-- - - - - -The little building was almost perfect. Every block was perfectly aligned, and it even had a little bell tower. Well, the best bell tower one could make with the large blocks. An almost malicious grin appeared on her face as she raised a hand, ready to deliver a perfectly-aligned smack to the building to make it topple perfectly. It was going to be the best knockover that she'd done so far, and it was exciting!
But life seemed to not want to go right for her, and the apparently heavy bag being put down was enough to spook her into jumping, her wings buzzed, and she let out a little yelp. Her tail whipped around nervously, accidentally hitting her soon to be demolished building.
Well.
"You did!" Azula's voice was louder than it had to be, but she realized her mistake, and lowered it so as not to attract attention. "You...Yeah, you did!"

Imiri had found himself in the playroom out of boredom. There were already a lot of Freshilings there playing games and with the toys that were provided. He scanned the room, looking for something fun he could do when his eyes landed on a hallowed Freshling like himself. They looked to be stacking blocks vary carefully and it looked to be a bit difficult for them. He skipped over, stopping hard right before the table, a big smile on his stitched lips. His green eyes peered at the growing tower curiously before waving to the other Freshling. All the while the smile never left his lips.

Stella nodded sharply to the freshling who had come to watch her building her block tower and she knocked over her tower again. "You can join me if you like." She said in a somewhat sharp tone. She knew that this game wasn't the easiest for her, but she wouldn't let that stop her from trying. She smiled a little at the other hallowed freshling. Wondering ideally if they faced any challenges from being a hallowed. She hoped they didn't let it hold them back if they did have challenges. She certainly never would and would encourage others to keep trying as well.

The green haired Freshling was a bit dismayed when the block tower fell, scrambling a bit to pick some of the blocks up. He admired her tenacity! Building the tower must have been a real feat for her. Imiri nodded vigorously and clapped his hands excitedly when the other said they could join. He quickly grabbed up some nearby blocks and tried to carefully add to the other Freshling's tower. In between building, wrote on a pad in his pocket, showing her before signing that it read "I'm Iimiri!" He flapped his wings excitedly, still grinning from ear to ear.

Stella watched as the green haired freshling seemed to get a little upset about the tower falling. "Nah don't worry." She said brushing the mistake off like water off her naiad skin back. Stella blinked as she was about to put another block on the tower she read the pad that said. "I'm Iimiri." Then she looked closer at the other hallowed. "Oh" She didn't point out what they certainly already knew. She hadn't noticed because she didn't notice hallowed traits unless she was paying a lot of attention she might miss a detail. "I'm Stella." She gave the other freshling a smirk and went back to building the block tower with them. Looking up to see if there was another message.

Cascade arrived at the playroom, she looked around at the freshlings already there and the toys and books. She wasn't sure what she wanted to do. She fluffed her large tail and decided she wanted to go to the book corner for now. She picked up a plushie doll to cuddle on her way. Cascade liked soft cute things. She picked up the book Malice in underland and started to read it. She enjoyed fantasy stories a great deal. It was fun. She did wonder if there were races like these somewhere in the world, it was fun to wonder about things they didn't know.

Magi walked into the playroom by herself she didn't really need her mommy or daddy to take her places she would be fine. She saw some toy carriages she liked and she decided to go play in that area of the playroom. She pushed them around making sounds for them as she moved them. She hummed a little as she was playing. She also loved books but she wasn't in the mood to read today. She might decide to read later but it was alright to change one's mind sometimes. She looked up hoping to see if any of the other freshlings wanted to play with her.

”I’m Lilly,” she replied eagerly, eyes bright with excitement, voice not an octave higher than a whisper. It never was higher than a loud whisper. She just didn’t speak loud.
Her eyes watched in interest as his tendrils flickered and his tail thumped. She was still forgetful on the traits of the different races but she could have sworn that no race had both tendrils and a tail. Tendrils were geist, like Birkita. And Birkita didn’t have a tail… unless she was hiding it from her. Her eyes widened in shock and she nearly whipped around to go confront her one-sided friend.
But she had other friends to make and so, she grinned at Hamish. ”Creepy isn’t bad, though,” she argued playfully, before her eyes caught sight of a… of a dinosaur video game. She stared. Hard. And then looked at Hamish. ”Let’s play with that, okay!?” she decided excitedly.

Rosline walked around the playroom taking in the mats and toys, the board games and computers, and just so many things. She wasn't sure where to start. What did she want to do? Rosline wandered and started just moving around the board games, looking them over and put them back. Maybe she would find something interesting to do.

x x Roshan had found themselves in the playroom mostly because it was far too cold to play outside. They already missed the warmer weather. Still, at least this meant a new place to explore as Roshan had been ignoring the room in favor of the playground. They stared openly around before noticing the coloring station. While they were not one for the arts typically, they had enjoyed coloring the pyramid image during the Swirling Storms trip. Roshan made their way over to the table and picked out an image to color. They were excited to find images of numbers with the appropriate amount of familiars drawn beside it. Now this Roshan could get behind. They picked the number 4 with four vespercats and got to work. [[ Roshan is interracting with Jane. ]]

Jane wasn't too into interacting with other nightmares. They had the potential to be mean to take what was hers. But being alone had it's pitfalls. She was bored. That, and her father had taken away the rocks that she had tried to store away. Her friends. Needless to say, it was a sad day. She had been idly drawing on a coloring page. When she had scattered them she couldn't find one with any pictures of any of her hard friends around. But maybe the new nightmare may be able to? She looked up and stared intensely at them, nearly leaning across the table. "Hi." She continued to stare, unblinking.

x x Roshan suddenly felt someone leaning into their space. They looked up to see what was going on to find an elf staring at them. When the other spoke Roshan attempted a smile. At least the stranger said hello. "Hi," Roshan repeated with a wave of their hand. (The one not currently holding a crayon.) The elf was staring very intently at them and, if Roshan was honest, it was creeping them out. Still, their mom would want them to be nice. "Do you need something?" Roshan hoped they sounded pleasant, not rude. It was hard to tell the difference sometimes without the proper inflection and that was not something Roshan was always good at.

Rudy listened to the other child as they spoke their opinion, nodding along thoughtfully and politely waiting their turn to speak. The hybrid had made some interesting points that Rudy hadn't really considered, but the boy still wasn't swayed. His third eye blinked curiously, trying to process Winter's train of thought as his other two eyes stared blankly. "Okay," Rudy began. "But you can pause and stop a movie whenever you want and pick it back up too." Really, a movie was just a visual novel anyways. "Bu that's fair." the hallowed concluded with a nod of his head. "Lots of kids seem to prefer doing things alone. At least the ones I've met. It seems kinda weird, doesn't it? A place where everyone encourages people to spend more time together and we all just go it alone. I wonder why that is."

Maurice's first set of eyes caught the motion of Vahni's hand wriggle, a small smile forming on his lips as he nodded his head towards the hybrid. "Perfect! Then you know how to handle them already. I don't need to worry then. See? Already off to a good start. Maurice was grateful that the child seemed to be relaxing. When they first entered in to the room they had seemed like a total ball of nerves. Maurice wondered if he found enough 'familiar' things to Vanhi if they would feel even more safe with him. The hallowed hybrid slowly let go of the fellow hybrid's hand once they reached the bean bag chairs and sat down with a whumph in to his own, bean bag forming around his body just enough to create a slightly plush cushion for him to lounge in. "So, do you have a big family, then?"

After the crash, Flynn's heart sank as his oversized ears sagged even closer towards the ground. As the child turned and scolded him, Flynn didn't really know what to do. He realized fairly quickly the other child he was faced with was a hallowed too. Flynn tried to think of a reason for their shortness. Perhaps the child had spent a lot of time carefully building the tower? Maybe they were just angry that it was wrecked from being so suddenly spooked? Or maybe the child had just been bullied by others for being hallowed -- and overtly so. Perhaps it was a defense mechanism? Anything was possible. Flynn could only speculate. "I'm so sorry!" Flynn rasped from his spot on the floor, hands gripping at the bottom of his sweater. "It wasn't on purpose, honest!"
