Rhys woke up in the observation room again, and stayed down for a while. He was flip-flopping between coming back another day (probably in a year or so, because he really hated those ******** darts) or trying a few more times.

Slowly and with a ridiculous amount of care, Rhys reached for another piece and pulled it from its place. He held his breath when it finally came free, then took a breath and replaced it, then held his breath again. Dramatic pause, and ********' finally!" he yelled at the tower, and at the chamber in general. He kept on going for just a few more pieces before actually walking out of the chamber. The senior hunters handed him a marker, which got them a "are you ********' kidding me" look from the trainee before they went back to their work of observing. Still, he pocketed his "trophy" and headed for the exit.
