The third child of the Lavender Town clan. Simply put, Rei has no personality. Like a sponge, she ‘absorbs’ personality 'shards’ of those she encounters. She has personal likes and dislikes, But how she acts is a collection of how all those she has met thus far act. Speaking very slowly, almost as if she has trouble doing so. Due to stories told to her and the younger siblings by Kei, Rei fears, loathes, and generally has a negative view of him. Lately, she has been making attempts to at least seek him out and get his side of the story.
Cold and calculating, Dio would much rather stay holed up in his room than socialize. To him, people are expendable. Their worth is measured by how well they can be experimented on.
