Ligeia found swimming to be both pleasent and amusing, fun too. He was... flying. But in the water. He gave a happy sound as he moved along through it, slowly as he tried to get his arms and legs and wings all situated the right way, but he was doing it and well.
His attention was diverted to Sahra when she went under and he gave a squeak about to ask if she were alright when he about went under himself, flailed his wings, and was able to keep from doing it for the most part.
"Goggles? Erm. I think that my father might have them somewhere but I'm not sure where exactly. Hard to find things like closets or lockers whent hey are hidden among the rocks and trees." His father seemed to make a lot of things complicated but it was part of his class so Ligeia figured that he couldn't complain that all much.

"Oh, uh, no that's okay; I was just thinking of something my Aunt, Yin, had told me about pools." Grinning, she slashed through the water, tail swishing about madly, "She said that you should never ever open your eyes in a pool because of...um, something bad." Yes, that was it, that chor-eeN stuff, but she didn't know exactly how to say it, so she wouldn't even bother. "I remembered her saying something about goggles and was just kind of wondering what they were."
Having a bad tendency to talk to herself sometimes, the cheetah had absolutely no idea she ever did it. Even in times like this when she should realize it, she just didn't. "OH WAIT!" She yelped, eyes running frantically around her surroundings, "Speaking of Yin I forgot~! I was supposed to meet her somewhere at some certain time that I can't...exactly remember. Oh great, mad cats aren't good~!" Shoving herself to the side of the pool, she pulled herself up out of the water, fur and hair dripping, an almost pathetic looking sight. "I wonder what time it is...and what time I was supposed to meet her. Accckkk..."

Ligeia gave a little flap of his wings to get himself over to the the edge of the pool and crawled out, wings more to get the water off of his wings, "There is a clock by the door that leads into the hall." He said, leading the way over there, pointing up at it. He hoped that their swimming hadn't made her late getting to where she was going.
Vorel lifted up onto his haunches, head resting on the edge of the pool as he watched the kids get out but didn't bother to do so himself enjoying the water.

Her eyes dashed about, trying to locate the clock the boy was pointing to. "Oh yes, I think I am going to be running now!" Shaking off as much water as she could possibly manage, the young feline's tail was flicking intensely as she hopped forward on one foot, attempting to free her fur of a little more water. "Thank you so much for letting me swim with you!" She blurted out, grinning, "It was a lot of fun, with both of you! And I swear one day Vorel, I'll scare you back; that's a promise!"
Stopping a moment not far from her original spot at the pool's edge, Sahra turned about to Ligeia's direction. "I'm sorry to run, but I really need to get going! Bye! Sorry if I was a nescience!..." And with that the cheetah jetted towards and out the doorway of Mr. Orpheus' classroom, darting up the hallways, and out a large set of doors, she would have to find Yin before the sun set completely, or else she would be dead meat.
