She looked at him with a shy smile. "You think I'm too good for you?" Phaedra wasn't exactly sure why he would think such a thing. When the kisses came she could only smile wider until her lips were claimed. Her eyes closed and she took the moment in. Eventually she put her forehead to his and just kept her eyes shut. "Please.. don't ever lie or hide something from me anymore." Phaedra brought her hands to either side of his face, playing just a little with the fuzz he seemed to keep there. Not that she complained about it. "I was more hurt by you keeping something from me than the actual secret itself." She didn't think she would ever get it through to him just how much it had hurt to know he'd kept a secret. Her head gave a small shake as it stayed pressed against his then she pulled away from him so that she could open her eyes and look at him. "Please Bear.. I'm in love with you, not what you do.. please don't hurt me again." Besides, she could deal with him and his... questionable ways. Phaedra brought her face close to his again, this time it was her turn to give him kisses. Of course she also rubbed the tip of her nose to his and sighed contently. "My Bear."

Bushi gave a bit of a smile and said, "Of course you're too good for me, Sprite. I've always known that." No reason to lie when it came to something that anyone could tell at just a glance when it came to the beautiful Sprite. Giving a nod of his head at her comment he said, "Of course. Other then what you already learned I don't really think that I can anything else to hide from you." He tried to think on it but he really couldn't think of anything at all that he'd done that was worth making note of. She knew about everything else passed that... and she even knew that now. Giving a rapid nod of his head he said, "I... I am so sorry, I never wanted to hurt you. I thought it best to keep home life and business life separate. I never thought that it would end in such a way." Shaking his head he said, "I will strive to be better and more reliable going forward, I promise."

Smiles and shakes her head slowly. "I don't need you to be better, Bear. I love you the way you are." Phae gave him one more kiss before shifting so that she was cuddled up against him perfectly. The way she fit to him made her happy. It was like she was supposed to be there. Giving a hum of satisfaction the brunette would chance a glance up at him. "Well, now that you don't have to keep anything secret... If you need help with things.. I don't mind helping you." Not that she would steal anything. But she could do other things. Not that she really knew what there was to do. Phaedra was horrible with negotiating, which is why Bushi did the shopping. She couldn't sell anything to save her life. Honestly, she was starting to think she might not be useful at all. "If there is even anything I can do."

Bushi couldn't help but to smile as she said that she loved him the way he was. Giving a bit of a chuckle he said, "That's good, cause I don't think I could ever look like some of those really fit guys you see running around Sulburi. Not with your delicous cooking always on hand especially." Not that he'd give up any bit of her food for the chance at such a build. It was just not something that interested the big man. Giving a little shake of his head Bushi said, "I'd much rather keep you and out children away from that world if at all possible." He would rather they were able to just live as they always had while he dealt with work like anyone did, getting it done quickly so that they could go home to their family ince it was done. Giving a smile he said, "You should just continue as you normally do, that is what would make the happiest, Sprite. We can do our jobs as per normal during the day and then we can hang out as a family in the evenings, which is how I like it." His happiest moments were with his sprite and his children after all.

Hearing that he would rather keep her and the kids out of his work she nodded. It was likely for the best since she couldn't really imagine anything she would be good at. Phaedra offered a chuckle. "Probably for the best. I don't think I would be very helpful."
When Bushi said that he liked it that way, referring to spending family time together in the evenings, she grinned at him. "Well that is good because the kids and I love having you home." Which was true. Phae enjoyed having Bear come home to a nice meal and relaxation. It meant that she was fairly stress free. If Bushi was late she worried. If he didn't come home she half panicked. "Hm.. do you think we could handle more kids? I do like the thought of having more babies with you. Giving you more family to keep coming home to."

Bushi gave a smile but didn't say one way or the other what he thought as far as Phaedra being helpful or not. She seemed as though she'd make a great enforcer but he didn't want that for her. He'd much rather she just enjoy her time cooking at the restaurant instead of having to worry about her gonig off to rough up various thugs on his behalf. Not to mention he doubted his reputation could take that sort of hit. He'd rather the entirety of Oba and beyond didn't know his Sprite was scarier then he was, even if it was true at times. "Hm? Well, I think we could. No rush though." With everything that had happened of late he didn't want to go rushing Phaedra into anything. He felt himself blessed by every last God and Goddess that watched over Oba that she stayed with him when she didn't have to. As such he saw no reason to rush her into anything or ask her for anything. It was kind of her to think of him and his desire for a large family in the midst of everything going on but still, he didn't want to push his luck.

Phae nodded her head. No rush. At the moment she didn't think getting with child would be a good idea anyways. All her worrying would likely be bad for the unborn babe. However, she was happy to at least know Bushi was open to the idea of having more. So if there was a point in the future when she thought it was a good idea then there would be no hesitations. "No rush.." She echoed. "Did I get you into more trouble with my big mouth?" She had been good at that when she was younger and seriously wasn't looking forward to learning she had gone backwards instead of forwards. "If I did I'm sorry." Not that she could see herself taking her words back since they had been in defense of her kids. She could however, apologize to her husband for having to deal with the aftermath of her nothing thinking. "Any way I can help smooth that over?" Phaedra could always cook something for his boss.

Bushi seemed to think on it before he said, "I don't think that I am too worried about it. I feel like I will be able to get things figured out with Hestian. I just need to go to work as normal and things should work out." He wasn't too worried so long as he got to work as soon as possible to get things going. At the same time though he really wanted to see about getting his family back home to Awat. "I... no, I think I can do it. I just need to do what I always do. I think I would rather know that you and the children are safe back in Awat... though I have a feeling you won't allow it, huh? You will likely want to get back to work as normal as well I'm guessing?" As much as he wanted to send her home he already knew that sort of thing wasn't going to work.

She frowned as he said that he would take care of it. Phaedra knew she'd messed up but didn't press him to let her help out. Instead she sighed and leaned against him, taking comfort in the warmth he provided. "Huh uh.. I'm not leaving you here alone. The kids would fear the worst had happened." Not to mention the twins would want to continue with their lessons. They couldn't do that from Awat. As much as she enjoyed her country home. It was so much quieter. Then a thought popped into her head and she looked up at him. "There was mention of Matori... Maybe we can all go there?" Phae was thinking more along the lines of a vacation to get away from Oba but if she had heard right Bear's boss wanted something in Matori. "The kids would enjoy the beach don't you think?" The leaf woman smiled at him. "And I think Mano and Kyrian are still there. We can visit them."

Bushi blinked a couple of times, then gave a humming sound. Bring them all to Matori? It was an interesting thought since it meant that he would be able to work and his family would be out of Sulburi for a time, allowing things to cool down and get forgotten. It might actually be a rather good idea he thought to himself, giving a slow nod of his head. At least until mention of Mano and Kyrian. Giving a little snort he said, "We... could meet with them..." He wasn't the biggest fan of that Matorian and not because of the man's tribe. Instead it was because he was a relentless flirt that didn't care about who it was that he was hitting on. He didn't know if he wanted that one around his Sprite or their children as he was sure that the guy would flirt with all of them. It was a thought that made his eyes narrow a bit, "I will toss him in the ocean if he starts hitting on the twins."

She was pleased that he seemed to like the idea that they all go to Matori. It meant at least one of her ideas was a good one. Then he seemed hesitant about meeting her friends. It caused Phae to giggle at her husband's reaction. "They aren't bad, Bear." As he mentioned tossing "him" into the ocean she didn't need to ask which one he spoke of. Phaedra already knew to which he referred. "Good thing he can swim." She gave him a wide smile. "Mano doesn't mean any harm by his flirting." Phae had always found it nice to have someone be so flirtatious. He had a way of making just about everyone feel wanted. "But I'll let him know to leave the kids alone." If only to avoid having Bushi actually try to toss Mano into the sea. Partly because she could see her friend making Bushi flustered when it didn't go as planned.

Bushi gave a bit of a huffing sound, "I suppose." At least the blond wasn't so bad but Mano... bah! It was because of the fact that he was important to Phaedra that he put up with the guy. If it wasn't for Mano then Phaedra might not have come to Sulburi and if she didn't come to Sulburi they might not have met. He had to at least thank the guy for that. "Hm? Meaning harm isn't the problem, I just don't want him flirting with the twins... though I suppose that if he tried that Shura might deck him." He wouldn't he mind letting him get punched by his overprotective daughter if he was foolish enough to he try hitting on Dovian. Shaking his head he looked at his Sprite before falling back on the bed with her, hugging his Sprite to his side. After thinking on it he finally gave a nod and said, "If you think you can ward him off, good. If not we can at least try it my way." Or their daughter's way?

Laying next to him she made sure to wiggle in as close as she could get. Resting her head on his shoulder she closed her eyes and listened to him. Phaedra was positive he was right about Shura. If Mano tried to flirt with her brother it was likely Shura would deck him. Well, more like a certainty. "Poor Mano wouldn't know what hit him." The thought alone made her worry. Of course she was proud as a peacock that her daughter was so fierce. It meant no one would be able to hurt her. And if they did manage it then she would get involved. "Though I really don't think Dovian would even notice. He doesn't seem to really understand when someone is flirting with him, does he?" Phaedra wondered if there was something wrong but then she was reminded of when she first met Bushi. He'd been all but oblivious to her flirting with him. Not that she was anywhere near as bad as Mano. "He takes after you.." She finally said as she nodded.

Bushi winced, "That is most likely... poor kid." So long as Mano didn't take advantage of Dovian's oblivious nature. As much as he didn't like it he felt that Mano was at least not that bad when it came to his flirting... or so he hoped. Shaking his head he turned his attention back to his Sprite as she mentioned their son taking after him. He starred a moment, blinked, and hugged Phaedra tigher, a curious look appearing on his face before he then asked, "Is that so? Are you flirting with me right now, Sprite? If that is the case then I can think of much better things to do with our time alone together then chat about Mano. Especially if you're wanting all my attention solely on you." He'd choose her over that particular person any day, every day.

She thought it was a good thing that their son took after him. After all, it meant he wouldn't be taken under Mano's wing. Though... there were some things of Bushi's that she had hoped he wouldn't take after. The stealing was one of them. But, she could get over that if she scared the habit out of her son. "Me? Flirting? Why Bear... I'm surprised you noticed." She giggled a little as she was being sarcastic. Wanting to be closer to him she tangled one leg with his so she could lay half on him. "Just be happy I don't complain about your lack of a shirt." Phae could always claim he was trying to gain the attention of others that way. Not that she would make him put one on. Simply because she enjoyed the sight of him as he was. Leaning in closer she placed a kiss to his cheek. "So what better things can you think of? I warn you now I am not cooking." Not this late.
