 Try was back again today and staring at the rock Brother had pointed to for him. "Okay!" he was pleased by this new rock, and he was investigating it thoroughly at this point sniffing at it, nosing it, licking it, a hoof up on it as he sniffed higher up. It was a nice rock. He thought he liked this rock quite a lot, he nosed it curiously and smiled. The holes made it kind of light and he figured he'd be able to give it a solid kick and send it flying. However the doing was different than the thinking and his hoof got caught in a hole and instead of it going anywhere, it rolled over onto him a little. Which made Try just laugh with a "Aww. I like you too rocky." before he looked to Brother. "I like this rock. Can I keep it?" he doubted it, but hey it was currently attached to his hoof (which he got loose with some intense tugging!) He gave the rock a lick farewell, before he was trotting off with his latest token. "I'll be back tomorrow to try again!" he called out around the rock in his mouth.

 Daydream Haze sees a lovely decorated dirt track at the Winter Market. It piqued her interest so she trotted up to it. Upon arriving she realized what it was all about. Not wanting to be left out she decided to give it a try. She grabs the closest rock to her. It was the size of her hoof, but she figured it'd get the job done. She hoped. She took the rock and tossed it. Watching it fly through the air, she held her breath and closed her eyes. After a minute she opened her eyes and realized that she had made it but just barely. This made her excited.

 The next return she only had to deal with a slightly larger rock than the pebbles she had touched. But for whatever reason, the more she tried to roll and move it across the line, the more tired she got. was she hungry? possibly. she was getting closer to the finish but her hunger rumbled more than ever now. Dang. Guess this won't be finished. WIthout finishing, she returned to the buck. "sorry, hunger calls." she picked up a token and left to go find food. Quote: 3. A hare-sized rock. It's probably not too hard to move. 4. So close! You were just about to succeed!

"Let me guess," bragged Wild Green Stones, cutting into the buck's explanation. "No one has succeeded yet, right?" He ignored the response and pushed forward with an almost manic grin, not even bothering to glance at his rock - which, well, he didn't really need to, since it was huge. All he had to do was keep going forward, and ignore any obstacles in his path, right? And the buck counting made for an absurdly nice beat. He only made it to the finish after the count was over, but he accepted his token as though it was a prize for winning anyway. "I'm great, I know," he said. "Wild Green Stones the Magnificent."

 Today's task was using a larger one. This one was bigger than the other ones she dealt with so far. Tis wasn't all that bad for Kiss of Death. The bigger they were the easier it was for her to get things done. Looking at the stone, she faced herself the other way and kicked at it. She kicked and backed up, kicked and back up. Before she knew it, she completed the task way faster than she had done with the pebbles in her mouth the other day. K that was easy. She smiled the entire way back to the buck waiting on her. "Done." Quote: 4. A stone about the size of your chest. That'll take some shoving... 7. Woah, you did great! How did you get so good at rolling stones?

 "Easy-peasy!" Something More joked, pushing the sandstone rock with her head, running full speed for the goal. She hit a bump or two, but the stone managed to stay intact. Beaming, she took the token as a prize for her strength.

While I Sleep shook the sweat from her brow and beamed at what she'd accomplished. She'd gotten that weird, cracked rock all the way across the line without it falling to pieces or dozing off! That was incredible!
"A token? Awesome!" She exclaimed, mimicking Brother's enthusiasm. "Thank you so much, this was fun!"Quote: 7. A cracked, rough sandstone about as big as your head; it seems pretty fractured, but he wants you to get it over the goal in one piece... 8. Amazing! Spectacular! You take your token, wondering if Brother is always so enthusiastic.

Smash-and-Mash was far too easily distracted to get all of the pebbles down to the other end. She started out strong, kicking the pile as she went- but eventually, some shouting in the distance caught her attention, and she wandered off. Perhaps tomorrow she'd do better.

 ( #5B0009 ) Roll: 8, 1 - A big boulder, easily twice your height! He says you just need to budge it a little, but -- how did he even get that here? He - he had to have set up the booth beside it, right? && You fail, miserably. At least he's good humored about it. Mugwort had not come to play some game with rocks. He had come to see this buck his sister, Sorrel, had been going on about. The buck though, did not seem to realize this and assigned Mugwort the biggest stone in the field. Mugwort didn't even attempt it, he just staired at the orange buck silently for several minutes, looking rather grumpy and very, so very, untrusting. With a snort, Mugwort turns and leaves. At least if Sorr is mooning over a buck she's not out eating MotherFather only knows what.. Variable Nonsense I am sorry Sorrel did not come today, but the horrible roll gave Mug's muse a kick so I had to bring him in to silently judge Brother XD

 Melted Color decided this would be an interesting thing to do. It couldn't be too bad to have to move things along on this track after all. This was certainly something his style of the things here. Being introduced to what he had to move... A boulder... A boulder probably larger than anything he has seen in his life before. Staring up at it... He decided it was time to dig in and have a go! Coming at it as hard as he could, with as much force as he could possibly muster, Melted Color was actually surprised when it moved a little! Jumping back, he hopped up and down! It was simply too exciting to be able to move such a large thing! Quote: 8. A big boulder, easily twice your height! He says you just need to budge it a little, but -- how did he even get that here? "What's this - a test of strength?" Westward Bound wasn't so sure of his own abilities, but he did spend a lot of time lugging things around for Westfen.
Apparently it was not a test of strength, though: he was presented with a mountain of tiny tokens (or perhaps this was just in response to Sun's question). He had to admit he was cheating a bit: he took the opportunity to use a large leaf to scoop a large group of pebbles at once, dashing back and forth as necessary to get the task done. He was met with perhaps a little too much praise for his efforts, but he thanked the buck - Drift? - for his new token anyway.

Petal Bug danced over to the happy buck, move some stones from here to there? Sure! It didn't even seem like a very large stone! Picking up the small stone she took off down the track at full speed. She probably should have paid a bit more attention to where she was going however because she tripped rather fantastically over one of the track markers and accidently flung the stone into the woods. Well..drat. Ah well, at least she tried right?

 Next on Sunchoke's path was another bright kin - a lovely buck, if she said so herself. Her initial attention was drawn by his appearance, but soon she was swept up in his enthusiastic cheering and urging to play his game. Before she knew what was happening, she was facing a pile of tiny pebbles, and the gorgeous buck was starting to count down her time! In a panic, she danced back and forth before scooping a mouthful of the pebbles up and dashing down the track. She scurried back as quickly as her legs would take her to scoop up the second half, and she ended up spitting them out at the end of the track with plenty of time to spare! Sunchoke felt almost flustered by the uproarious cheer Brother offered her, but she couldn't complain - not if such a pretty thing was lavishing compliments on her!

Clash ran the nicely-sized rock down the lane with great skill and smugness - at least, till he misheard the compliment.
"What?! No, I'm not a rolling stone," he roared, "NO BEETLES, NO ROLLING STONES."
Well, that was a strange nerve to strike. sorry >_>;;
