__ As Tetsuhiko prepared himself for training he heard a knock at his door. Before he could address the sound and permit entry he heard Chie's voice begin to question him. "They always come back." He thought with incredible self-enflation as he opened the door for her. Chie would now see his office which was completely covered in original paintings and sketches. The room was also filled with sculptures, poetry, and musical instruments strewn about. His desk was haphazardly organized with numerous papers and a recently used chess board. The eccentric and unorganized genius then nobly motioned for her to enter as he pondered the answers to her questions. "Yes, I'm from Sunagakure. I was the prince of the noble Hanzo clan." Tetsuhiko boasted as he turned around and paced about his small office in awe of his own creations of beauty. "But that was..a long time ago." His words were of sorrow as he thought back to past days of carefree youth. "Not that I miss that time, I was a mortal then. I'm a god now." Tetsuhiko reassured himself internally to overcome the pain that tore him up inside years ago yet the scars still remain. He took a seat at his desk as he ruminated on the more complex question. "Obviously, the ninja world is a dark and dangerous place. For now, that is, until I and the younger generations work together to bring a renaissance of art into the world." That was the ideal that Tetsuhiko was seeking to bring into reality. A world where people care more about art and music than ninjas. "They need to be taught to be vigilant and careful to protect their lives as well as those of others. Sometimes I think we make them grow up too fast, but it's for their own good." Tetsuhiko spoke seriously and with a degree of apprehension because the chances were high that at least some of these children would die on their missions as shinobi and kunoichi.

Chie wasn't surprised when the office he had proved to be filled to the brim with the man's own art and poetry. He was such a narcissus. However, what did shock her was the honestly in which he spoke about his home nation. She didn't anticipate that the man cared about anything other than himself. She wondered if he missed his home nation. She knew that she missed Konoha. She missed the students.... no, not now. She couldn't afford to get that level of sentimental. Tetsuhiko's further words cemented the feeling Chie knew to be true from her own experience. There was no way to truly get the ninja ready. "This place is awful. It feels like a closet. I'm surprised you're able to breathe in here. You know, assuming you even still breathe." She said as she made a scene to look around. She then pivoted on her left foot so that her body leaned to the right, and she stood outside the man's doorway. "There's a bar in town that I've been wanting to go to. If you join me then I'll pay for the first round of shots." She said sternly. Tetsuhiko's honestly struck with her a bit of empathy, and given how she lost her temper earlier she did want to get away from this place. Despite having an easier life here, she hadn't been looking to make any new friends since she had been working full time. Perhaps twinkletoes would fix that.

_β [ Rank E ] Technique: Psychokinesis ____β Allows Chie to channel her chakra into an object or objects. The chakra causes the object or objects to be propelled in one direction of the user's choice. This technique cannot target an opponent or any object attached to an opponent. The user also cannot target things which would require other jutsu in order to manipulate, (earth, water, wind, etc.) Finally, the rank the jutsu is performed at determines the size of the objects one can propel with this technique. So at D-ranked you can fire off a chair, while at A-ranked you can shoot off the whole bar. Let it be noted, however, that you can also propel a chair with an A-ranked amount, despite it only being the size of a chair. _β [ Rank ] Technique ____β Description Goes Here _β [ Rank ] Technique ____β Description Goes Here

__ He knew from his own experience that Chie had a lot of heart for her students and loyalty for her village. These were qualities that he genuinely admired about her despite her ireful exterior. The god had an eternity of patience for her to come around. "I'd be delighted to go." Tetsuhiko certainly could use a break despite not needing to drink alcohol. He smiled in amusement of her earlier comment complaining about his office. "You should see my studio at home. The god of art doesn't need breath, only his beautiful creations." Now the arrogant doll was speaking of himself in the third person as he whimsically skipped across the room and out the door. He closed and locked it behind him and Chie. He then began to walk towards the exit of the academy assuming that Chie would walk with him in lockstep and lead the way to the bar.

Saiko appeared out of thin air in the middle of the academy. The man looked around a bit to see who was all around, finding a woman and Tetsuhiko leaving. Other than that it seemed he was the only one around. Saiko didn't mind this, he had a lot of training to do and couldn't afford distractions. The first thing one the agenda was learning Hyouton. During the last five years he had found he was losing the ability to replicate Ranton but, in it its stead Hyouton had beome more apparent. The man specifically worked on the Kekkai Genkai techniques. These were the ones that Hyouton was specifically known for and seen often. Those techniques would be quickly learned before Saiko moved onto the techniques that didn't originate from the Yuki clan but, other groups. They were still made of the famed Ice release which drew the Yuki clan to them, eventually making them part of their repertoire.
The man would continue working on the curious techniques of the Hyouton element. For the most part he had already learned all of the basic jutsu, the D and C ranks. At this point he was working on the more advanced jutsu. Saiko would take a little bit more time on this as the higher rank the technique, the more attention he had to pay to it. At times it became tedious learning all of these techniques but, Saiko prided himself on being extremely versatile so, he didn't mind learning more and more techniques. The man hoped that one day he would know every technique known to Shinobi, even the other advanced element natures he wasn't able to use.
Once Saiko was finished training his Hyouton, he quickly moved onto to train more. The man started with going back to the basics of Katon, they were academy student techniques but, learning all the basics always helped. Sometimes even an E-ranked jutsu would be able to turn the tide of a battle. However, he quickly moved onto higher level techniques and an augment of another technique. Those techniques would go quickly and he would move onto some of the basic Suiton techniques.
There was a few more basic suiton techniques than Katon however, Saiko was able to see how each and everyone of them would be useful in the long run. The man then moved onto to learn how to breathe under water which would always be useful if he were ever submerged. The next few jutsus focused on creating mist so he was obscured then learning how to see in said mist so he wouldnβt have a problem. It would be difficult to do anything in mist if you couldnβt see in the mist you created. Another technique was Saiko turning into a puddle of water to set up ambushes.
C and B rank jutsu were up next. One was an augment of the water puddle technique where he could use it to travel in a body of water. Which would make it easier to ambush people in the case they were fighting on a lake or pond or any body of water really. One technique would be used to make a projectile to attack with and the other would be used on allies or enemies alike to get rid of their bodies while simultaneously learning from them. This would be useful in the case that they were in an enemy territory and couldnβt carry the body with. The man then moved onto a few A rank techniques that would be useful for mostly attacking. Saiko had plenty of defense techniques so, he needed to learn how to attack more. Once those techniques, Saiko went onto to learn all of the E ranked Raiton techniques that he possibly could.
With all the E ranked Raiton learned, Saiko would move onto the other ranks. It was important to learn to resist the lightning first as he didnβt want to hurt himself while doing any technique. Saiko then learned how to place ration within a weapon to give it a bigger hit then learned how to create a blade of lighting. Those techniques would be learned quickly and the man went onto B ranked techniques. The man learned how to create kunai of lightning and to create lightning around him to protect himself. He would also learn a technique to mix with his mist that sent lighting through the fog.
Saiko went onto a couple other B rank techniques where he would place lightning inside of somebody and paralyze them. The man figured this would be a good technique to have if someone broke his defense and got to close. The other technique would be used to place a ball of lightning in his hand that he could throw. Saiko moved onto a technique that created a wolf to attack people. Once he learned that, he learned how to augment his clones with lightning so that they would explode when destroyed, shocking whoever was near. Once this was finished, he went onto the famed Chidori that was known for itβs lethality. Doton was next as the basics had a lot of jutsu associated with them. The E ranks were important to learn still.
There was plenty of E ranked techniques to learn as it seemed Doton had the most amount of them in relation to each element. Each was simplistic such as throwing a rock or creating messages in sand. However, there was two that stood out to Saiko. One was used to move in the ground for a short amount of time and the other was used to make the ground move like a conveyor belt. The conveyor belt technique only got stronger as Saiko did so that would get more and more useful. Saiko moved on as the E rank techniques were taken care of. The man moved on to learn how to pull someone into the ground so they wouldnβt be able to move. He would also learn how to create a shield of rock in case he needed to.
Saiko moved onto the C rank techniques. Doton was for sure taking the most amount of time for sure mostly because of how many techniques there were. One of the first techniques he learned was how to sense tremors in the ground so he could feel things around. The man also learned how to make things lighter so they would be easier to carry. Considering Saiko wasnβt very strong, this would be important to learn. The last thing would be to create a dirt mound that absorbed water.
The B and A ranked techniques would come next. One technique would be used to pulse chakra into the ground and those around him would fall unconscious from being on the ground. This would be useful for people that couldnβt fly like Saiko could. Next, he learned to create a wall made of mud and earth to protect against whatever may come his way. The main reason for this was that it used his foot so, he wouldnβt have to worry if he wasnβt able to use his hands. Two of the A ranked techniques he learned were based on making things heavier and lighter. The last doton technique would be used to create a dragon from under the ground to surprise someone. Saiko then moved onto the E ranked futon techniques. Learning most of them without a problem.
Saiko went onto learning techniques that would deflect projectiles and people alike. So if people got to close to him, he would be able to get them away. Saiko then moved onto the B rank techniques. Those would be learned fairly quickly. Then he would go onto the A ranked techniques. After the A ranked techniques, Saiko was finished with his training for the moment.

Jove recalled the paper and looked around her, her practice in the room was noticeable. She felt compelled to clean the room that she held her practice, the paper stuck open her body and she began to pick up and sweep around the room. She she thought that it was sufficiently clean she decided to move onto more physical studies.
So many things changed in the years since he had last spent time in the academy, yet so many things remained the same. Making his way to the library he set about gathering a pile of books and scrolls and setting them onto a desk. Once he had a decent sized pile he took a seat, set his spear against the desk and flipped open a book. He had been tasked with improving his skills when it came to ninjutsu. It was something he naturally suffered with and would need to work on if he wanted to be a well rounded shinobi. [jutsu's learned][1/5] [1/3]
The basics, the E-Rank designations were pretty simple all things considered. He knew what his elements were, all three of them, and he had at least a simple understanding of how chakra worked and how to form seals and what not. But he had to admit he appreciated the basics. Starting with suiton he would study how to use chakra to manipulate water, make weapons out of water, form jets of water. All in all the basics continued to point back to the key ability to use his chakra to create water using the Mizu Soujuu. [jutsu's learned] [2/5] [2/3]
With the basics of his first and primary element understood he set those books aside and began examining the basics of his second element, fuuton. The key principle of the element was using his chakra to supersaturate the air around him and thus use his chakra to enforce his will upon the air in the area. Forming a simple seal with his left hand, an ability he learned only recently he could do which set him apart from most. He began to use small gusts of wind to lift the books off his desk and set them back down. Practice made perfect after all. [jutsu's learned] [3/5] [3/3] (chakra training completed)
The next few minutes were less reading and more practicing. By practicing of course he meant dicking around with his newfound ability to manipulate the air. Using small puffs of chakra infused wind to push around objects on his desk. Using it to blow books off his desk then using that very same ability to pick them back up again and return them to his desk. Despite all he had been through he was still, a kid in a candy store, when it came to the possibilities of chakra. [jutsu's learned] [4/5] [1/3]
With wind taken care of, he would move on to his final element, earth or doton as they called it. It was interesting how they renamed everything. Putting the fuuton and suiton books back he set about reading the full measure of the "beginner" books on doton. While the were not as uniform in content and nature as fuuton they were more grounded and practical. Something he could appreciate. But he would not be able to actually test them here. No he would have to go down stairs and test them out. [Jutsus learned] [5/5] [2/3]
Now that he was outside he would put it all to the test in quick succession. First he would kneel and pick up a bit of sand. Pressing his left hand against his eyes and forming a seal he would turn the pile of sand into an eyeball through which he could see. It was disturbing a bit seeing like that, but practical for seeing around corners. Next he would simply channel his doton chakra into the ground, use it to lift a small rock, and send the sucker flying. It was cool and all but not as cool as blowing stuff off his desk. All in all the basics were pretty easy. But that was self explanatory. [Jutsus learned] [3/3] (chakra training completed)
Despite having fun, there was only so much of this he could take, so retrieving his spear, and putting the final books back. Kairi headed for the dojo for something actually fun.

αWhen had been the last time that Nakya had been able to train? It had been a very long five years indeed, but as she stepped into the room, she had already prepared herself to do some more or less intense training. The first set of trainings that she did were focused almost entirely on the use of genjutsu. This was an art she typically used to teach people focus, but would prove as a boon for her position among the ninja of the Vortex legion. For Kya, the ability to distract and mislead would turn into one of her most powerful skills in her arsenal. She was starting very low, and quickly escalating to work her way up to the upper echelon of genjutsu. Sadly, her siblings were the ones who were her guinea pigs for this set of trainings. As Nanako made her way through the village streets and into the training ground of the Academy, the young girl would find herself staring at a wooden trunk cut and stuck into the ground. It seemed fresh after she left all kinds of marks in the last one. She wished she could apologize and thank whoever was behind the task of doing this for everyone training.
Though she expected to have to wait for a turn when it came to training, even today, again, did not appear as though she would have to do so. Instead Nanako would remove kunai and shuriken from her pouch and begin her throwing practice to be better suited for when she really needed it. After using all ten shuriken and the five kunai, she would retrieve them from all over and take aim once again.
Spuhf. Spuhf. Spuhf. The sound of a child's footsteps would dance across the village ground as she made her way towards the academy area. Her arms behind her in the shape of a bird's outstretched wings like she had seen all those showoffs in the academy do. It might not have helped any but it did look cool to her. Every adult she passed gave her a look of confusion at the act but she was having much too fun to really pay them any mind. Around this corner then going straight for a few more feet. Spuhf. Spuhf. Spuhf. Her feet hit the ground in a steady rhythm. The entrance to the academy drew closer with every sound. While this little traveling game distracted her, she didn't know if it would keep her entire mind off of her training enough to let the bad thoughts affect her. Alright Emiko. You can do this. Just like Michi-chan told you. Positive thoughts. The young ninja took a deep breath while coming to a stop before the academy.
Skrrrrrrrrt. She nearly fell, sticking her arms completely outwards to stop herself from falling onto her face but Emiko had arrived at the village's academy grounds! Her eyes darted around her to make sure nobody saw that. Once the coast was clear she made her way inside the building. Along the way, she stopped in a few filled rooms and would peak inside hoping to catch a glimpse of the village's elite that would be training. After about three rooms, if they were indeed here, she wouldn't have known. Tph. Tph. Tph. Her footwear hit the hallway floor until they brought her into a room with some space. A few people were already there but they would be a welcome distraction for her. Emiko walked towards the shelf and allowed her eyes to explore until she found the lessons for the jutsu type she had been searching for. She was already on edge because of the people in her room doing jutsu with her, beginning to make her feel envious. No! Focus on you. Don't let them intimidate you.
Maybe a quick reminder would help reinforce her doubtful thoughts. Emiko would take the most basic technique she could find and open it. Before her was the basic sealing technique along with a wooden cube that acted as the object to be sealed. The genin chewed on her lip while silently prepping herself into a simple practice run. "Just a basic technique. You've done this a million times before." She placed her hand on the cube with butterflies in her stomach and took a moment to breathe. With a few movements of her hands and a seal afterwards the wooden cube would vanish in a puff of smoke. When it cleared a single word had been inked into the practice scroll reading "cube". "See? Not too hard."
She searched around for something slightly bigger than the cube and would return with a slightly bigger cube. Not the kind of item she was hoping for but it would do. "Same thing. Do it again." Her hands would shake again as visions of her failure would begin to surface. Pushing down on her fears took another minute or so before Emiko began. The same series of hand seals were used. The smoke returned as the slightly bigger cube was sealed into the scroll alongside the smaller one.
Her hands held the scroll for a moment as she moved to read the notes on the unsealing method. The second of the most simple techniques. Something that she had been doing for years at this point. A few more read overs as she built up the courage to make sure she understood how to perform the movements. When she could recite the same paragraph verbatim her excuses had run dry, and she went into action. The same hand was placed onto the wording to begin. Another moment to gain her composure. "Now!" Emiko raised her hands to make the hand seals and ended on the same she had done to seal the object. A puff of smoke later and the smaller wooden cube had returned to its original form.
Holding off on celebrating her progress, she focused on the larger cube still sealed away. If the last one was easy then this one would have to be done the same way, right? She took another moment to gather herself before beginning. Hands were placed on the scroll and removed as they formed into the seals for a final time. More smoke puffed out and before here would be the slightly larger cube in all its glory. Now feeling a bit more comfortable with her prowess she placed the basic scroll back to the shelf.
[FΕ«nyΕ« no Jutsu [ Enclosing Technique ] (E-D), KaifΕ« no Jutsu [ Unsealing Technique ] (E-D) ]
"Now onto the harder stuff. You can do it, Emi." Pep talk aside, Emiko was feeling better about this training exercise. Her hands searched the shelf again before pulling out a text on the novice level fuuninjutsus and set it on a table to begin. The next step would be another simplistic yet integral technique about chaining together two fuuninjutsus together to unseal at the same time. Just reading about this made her panic a little inside. "Too much text. I don't know if I can...No, I CAN do it. I gotta be a real ninja of the village!" She summoned forth all of her courage and pushed forward on the technique while sitting in the room. It took a few more minutes than she have done but in the end, Emiko had a nice activation ready to go that would be useful in the long run.
Moving on, another unsealing method that would definitely come in handy later. She got out another sealed scroll ready and began to psyche herself up. Her hands traced along the wording of "cube" on the scroll while reading it one last time to make sure everything was in its proper place. Emiko soon began as she formed the needed signs to activate the seal. Instead of a puff of smoke this time, the cube would appear before her and then "dissemble" itself in a way that she couldn't describe. The form would changed into thousands of paper cuts that swirled around her until anything outside of this maelstrom was unable to be seen. It continued for a while until fading away, leaving Emiko to take a break so she could get paper out of her hair.
"Maybe it's easier than I thought." Emiko said to herself. After collecting a second cube scroll she turned the page a couple of times to a new explanation of an unsealing method. It seemed like this one was defensive in nature as well. Maybe there was a pattern here or she was just unable to learn all the cool stuff until a certain rank. Whatever it was, Emiko would just have to do her best to reach that point! With a few flicks of the wrist and a seal, a mighty wooden gate would be summoned from the scroll since the object inside was a simple wooden cube. Sealing it back up, she went for one more justu before she would break.
The same technique as last time. Once again Emiko performed a series of hand seals with the wooden cube in the scroll and ended on the dragon sign. Following this a large light brown cloud of smoke would release from the paper inside. It grew more dense until seeing through it was impossible in itself. Emiko coughed and forced her nose into the sleeve of her clothes while waving the smoke away. "Sorry! I'm sorry!" She called to the fellow people in the room with her. It would take a few minutes until she figured out how to end the technique and then hurry away embarassed.
Making his way into the academy, Kairi set about looking for someone whom he recognized and was good at ninjutsu. Young, old, guy, girl, alive, half dead, none of it mattered. As long as they were better than him at ninjutsu, which was not hard to do in the slightest he was happy. Though before long he actually managed to find Kya, who he knew from reputation alone was by and far better then average at it. So giving her a smile he dipped his head in respect,"Miss Kya. How is your day going so far? Well I hope." It was a simple greeting but he was at his core a simple man.
αKya's eyes landed on Kairi before his arrived at her own form, holding a scroll in her hand still going over her ninjutsu now, switching gears from the genjutsu training she had been only minutes before embroidered in. It was a simple matter for her to learn either of the two things. She was too old, too strong of a ninja to be held back for long by ninjutsu. Descriptions were enough for her to visualize things. Visualization was key, and her focus was keen even when she looked to be distracted. It was her gift from the Mother to be as powerfully concentrated. [Kyuu Tsuchi Dageki [ Sudden Earth Strike ], Tsuchi Shouheki Gekido Nami no Jutsu [ Earth Barrier Raging Wave ], Chikyuu no Sandoichi [ Earth's Sandwich ], Iwa Guntai Tate [ Rock Army Shield ]] Her siblings followed her eyes, and for the briefest of moments it was like a Snake Den had centered their piercing gaze upon him all at once as if sizing up prey. As fast as that moment had arrived, however, it passed and the group went back to what they each had been doing with only Kya speaking back to the man whom had only addressed the Truth Bearer.
Snakes rarely ever hunted in packs, after all.
"Today is a great day," she spoke, and her siblings each hummed. The younger of the trio sat with her legs crossed atop a desk, with the middle child, the only boy, leaning on her shoulder. Both of them had their noses stuck in scrolls, weapons hanging or leaning on desks close enough be grabbed on a moments notice. Kya was the oldest, but her oldest sibling still had her by three inches in height, reading the scroll over Kya's own shoulder. "All days are great so long as everything is in motion. And, by the way, Miss Kya is our mother. My only title is one I don't imagine you're keen on putting in front of my name. Truth Bearer Kya doesn't have a good ring. Anyway, what brings you here, Kairi? I never pinned you as a spell slinger," she spoke lightly, red and black eyes peering into his chakra network, showing her what they could alone of the man before her. Nataya, Na'chal and Nava seemed less than interested.
