OOC Footnote Current HP: 21/30 Current Trust: 40 Section notes: 19 movement +5 = 26/there onto next round! The pig seemed willing to keep going so the last few feet to the cave her acquaintance lived was reached quickly, and she called out to the buck who lived within, watching the older totoma step out and regard her and the pig solemnly a moment as she requested his help in watching the pig and keeping it safe while she went to find help for the animal. His agreement made her glad, and she helped the piglet inside before she prepared to leave.

OOC Footnote Current HP: 21/30 Current Trust: 40 Section notes: Barrier hp 20 (-2), -2 hp Guardian health The time taken to find someone who could help her was easy, really. She had a feeling the pig really only needed a small poultice of sorts to help ease it's pain fully, it didn't seem to be dealing with a broken bone, and the cool leaf seemed to help. So it was a matter of just finding out what she needed, and where to get it. The field of thorns made her sigh a moment before she steeled herself, and recklessly started to bite, wincing at the pain.

OOC Footnote Current HP: 19/30 Current Trust: 40 Section notes: Barrier hp 18 (-5), -2 hp Guardian health The first bite didn't do much to dent the thorns, but since she was here she bit at them again with a frustrated note. She knew this was probably a stupid way to go about it, but she didn't know that she was keen to get her bitten legs cut up either!

She was finding that by using her front legs she could control her actions a little better, which bolstered her a little.

OOC Footnote Current HP: 14/30 Current Trust: 40 Section notes: Barrier hp 4 (-4), -1 hp Guardian health (barrier down, onto part 6) She was almost through, which meant she was that much closer to getting the things she needed! Guardian kicked out again at the thorns hoping to break through. She sagged in relief as her efforts were rewarded with a clear path!

OOC Footnote Current HP: 13/30 Current Trust: 40 Section notes: 5/30 points, -2 trust Once she had collected everything she needed to make up the poultice with the directions she'd been given, she made her way back to her totoma friend's cave and tapped her hoof on it to be let inside. Inside was pleasant, dry grasses for beds, the top of the rock that the totoma used to keep the mouth covered was imperfect and let light in. She managed to scrape two rocks together making a loud, clashing noise which not only startled the pig and the buck, but herself as well. So much for anyone relaxing.

OOC Footnote Current HP: 13/30 Current Trust: 44 Section notes: 31/30 points (+10), +2 trust Finally she was done and had everything put together the way it needed to be, to help the pig. She took a step away from it all, and let the animal investigate what was laying on another large leaf, like she had kept laying on it on their trip. Guardian stepped forward to lay the mash onto the pig, which would keep the pain numbed longer, the wound nothing more than some bad bruising from a fall and getting its leg caught. She had no sooner laid it down, than she heard a loud noise, which caused her to startle. The startling caused her to roll right into the water that had not been there when she'd fallen asleep the night before. Shaking herself off, she realized that aside from now being wet and covered in dried mud from the day before, there was nothing wrong with her. Nor, was there any pig around her, plus, she was outside near a tree, and not in a cave. It took a couple moments for her to fully realize it'd all been nothing but a dream.

Attempt #2  Frighten was a buck who was easily spooked, let another kin suddenly speak too loudly by him, make the smallest noise, that sort of thing, and he'd jump, and feel like his heart was trying to leap from his chest. All in all it was not a fun feeling for him, in the slightest. That also meant he tended to not like being on his own, he felt safer around other kin. Which is what he strived to do as much as possible, so to wake up all alone, after falling asleep around a group of kin was dismaying, and rather surprising for that matter. To wake up and realize that he was alone, and he could hear an injured animal not far off, was also a surprise and he cautiously crept closer to the sound, startled to see a wolf laying there, whining in pain. That was cause enough for alarm, since wolves were predators, but this one wasn't even growling at him. Instead it seemed to study him, and this surprised him, the wolf seemed to understand he was just as scared of it, as it maybe should have been of him. Though he knew wolves were strong, and some were very independent. Traits he wished he had! Maybe...he could learn something from the wolf if he helped it.

OOC Footnote Current HP: 30/30 Current Trust: 10 Section notes: First round go (+2 trust being reflected next post, and so on.) What did wolves like to eat? He wasn't entirely positive, else than meat. He thought long and hard to the time he'd seen a wolf pack, and he recalled a few seemed to be eating berries. Maybe he could try that if it came down to it. For the moment, he looked around and was happy to find a small frog that he was able to sort of stun with a hoof and he cautiously tossed it to the wolf, pleased to see it eating it, anyhow.

OOC Footnote Current HP: 30/30 Current Trust: 12 Section notes: -2 hp, +2 trust The frog had been a good choice, and he decided to see what else he could locate for the wolf along those lines, to placate any hunger, so it didn't change it's mind on turning him into it's lunch! Though he had a strong sense of safety around the wolf, oddly enough. Still, the bit of meat he got was worth it, even if he stepped on a loose rock and stumbled some. He could handle the minor pain, really.

OOC Footnote Current HP: 28/30 Current Trust: 14 Section notes: -2 hp, +2 trust Frighten decided to try getting something else for the wolf, while he could probably get more meat the way he had before, he didn't know if he wanted to keep stumbling on loose rocks. So, to say he was dismayed as he found a loose root and stumbled over it, nearly dropping the branch of large juicy berries he'd gotten was an understatement. Still the wolf seemed to be appreciating them. No pain, no gain, right?
