Hika had been watching, the entire time. She had been excited for Zeke when he had been doing well, and was disappointed for him when it looked bad. When he had lost, Hika winced, knowing a loss always sucked, even when one was a good sport. She took a moment, then darted over to where Zeke and and his opponent were, ducking under the ropes marking off the battle zone.
She was going to offer her own hand to Zeke, but was a little late, and was sort of stuck with her hand half out, feeling awkward. "You all right, Zeke?" She knew he'd be basically ok, but was he stiff or achey, did he need assistance?
She kind of hoped not, on the second part, because she wasn't exactly big and strong. But she would, if needed.
She flashed the man she hadn't met before a small smile, then refocused on Zeke.
