Alec nodded and pointed towards the bathroom. "Each room has it's own private bathroom. And I completely understand. The last thing I want is for you to be uncomfortable. I'll be right here alright." He then pulled of his chain and placed it on the table. "I like wearing it, but it is definitely not comfortable to sleep in."
Yuri took his change of clothes into the bathroom. He looked in the mirror once he closed the door."It's ok. He won't find you. He isn't gonna come in tonight."For the past two years, he's been telling himself that, and he still has yet to believe himself for it. He changed and walked back out into the room in a plain cotton top and what looked to be loose cotton pants."Is the door locked? The windows?"

Alec shook his head a little and sighed. "Relax Yuri. Everything is alright. If it makes you feel better, we can lock everything. And I'll be right here to help you if need be." He smiled and laid down on his bed. 'It will take a while for him to become fully comfortable around here.'
Yuri held his day clothes to his chest."I know...but....I can't help but.....have this fear."He looked at his night clothes."It's taking a lot for me not to wear more than what I have on. Been like this for two years. Just....promise me not to hold back if he comes in. I want him to be gone no matter how...."Yuri was trembling again. He tried to hide the trembles, but he could tell he was failing.

Alec nodded and closed his eyes. "I'll do what I can Yuri. That's a promise. Just try and get some sleep. Feel free to wake me up anytime." He then pulled off his boots and set them beside his bed. "I happen to know a few water tricks that will help us out."
Yuri crawled under the sheets and was still trembling."Water?"In Eorzea, the control of water was not common."What....what can you do?"Yuri looked over to Alec and wondered what he was gonna do with it.

Alec got under the blanket and looked over at Yuri. "I have a healing spell and a water twister spell I can use. And I also have a fire spell that's quite useful. I'm actually better with magic than my keyblade." He smiled a little and snuggled into bed. "Perhaps you can learn something as well."
Yuri couldn't get comfortable. The bed was really soft...well softer than he is used to."Are all the beds in this world....this soft?"But this was only an excuse, he was afraid to sleep. Afraid of someone coming in to hurt him.

Alec smiled a little, keeping his gaze on Yuri. "Pretty much how they are Yuri. You're afraid to sleep. You don't have to hide it from me alright. We can talk until we fall asleep if you want."'I have to find some way to get him relaxed enough to sleep. Stay strong Yuri.'
Yuri couldn't hide it."I haven't been able to relax real well when it came to bed time. Ever since I ran away...I usually just fall asleep when I finally pass out."He sat up in bed."I'm afraid if I fall asleep normally, he would wake me up and force me to do the dirty things. Or I might have a dream about it and find myself enjoying it in my sleep that I....you know."

Alec smiled and looked out the window. "Then I'll just have to stay up until you do fall asleep. This time, you won't be alone. What would you like to talk about?" In truth, he wanted to know a little more about Yuri. Mainly the things he was interested in.
Yuri drew up his knees."What do you want to know?"He just wanted morning to come. He had gotten so used to staying up through the night to wait for the times that his uncle came in to abuse him that he didn't usually go to sleep until the sun rose.

"What do you like to do?" Alec asked. "I'd like to know the things that you are actually interested in. And you don't have to tell me everything. Feel free to ask me things as well." He didn't mind one bit when it came to talking about his likes. It was a way for them to get to know each other better.
Yuri thought about what he liked to do in Eorzea."I like learning things. While in Gridania, I was starting to learn how to heal people. I was halfway through my training when Brother E-Sumi-Yan had caught wind that my uncle was on his way to Gridania and located the portal. One day, I would love to go back and finish my training."It was probably off topic, but it got him talking.
