Cherubi is a nice girl who can pack a punch if you meddle with her. She is insanely in-love with the idea of romance and often forces singles to endure a "match making" service. She also has been known to just kidnap Nightmare's and dress them up in her newest creations. There's one thing for sure: Cherubi isn't shy.
The Chimera is a prideful creature, often boasting about her latest fashion creation if you'll lend an ear. She also is a sympathetic being, always eager to grab a cup of coffee and listen to you rant about your day, even adding her own comments. She is a people person; always willing to spare some time should you need her. She loves talking, and while she tries super hard not to take control of a conversation she will likely steer it towards a topic she is more interested in, which is probably dating, clothes, gossip, or celebrities.
Cherubi will do anything for her friends, and it doesn't help she has a mild temper. While she's usually the one in the group who offers advice, she also is the one who will smack a b***h. Did you say something nasty to her friend? Meet her palm. Her temper often snaps out if someone she loves is insulted or physically harmed. Oh, you can mock her all you like and all you'll get is some sass, but don't you dare touch her friends. On the topic of sass, Cherubi is an insanely sassy little creature. She always has a comment stored for when someone gives her work the look, or questions her. While typically friendly and overly eager to make friends, she also isn't one to let someone talk down to her or ever treat her lesser. She has a wicked tongue and she'll use it, probably while smiling the entire time.
Cherubi has two passions: making clothes and match making. She loves to steal those who are "poorly dressed" and throw free clothes she's made at them. She never was the type who was into run ways or fashion shows. No. She just wants everyone around her to look nice. She also wants everyone to be in-love, because what else is more beautiful then a happy couple? She has a bad habit of pairing her friends off and making blind-dates that often are un-announced. Be wary if she invites you out! Most likely she is going to ditch abruptly and leave you alone with a stranger who also happens to be her friend. She currently is creating a matchmaking company, so expect plenty of experimentations on you!

Cherubi seems to collect romance books, but this once she's not as eager to lend out. There's a bit more... "risque" scenes in it!

Obsidian is not very friendly towards other people. Cherubi he's insanely affectionate to, but once her back is turned he's glowering and dive bombing nearby people.
↪ Diamond:
They are a rather quiet Wisp who tends to wander outside and come home only at night.
↪ Garnet:
Garnet needs to be kept in a lantern, as they seem to feel incredibly nervous when out of it. They sit on Cherubi's desk.
↪ Howlite:
Howlite lives outside mostly, but will visit Obsidian and Cherubi time to time!
↪ Crystal:
Crystal lives under Cherubi's bed and only likes to come out when Cherubi is home alone.
↪ Onyx:
Onyx is aggressive towards anyone but Cherubi. They have extreme trust issues and were found by Cherubi, so she seems to fit the mother figure role. Onyx will abruptly hiss at those they sense have ill-intentions towards Cherubi.
↪ Silver:
Silver isn't home much. She's often out hunting or harassing nearby students. When she is home she'll normally sleep on Cherubi's bed.
↪ Quartz:
Quartz is always either in Cherubi's lap or on her bed, waiting for her to pick him up. He's a bit shy with strangers, but warms up quickly.
↪ Opal:
Opal is a sensitive Kidden who will ram into those who either aren't paying attention to her, or are hurting her delicate feelings.
Cherubi was an orphan who was hatched from a soul stone just like most of the others. She actually always was a bit disappointed she didn't have a more dramatic backstory. She grew up relatively happy in the orphanage before being sent to the academy.
As a freshling she had it hard. She didn't make friends easily, and often Cherubi was so focused on reading romance novels or sewing that she never really met anyone her age. However, she came into her own as a junior, flourishing under the supervision of the care-takers. She made friends almost instantly, and became known for always being trendy. For awhile she debated becoming a tailor or perhaps a fashion designer when her future was brought up into question, but as a junior Cherubi discovered her true passion for match making.
She dated a fair bit as a junior, but often she'd be dumped because she was too focused on the relationship of others! That never bothered her, though. She always did love seeing couples get together. She became a senior without a hitch, even if her grades began to drop as she truly discovered she despised studying.
After graduating the academy, Cherubi made sure to immediately begin work on setting up her business.
Not only is she now not single, but Cherubi wants to spread the joy of finding someone with others! This means she's been diligently focusing on her future business.

Cherubi is protective and loving to those she is close with, even if at times she can be a fan of tough love. She doesn't believe in sugar coating things when asked for a response, and will always stand for the truth. She can be a bit catty when her people are messed with, resulting in sharpened claws and furious words. If she does not like you she'll, usually, maintain a polite kindness. It's only if you wronged a friend when she'll show actual bitterness and catty sneers.

Tobias is generally a sweet but a somewhat timid fellow. He loves making friends and cuddling, but is easily frightened off if someone even has a hint of anger in their voice, whether directed at him or not. He actually is very similar to a dog, being incredibly forgiving, loyal, and protective. While Tobias comes off as intentionally super sweet, he does have a ferocious side to him that relies on his inherent Grimm strength.
He is rather friendly when he first meets someone, unless they've harmed someone he cares for in the past. He has a hard time sticking up for himself, but he's first in-line to protect someone he knows being bullied, whether friend or not. He doesn't seem to care much about his own being, instead putting others first. Tobias is not afraid to use his abilities to protect others, and will even put himself in harms way should he need to. He actually has been known to get overly violent when his friends are hurt, unable to control the impulse to crush whatever hurts them in hopes to ensure their safety.
Tobias is extremely proud to be a Grimm, mostly out of loyalty to his own kind. He has seemed to grow more confident in being a Grimm after the recent discovery of the old Grimm tribe. He has stopped feeling as insignificant as Grimm's have been awoken and those from the tribe have entered the academy. Still, he hasn't lost his interest in learning more about his kind and has begun showing a desire to perhaps even teach the world about what and who he is.
Tobias has a selfish side to him. Lonely half the time by the fact he has a hard time spotting another of his kind as a child, once he does connect with another he tends to grow needy and afraid. He doesn't want to share them, unless he too can be included. He's insecure, afraid to be left out of the loop and eventually forgotten. This ties back into feeling invisible as a freshling. Sometimes, his claws curl into fists and he finds himself trembling when he sees someone he cares for talking to some he doesn't know. He doesn't want to be excluded and lose everyone, so he tries his very best to control his jealousy.
↪ Spook:
Spook is his favorite toy. He was the plushie the academy gave to him when he first awoke, and Tobias cherishes it. Spooky is always on his bed and is washed frequently. He's happy to let others touch Spook, but Tobias does get nervous when someone plays with them for too long.
↪ Figurine:
Tobias found this figurine during a haunted house tour, and he's kept it since. It stays right on his desk! He doesn't like other people touching it and will sweep into a drawer if people notice it.
↪ Haunted:
Haunted is a very well behaved wisp who doesn't really leave Tobias' room. They only consume food from crystals given to them and refuse to ever drain Tobias' energy.
↪ Fright:
Fright loves to scare Tobias, which is where their name comes from. They do love the boy, though, and will harass anyone they see bothering the poor Grimm.
↪ Cry:
Cry screeches, a lot. She doesn't hang out much in Tobias' room as a result, but will visit time to time.
↪ Shout:
Shout, like Cry, is loud. They do not stay in Tobias' room, but comes for food right at dinnertime.
↪ Treat:
Treat goes almost everywhere with Tobias. She understands class-time means she needs to stay home, but other then that she'll try and follow him everywhere! She loves to sleep on his bed when he goes to sleep.
↪ Trick:
Trick likes to play pranks on Tobias. They seem to behave whenever Treat is around, though, so they don't get many chances to play a prank on Tobi.
Tobias emerged from his soul stone with a huge need to be held, immediately. The caretakers had a hard time giving him the affection he needed constantly, and often would be rewarded with a shrill screech if they left him too early. He was a difficult infant, but once he aged a bit more he seemed to grow into a surprisingly quiet boy.
Frustration overcame him slowly as Tobias began to seek answers for why he was the only one with a fluffy tail and canine ears. He'd often be given very vague answers, and when he pressed he'd simply receive an "I don't know". If the adults didn't know then who did? For the longest time, Tobias ran around harassing the adults for answers, never receiving any information.
By the time he was sent to the academy he was exhausted and hurting, recoiling into his room the second he could and barely ever leaving. He'd eat and go to class, and certainly wander out when a caretaker forced him to, but he mostly stuck to his bed. During this time het met Yue through the Big Sibling program, and the two were paired. He became extremely attached to her, glued to her hip. Still, despite her love for him he wasn't happy. And then, the unthinkable happened.
He found more Grimm's.
Keegan, Tayce, Crispin, and Kobe all were Grimm's. Overwhelmed at finally meeting his own kind, Tobias perked up immediately and befriended each of the four. He seemed to glow as he pursued friendships with them, becoming the healthy little boy he was supposed to be. As a teenager he even witnessed, first hand, a lost Grimm tribe being found. The Grimm from that tribe had information about their kind that others hadn't, and Tobias began to finally learn about his kind. The feeling of being lost was erased, and Tobias finally became confident in who he was.
Now he is focused on discovering his future. Tobias has also begun dating Keegan, much to his shock! He still can't believe Keegan liked him, too. Meanwhile, he's still unsure what his future will be, or what he wishes to be as a grown up. Growing up is hard!

While Tobias is inherently very shy, he also has a temper when it comes to those he loves. He is prone to unexpected bursts of adrenaline to protect the people he holds close, often fainting shortly after once his emotions catch up. He has a strange bravery lurking underneath for his people. He is always there for the people who love him, and is a quiet shoulder to lean on. If he dislikes you, though, it's obvious, as he's prone to abruptly avoiding or turning mid-step to avoid those he detests.

Yue is Tobias' Big Sibling from the program, and considered actual family. He's currently a bit overwhelmed by how many kids they have and haven't visited much, but Yue is the closest thing to a mom he has!
↪ Tayce: ❤❤❤❤❤
At first, Tobias disliked Tayce. She was also adopted as a little sibling to Yue and, at first, he was jealous. Now he's grown accustomed to her and actually seems to get along with her!
↪ Neptune: ❤❤❤❤❤
Neptune was his pal during the time the Grimm intruders came, and now the two see each other as someone to both cringe with and feel comfort around.

Kobe is a good friend from his childhood! He still gets along very well with Kobe and loves to check up on him when he can.

Eques is a quiet individual. He's not a fan of crowds or loud noises and goes out of his way to avoid both. Often he's on the roof of a building napping or watching the sky. He seems to be an introvert, and while he enjoys having friends he rarely spends time with others. He'll be there when it matters, but usually the male just wants to watch the stars or listen to the animals outside.
The hybrid doesn't speak much, but when he does his voice is delicate and his words are carefully thought out. He seems to actually give out good advice despite his lack of experience with others, and he is always willing to lend an ear should you need. While he doesn't tend to actively seek the company of others he will never reject a person if they wish to spend an evening with him. Sometimes, company can bring forth new ideas or add to his experience. Still, he's been known to abruptly get up and leave should the area around him become too crowded. He just doesn't like constant chatter and feels suffocated when surrounded by more then four people at a time.
Eques is a clever creature who enjoys studying about soul stones. He finds soul stones fascinating and has considered working to help home orphan stones. He also finds other races vastly captivating and researches races. His incessant need for information has left him resenting his own type, mostly because there's so little information on hybrids due to their vast differences. It's far too frustrating that he's a hybrid, so he tends to favor leaning on calling himself a Chimera. He won't deny being what he is, but he also won't stop you if you decide to assume he's fully Chimera.
He is fond of very few people. His affection is hard to win due to his flighty nature – but should you befriend him and gain his favor he'll be a friend for life. He'll never truly be tamed enough to constantly visit, but he will leap to you aid the second you need, and he'll even disclose all the places he likes to frequent should you wish to track him down. While he's a private person, he has no qualms with his friends joining him on his days out. His room is also always open for those he cares for should he be in it.
Lastly, Eques is patient, almost to a fault. He doesn't seem to even host a temper. Actually, Eques is a rather monotone male. His voice rarely wavers from a delicate but calm tone, and his expressions tend to favor indifference. Even hurting a friend will only cause him to swiftly tend to his friend's wounds. It's yet to be discovered what can make this calm male falter, but it's suspected his rage is something no one wants to see.

While Eques doesn't wear the bracelet he won at a Haunted Hallow event, he still likes to admire it.
↪ Sky:
Sky is a rather sensitive familiar who is prone to knocking things over if they're ignored too long. They love Eques dearly and try to follow him everywhere.
Eques was a cache child who was quickly adopted. However, shortly after his stone awakened and he emerged his parents lost their jewelry company and quickly found themselves losing their home. Desperate to ensure their son had the best life possible, whether within their arms or not, he was placed in the orphanage.
Due to being an infant when he was left at the orphanage, he has remembered his folks. He was a behaved toddler, eventually becoming a polite freshling within the academy. School came easy to him, but other Nightmare's didn't. He avoided making bonds as a freshling, and this didn't change as he became a junior. He dated briefly, but it wasn't actual love, quickly leaving the relationship once he realized he couldn't provide the affections she needed.
Now a senior, Eques seems to have discovered his future purpose. It seems, at the same time, someone has discovered him, too. Malerie, an interesting hybrid, has taken a curious interest in him. Perhaps she hasn't yet realized how dull he really is, but Eques is sure she'll grow tired of him soon. He does enjoy the company, for now, though.

Eques is quiet, and his affection is shown quietly. He is the type to do small gestures, such as assisting without being asked to and providing small presents. His anger is just as quiet and almost invisible. He does not show negative emotions, instead reverting to his normal, blank state. Even at his greatest angers he is quiet, fuming inside but blankly staring on the outside.

Dakota is soft-spoken and almost airy. Everything they do is with a tenderness and gentle grace that seems to create the illusion that Dakota is light. Their voice is so faint, their actions so gentle that it seems Dakota may float away any second. They are also prone to drifting off mid-sentence, flighty in what they say and do. Dakota doesn't seem present 24/7, and they aren't. Their thoughts are often elsewhere, lost in a sea of whimsy tales and thoughts.
Yet, Dakota isn't spineless, nor are they weak. They are passionate towards what they care for and are able to both defend themselves and others. Those accustomed to the quiet side of Dakota will be thrown aback when they see Dakota trying to protect those around them. They are determined when it matters and will not drop something just because they're told to. Dakota has experience disappointing others, and they aren't afraid to do it again.
They are a creative and introverted soul. Dakota can be found curled up somewhere, knitting away peacefully. This doesn't mean they dislike people, though! Dakota loves people, actually! Dakota finds them beautiful and fascinating, and often holds great love to those they are close to, which does confuse them when it comes to romantic feelings. Dakota has a hard time distinguishing between romantic love and platonic, and often thinks their own romantic feelings are just amplified platonic emotions. It'll take someone super special to make Dakota realize their feelings. Luckily, Dakota has recently discovered someone who might be the one; Hayden.
Dakota is always willing to lend a listening ear, even if they themselves aren't so great with understanding the problems of others. They rarely have any issues due to how laid back they are, but they're compassionate and want nothing more than to help those around them. Dakota is not shy and will reach out to a complete stranger.
Dakota is a bit forgetful, so please forgive if they forget dates planned or outings! They often are distracted by random thoughts and find it hard, at times, to remember the world around them. They also love physical affection, as long as it's one on one! Dakota may not quite get romantic feelings, but they adore friendships and cuddling. They will never initiate, however.

Dakota was born as an almost exact replica of their grandmother, who had passed away right before their birth. Their mother, overwhelmed with grief, not only named Dakota after their grandmother, but also tried to turn Dakota into a carbon copy of the grandmother. Dakota was told, firmly, that they were instead a "she", and expected to adopt the same mannerisms as their fallen grandparent. Dakota had a miserable childhood as a result, growing into a depressed teenager who didn't quite know who they were.
At the age of sixteen, Dakota fled home and never came back. They forced their way into the world, lying about their age to get both a job and later an apartment. Slowly, Dakota settled into who they actually were. They went into university and finally were able to act the way they truly were. Dakota settled down way too soon, having kids with someone they believed they cared for deeply, only to discover they weren't right for one another. They broke up and Dakota took Willow, their son, and began raising him on their own.
For awhile, Dakota lived alone with their son. Willow slowly began to grow up into an anxious child, leaving Dakota unsure and often holed in their house in an attempt to figure out how to soothe their child. As the years passed they ended up realizing Willow was lonely and fixated on the fact his sibling no longer wanted him in her life. Realizing Willow was miserable as an only child, Dakota adopted Lapis. Instantly, Willow seemed to take well to being a big brother and happily took care of his baby sister. During this time their half-brother, Adrian, arrived at their doorstep. Desperate to have some sort of relationship with Dakota, Adrian asked if he could stay with Dakota, and they agreed.
Somehow along the way Dakota met Hayden. It took plenty of wooing, but eventually Dakota returned the affection Hayden seemed to have instantly felt for them.
Dakota has settled in their home, glad to have their modest but loving family within their house. They've adopted another child named Holly, and welcomed Adrian's own adopted child, Thyme. With two new children in the house, it seems Dakota is constantly busy knitting home-made goods for the two children.

Dakota does not outwardly show their affection much. They are not into starting contact, but they'll accept it from those they care about. Typically, you'll know if they like you if they knit you something personal! Dakota tends to be distant at times, but that doesn't mean they dislike anyone; they just naturally are absent. However, they'll completely avoid someone they dislike, even leaving rooms or buildings to do so. They don't believe in wasting the little time you have in life dealing with people you dislike.
