A:
Yes! They do not not have to meta parents but can be part of organizations or jobs interacting with other metas. Or that one bounty hunter you kind of want to avoid >_> hahaha...
Also Mythical or True race are interchangeable. It is the same things.

A:
Everyone can create one non-art hybrid meta.
Max three races any more are reserved for breeding.
More hybrids can not be made until the non-art hybrid is commissioned.
Changing characters for the slot is possible but talk to moderators before attempting the change.
