Something Freya admired about Rina was how smoothly the latter's tribe ran: there was always someone around to do what needed to be done, even if that wasn't their specific assigned rank. She looked up to Rina's skill at leadership and guidance, and, while she did not want the burden of having to guide so many foxes, she still hoped she could learn a little of that skill from her mate.

But still, Freya was the Elder's consort, not the Elder herself, and so she took a step back, to let Rina address Maylea.

"I am sure our gatherers would appreciate more help, especially right now as we are first getting settled. I am not sure where Rune and the rest of the gatherers are at the moment. Would you care to join me while I look for them?"
