Seren's face went blank at the pun for a very long moment, before she couldn't help it. She laughed, but shook her head at Terry. He seemed FAR too intelligent for her to even begin to believe that was accidental. "Nebulous? Really, Terry? Really?" She kept chuckling, though, for a good minute, before sobering up and processing the rest of his statement.
Her eyes focused off into the distance, and she said in a voice that held no inflections whatsoever "I am ready to do whatever they assign me. I'm prepared to do what I need for my duty. I accepted that when I signed up for this, just as I accepted I might go down some day." Her previously animated face was showing nothing suddenly.
