"I get that. I worried about having any sort of serious relationship with Kauff because I worried it would change how we interacted with each other. And kids was an added stress to that. But it turned out okay. You both adore each other so really you have nothing to worry about," she chuckled.

Eziya sighed as she stretched her arms over her head, considering what Xariy had said to her. It was a fair point after all. She and Serr had been through a lot. "We've been through a whole lot. I think we would manage it. I just always worry I'm forcing him into things."

"Oh hush I don't think you'll be forcing him into anything, and I think you know that too. You're worrying too much. Just tell him what you want! He'll give it to you, or you can convince him with other things," Xariy laughed, giving Eziya a suggestive eyebrow wiggle.

Eziya's face flushed, covering her face with her hands a moment as she shook her head at Xariy. "Oh I don't know if he would be convinced by that. I wouldn't try that way either. I think a conversation is better."

Xariy shrugged and looked Eziya over. "Hey you know what to do best. I just know it worked on Kauff. I can be very convincing," she teased. "Though not sure how well it would work now." She tapped her chin, thinking it over. "It'd probably still work."

"It's interesting hearing about your relationship with your husband? Boyfriend? Partner? Doesn't matter, either way you compliment each other well. And it shows! You fit together!" Eziya stood, grabbing hold of her tea and finishing off the rest of it. "I'll consider your suggestions!"

Xariy stood as well, bustling around as she helped to clean up the rest of the offered tea and followed Eziya. "Hey, we're friends! I'll help however you need." And she really did mean that, despite her general dodgy nature when it came to friendship before.

"Friends, yes. Friends are nice. I'm glad to be friends. It's nice having someone to converse with and listen to. A filter too," Eziya smiled reaching out and giving Xariy a quick hug.

"Of course, anytime," Xariy laughed, surprised by the hug but awkwardly returning it all the same. It was a nice thing to have a friend, one she could share her worries and opinions with. While they came from different walks of life it only made their interactions that much more entertaining and interesting.

"Yes! But for now go on! I've got a patient coming soon and I've gotta clean up this mess," she joked, motioning Xariy out the door. She had a lot to consider and now more to talk about with Serr involving their future.
