't lose their temper and go on some killing spree as it very much sounded like they might do - had done in the past. It didn't sound like they were in a good posistion though and perhaps this might be a good option? It was all he could think of, and he was not inclined to meeting death personally any time soon, so if he could come up with an idea which might save them...he might as well offer it up. He wasn't entierly sure it was a good idea, or that it would work, but it was something. He wasn't against death...they were already too far into this to step back....what was that which Shakespeare said in his play? "I am in blood stepped in so far that, should I wade no more, returning were as tedious as go o'er" That sounded about right for all of them right now. Pushing off the wall he moved to follow the others into the next room...he was already here so he couldn't turn back and leave.
