Remarque pursed his lips and nodded slightly. “Since Laverna seems to like you so much, maybe she could volunteer to have your back. In case anything goes wrong,” he shrugged. “It never hurts to know you’ve got someone looking after you. We might have more numbers now, but that won’t do us any good if anyone’s left alone when something goes down.”
He extended his hand to the Senshi of Prisms and introduced, “Remarque, Puppetry. It’s good to meet you.”
He was still glancing around the room, trying to mentally sort who he could. Who he recognized, who he knew could handle themselves. He caught sight of Avior again and cast him a curious look; he was one of the few eternal Senshi there and yet, he seemed as shy as some of the newer Senshi.
Still, Remarque was glad to see him there; he hadn’t been able to catch up with him in a while but it was a good reminder to pull him aside and find out what was going on.
Preferably, in an area slightly less crowded. He suspected Avior would be a little more honest when he wasn’t around strangers—or trying to figure out what was going on with Mirrorspace.
When he saw Mimistrobell, he flashed a grin and flicked his wrist in a wave. It had been a while since he’d last seen her; she seemed engrossed in conversation with Acubens so he didn’t make any effort to interrupt or disrupt their focus.

Glad for Crocus joining him on the floor he shifted a bit so he could lean against the other's side. "I don't like this...I wonder if it's like a mirror that cracks or chips. Or if this is all magical." Since there was that mist and such. But if a mirror cracked didn't they break? Weren't they unable to be fixed? I mean properly...gluing the piece back didn't really count. He wasn't sure honestly but all he could think about was shattering mirrors. He didn't like this at all, though he could be wrong and it could be something good, or at least not as bad as his mind wanted to paint this to be.
Nodding his head he smiled at the other. "I will....I don't like going out on my own. I've had a few run in's. Nothing bad...but I don't like fighting a small child - preteen maybe." That had bothered him, especially when he found out just what his magic did and knowing he'd used it on a kid. The other senshi he didn't mind as much...though he still hadn't liked it.
"It gets boring too..." He didn't like going out alone - it was lonely. "There are more dark mirror senshi than I thought..." Staring at the various uniforms and people moving around. Some were very curious about that crack, not that he wasn't, and getting very close to it. They were getting close than he wanted to be to it, at least right now. He'd follow the group...but he wasn't going close when only a few were right around it...incase something happened.
"Any ideas or anything you'd like this to be?"

Laverna knew that look on a person. She knew that 'who me' smile so well that she almost snorted with laughter seeing this woman present it to Remarque. It was priceless. Wouldn't work but still priceless.
But when Remarque offered up her name to the senshi, Laverna had to show a pout with her eyes. "Where is your sense of adventure Prince? I know you have one because I've seen it. Don't tell me you are trying to play guard dog tonight. You have earned a break."
But she took his moment to look away as a moment to glance back at the woman. "As our Prince said, I am Laverna." Motioning with her hand, the girl gave an overly exaggerated bow from the waist. "Thieves are my power but don't worry. I won't go stealing anything of yours....yet."

"Do we have time for patience," Acubens asked, side-eyeing Remarque as she spoke. "I love you man, you know I do, but there is a time for observation and a time for action. This crack got this bad over night. Literally. I'd say that this is a time for action." Standing still debating what to do made Acubens itch. If there was something intelligent at work here, there was no reason to assume that it wasn't still tearing and clawing at their world.
At their home.
Irritation bit at Acubens' got at the thought that only just dawned on her. She had to grind her teeth together to keep from screaming over it. And even then, she couldn't keep her frown from deepening to a dangerous scowl. Tantalus arrived, however, forcing Acubens to shake off her dark expression and smile. She had met the other briefly, but it was not under what she would call good circumstances. Acubens had meant to seek him and the other male he had been with out afterwards but... it would seem that their paths would be crossing under stressful circumstances once again.
"We need to meet on better terms," she muttered with a polite nod in answer.
While it's true that Kobayashi hadn't seen the cracks in the mirrorspace since it wasn't often that she could hitch a ride to it. After all there weren't many Mirror Senshi she knew. However after running into one of the other's and getting an explanation to what was going on, as well as a lift offered, she wasn't about to stay away. She was was to curious to do that.
When she got there to the common room she looked around, spotting a few familiar faces among everyone but mostly they were unknown to her. She didn't start talking to anyone immediately, having been distracted by the crack, now hole, in the wall.

Kibirev was a wallflower on the best of days, and as shy as a rock on the worst, and this…this crew of…of magical people was enough to throw her into a near panic attack. She was so glad that Bea had been over when Lesath popped out of her mirror and told them to come on, that there was something going on…but…but if she had known it was going to be such a crowded thing, she would have tried to make an excuse…although she knew Bea wouldn’t have let that happen.
They were in this together, so they had to do all of this stuff together. No matter what.
And everyone here seemed to either know each other, or be pretending very well to know each other…and they were all interested in a hole in the wall…and one of them, a loud curly haired senshi kept seeming like she wanted to go through the hole…now, maybe it was just because Kibirev was about as adventurous as a snail, but in her professional opinion, patching the wall seemed like a much better bet.
Feeling Lovejoy next to her, the senshi sighed and shrugged, resting against her bestie. “I have no idea. I feel like we’re just…watching something unfold and I don’t know if participating is the best choice…but if I know you, I know that you’d end up going into that hole and getting eaten if you had the change, LJ, and I don’t want that. So…maybe you should be like me, and vote for fixing the wall. That would solve things, don’t you think?”

There were so many of them. Lesath had stayed quiet, watching and observing, giving a smile when Acubens kissed her cheek, but not saying much. For, even though there were so many…and so many basic senshi to…that was a good sight…but the fact that there were so many that weren’t here. Like Navi…holes that couldn’t be filled. It was something she didn’t like to think about…but when they were all gathered like this…it was unavoidable.
A slight argument had sprung up about if they should go in the hole and figure out what was going on, and Lesath sighed. “I don’t know, Dino Baby, I agree with Remarque. I think it should be explored, but going in there without a plan or without any thought as to how to get out seems very foolish so…why don’t we figure something out before running head first into what we don’t understand.”
That made sense to her, and she hoped the others that were itching to explore the hole might take heed from her words as well.

“I keep my sense of adventure on the same shelf I keep my sense of self-preservation. Right where you should keep yours,” he said, giving her a bemused look. He was confident, but not reckless. He trusted in his own abilities more than he trusted in the abilities of others, and he wasn’t going to encourage anyone to rush into a situation they weren’t prepared to handle.
They had quite a collection though; he skimmed the crowd once more. Some faces, he didn’t expect to see. Some faces, he expected to see but didn’t.
“Guard Dog or not, I don’t have the luxury of breaks. If you do me a favor and keep an eye on each other though, maybe I won’t have to play guard dog.”
He glanced towards Acubens. “You’d better learn to make time for patience if you want to keep your head, lady. Patience isn’t just about observation. Sometimes, it’s just about waiting until the right time. We wouldn’t want to leave any stragglers to fend for themselves in this strange, wild place, would we?”
He stood a little straighter and rolled his shoulders before flashing a grin to Lesath. “But, it’s probably no use trying to reel them in. Acubens especially.” He eyed her and added, “You’re a bit too stubborn.”
He eyed the crack in the wall. They’d waited for a while, and a part of him was worried that so many Dark Mirror Senshi in one area might attract something. The thought was dark on his mind; he expected things of Mirrorspace that he didn’t often confess to others.
Lesath knew, though. She knew to be careful, and to go in prepared.
He had wanted some of the other, stronger Senshi to show up, but the longer they were here, the more they risked losing out on something—or something going wrong. His own eagerness had been itching at his senses, urging him to move forward, but he had suppressed it for as long as he could.
His reserves were low. He wasn’t going to last much longer.
His eyes found Acubens and, seriously, he instructed, “Whatever you do, just try to be careful.”

A large group of Dark Mirror Senshi had collected; it was time to get a move on. Suddenly, a strange, metallic crack sounded. Before them, another part of the wall crumbled and exposed a slightly larger space to crawl through. It was unlikely this was going to be just a walk in the park; everyone was going to have to prepare for the worst.
Passing through the crack was easy enough; it lead into a long, smoky corridor. White fog seemed to fall from the walls and collect near their feet. The fog was too thick to see the ground, and no matter how much movement it never seemed to thin. The walls of this new room are not unlike the walls one might expect to see in Mirrorspace; they were white and covered with mirrors. The only difference between them was the strange, wall sized mirror in an ornate silver frame at the end of this corridor.

It is difficult too see the floor of this hallway but you will need to navigate to the end of it to explore Mirrorspace! Roll one ten-sided dice to determine how your Senshi progresses!
1-3: You stumble over a few stray rocks and you wind up with your foot jammed in a crack in the floor. You can get your foot out and you aren’t hurt, but you might take it slow for a few minutes. 4-7: You trip over some small debris and sometimes it feels like the smoke is pulling down on your ankles but you make it without much issue. 8 or higher: You make it through the corridor without any issue.
Rank Bonus: Depending on what stage your character has reached, you may add the following bonus to your roll! This bonus will apply for every prompt!
Basic Senshi: 0 Super Senshi: +1 Eternal Senshi: +2 Royal Senshi: +3
Please keep a tally of your total points in bold red at the bottom of your post! If you miss a roll, you can make it up, but any late roll will have two points deducted from the number.

"So I'm counting on the honor of the thief having my back." Diadem couldn't help it, her innocent smile turning a bit bemused. "I can think of worse odds." She moved to attempt at curtsy, not entirely supported by her wardrobe, but she didn't feel like the bow worked either.
"So based on the chatter this is not Hogwarts style "Don't worry the staircases move around sometimes." stuff?"
That was one thing that made it particularly difficult to get a grasp on what exactly she was investigating and how important it was to anyone else. Magic... magic just...
...Just Magic. Magic confused things. It came in... in levels... strengths that you could feel on your skin but... but what it did and how it did it... that was less predictable. It was like every time she thought she had a good grasp on how to measure things magic said 'yeah but watch this...'.
"I mean I'd joke about it trying to make a new common room but I don't think a nice throw rug and some wall hangings are going to fix..." She gestured vaguely at the dark and the wisps of mist.
As it seemed they would be moving out now he stood slowly, reaching a hand down to Crocus, stretching as he waited for the other to join him in standing. What he wasn't expecting was that metallic cracking sound and right there - in front of his eyes more of the wall fell away. "That's not good....it's like our home is falling apart." Even though he hadn't been here much it was still there place - a place for dark mirror senshi. "We should stay close...and close to Acubens..." In case things went bad, he didn't like the feeling from this whole thing.
Making for the hole in the all, glad for his slender he was, the senshi of gorgon's slipped inside. Passing Acubens as he entered he gave her shoulder a squeeze. "Stay with us?" Himself and Crocus he meant. They were both basic senshi and having her at there side, with them both, was a good idea as far as he figured. He didn't want to be without her in this...this he didn't like, especially when he couldn't even see his feet or the ground.
"Mirror all the way ahead...somehow that seems ominous to me - like some horror movie..." He whispered, not wanting to really speak above a whisper. As he moved he did trip on something, maybe his own food...or a piece of the broken apart wall? He couldn't tell - he couldn't see down that far. But was it just him or did the fog seem...heavy or like a weight was on his foot and pulling it down every few steps. "I don't like this...." He whispered, more to himself than anyone else. He didn't know why he'd gone in first...he was not that powerful - and yet he had.

Sadalsuud had been content to stay by the wall close toAvior, in part because of the crack and in part because bothKiuchiandSinopehad seemed busy with those around them and she didn't really want to interrupt, although she had given Sinope a small wave too when the other Dark Mirror senshi had called out to her.
She turned to look at the crack again before turning to ask Avior for his take on it, because he seemed to have been around for a lot longer than she had –
At least she was guessing that he had...
The sound of the crack had her turning back towards the crack in the wall however, the question unasked as green eyes took in the piece of the wall that had crumbled even further.
She had made for the hole along with the others heading in the direction, in part because of curiosity and in part because she really wanted to help the Court - at least to the best of her abilities.
There was a hurdle however in the form of the floor - a floor that was covered in white fog making it impossible to see the ground...
And - as it happened - also impossible to see the rocks that it was hiding.
Sadalsuud stumbled with a startled yelp as her foot stepped awkwardly on one such rock, cheeks reddening as she further somehow managed to get a green shoe clad foot stuck in a crack of some sort.
Chione nodded at the senshi that Acubens introduced her to, then gave a smile when Elsa showed up out of nowhere. “Hey stranger. Looks like you’re still involved in all of this, hm? I know I was kind of a jerk for bringing you in then abandoning you…but you look like you’re doing well for yourself at any rate. Unlike herself who was still as new to all of this as though she only joined the court yesterday…which…
Well. Which she might as well have.
“This argument is getting pretty heated…” Well…
She watched as the black haired senshi that Acubens had kissed went inside of the hole and shrugged. “Let’s go, Elsa. I don’t do anything productive for this group, so why shouldn’t I go down strange hallways, eh? Come on, Acubens. Let’s go figure out what’s going on, okay?”
Darting through the hole, Chione looked around, seeming both amused and kind of annoyed at what was on the other side. Mirrors. Did she expect anything less? Really?
If there was one thing Laverna knew, it was when to hold her tongue. Something in Remarque's words made her realize the last thing he needed to be worrying about was her little amusement. Poo. She would just have to annoy him after he was done being the father figure.
Besides, even if she wanted to explore, there was a difference between her and some of the others. She wasn't running around as if sugar was in her veins.
"Diadem" Laverna said with a smile. "Who else is better to watch your back but a thief? No one else will try and steal from you once one is already on your tail." A quick wink was all Laverna could muster before a sound shot through the room. It drew her attention back to the wall as pieces fell once more causing her to raise a brow. "Really? Was that necessary?" She asked, as if scolding the wall of all things! How rude it was to interrupt them.
Glancing towards Diadem, she nodded. "Shall we explore the new common room?" Laverna stepped forward, following after several others who had already made a move. She took a moment to look back at her Prince. "Promise, we will be careful. So grab your woman and get in here. Else we are going to leave you behind. "
Of course she couldn't time the fact that just as she said that, her foot slipped into some of the rubble. Laverna winced, knowing from her years as a gymnastic that she had tweaked it. But it was those same years that made it easy to shake off the pain and begin to walk it off. The first few steps into the fog though might have had a little limp...
A low whistle came from her mask as she looked around. "Well...fancy."
"This is... strange... even for an already strange situation." Diadem admitted, quietly, picking her way through the opening. She stumbled slightly doing so, which she suspected had as much to do with her heels as anything else (not exactly designed to be trying to pick their way across debris in a magical fun house...) and the smoke... it was strange. It felt... heavy. Like something not quite corporeal trying to tug at your ankles and pant cuffs, patient and stubborn.
She wondered what it was trying to convey with that ghostly tugging. Stay? or Fall.
"I feel like I'm waiting to see a music star in something spangly to come out and start complaining about the mike set up or the lighting..." She admitted. "It's got that sort of theatrical surrealism to it all, doesn't it?"
It also reminded her of something out of a fantasy novel, like there should be glowing riddles and the mirror would be a door (though weren't all mirrors doors to the Dark Mirror? Once they got stronger anyway.)
"What do you think?" She asked, glancing to Laverna again. The pink streaks were cute... she liked the shade, it suited the other woman's pale hair, though she could have gotten away with much bolder shades as well too.
