โComing in for another day of work, descending from his home upstairs, the fishmonger had rapidly brought out the fish required for steady business movement, allowing for smooth progress during the day, no matter the volume of people passing by and striking fair deals. His impressive strength made the job of carrying out the products out quite easy, and practical, with the quantity located in each bag and net utilized. The tall figure moved about with care and patience, tending to each spot with great attention, making sure everything was in their rightful place. Only after being done with those details of somewhat great value, the reptilian went back into the comforts of his shop, calmly making his way to the counter. Once there, his arms supported the upper body of his body on that surface, the elbows making contact as well as the forearm of each limb.
Kuromori, with his gentle nature, had no problem staying in that position and where for things to happen. This fact would prove quite strange as movement began outside of the shop, with frantic behavior, panic all around. Unaware of what was happening on the area, only certain whispers and random yells would give him the signal something bad was going on. Despite a considerably combatant kind of man, this was not his call to make, to go and figure out what was happening. The shop, as selfish as the action might've been, was his most prized possession, and to leave it when danger surfaced was a move he dared not make. Straightening his back and folding his arms, the ferocious eyes of that crocodilian fishmonger remained fixed on the people passing ahead, wary of any possibility.โ

โFrom where he stood, silent and somber, the eyes of peculiar color widened, the body stepping back in an abrupt reaction. The booming sound of an explosion echoed all around, albeit not a common explosion by the traits of it. It was frightening, not knowing what kind of trouble was going on outside, but all one could tell, from within that humble and massive shop, was that it was drawing near, around the harbour. Hesitant, Kuromori gathered his bravado and decided to go towards the front of his business, standing tall at each step, fearing for what else came in through the corners. When in sight, the ships and all the running crowd, masses of screaming and terrified individuals, made for a quite traumatizing scene, a chill going down his thick bones. The gaze would observe, from afar, as soldiers and elite ranks, by what he could tell from experience living in Eoana, marched towards a certain section of the harbour, directing themselves at one ship in special. It was not wise to keep watching, the collateral damage could be of any magnitude, and if push came to shove, it was tremendously more comfortable to stay protected by the structure of his precious Deep Waters.
It was when he began to walk back inside his shop that the sounds of someone approaching him, distinct by the proximity and direction, caused the tall male to look back over his shoulder, in fast reflexes. Thankfully, it was a rapid thing to identify who the person was, and honestly, it generated a finally good warmth to strike his heart, instead of the worry and dread from the happenings outside. "I have no idea, small masses came running from the city a while ago, but now danger reached the harbour. By the soldiers there, I believe this is no light incident, we should be on high alert." While speaking, with a warning in the mix, the crocodilian took notice of the formidable clothing Harp worn over her attractive figure. The hair also shaped in a most gracious way, prepared and cared for. It was a shame that, while so elegant, her arrival came upon such a terrible scene. When the woman approached, taking hold of his hands, gaze meeting his, the words that came forth from her were powerful, deep cutting, but he wasn't even sure of where to start helping those. The situation was at least stable on the harbour as it was all yet centered on one spot, but it was undeniable that perhaps things were much worse back in the city. "That is true, with such forces focused on one thing, I'm doubtful that the army will rescue those in need, lost in the confusion, we should head out." Agreeing with the smaller one, the fishmonger already began to move.
Initiating all the needed process, the male would be fast to start pulling all the items from the exterior. The bags and wooden stands propped outside would be brought in some at a time, the male rushed while doing so. "That is most unfortunate, my dear friend, it would've been lovely to go with you" Deep and somewhat muffled voice stated, loud enough for her ears to pick up each word given, the emotion sincere in his tone. Kuromori would take a while, but in matter of considerable minutes, nearly all things were placed on lock down, brought to the back area. The necessary objects and products were the only ones moved. The items kept where they were listed the things Kuro could bare the loss of without much damage done to the well state of his business. It was for the sake of his survival, but also, for the sake of speed to leave that place. "Where should we head to first?" Once done, Kuro questioned to Harp standing in front of her, asking as she had arrived from the city streets and could perhaps be aware of the area with the most need. While not exceptionally mighty, his skills in fighting were refined by years of survival, a raw strength worthy of admiration. If needed, the darkened one would not hesitate to protect Harp and those under their wing, no matter his level of control over his raiment and what consequences could come of combat. After deciding what had to be done, and where, the duo would set out to help as many as possible {{exit}}โ
