Holy s**t. What happened earlier didn't deserve a normal holy s**t, it deserved a capitalized Holy s**t with extra italization.
Sparks had officially gone mad. He'd made a big ruckus at the festival, jumping on stage, claiming everything was set up by the Negaverse-- Which, while true, made the blue-haired senshi's mouth drop. Wasn't this supposed to be covert?! The moment they disappeared on stage, a crackling sound on her walkie told her all she needed to know. "Thanks for the update, Sylph," Castalia said to her walkie, feeling a looming sense of dread curl in her body as she began to move through the crowd. She threw off her layers, feeling instant relief at the loss of her source of heat, and finally able to see better. She pulled up her walkie again. "Where are you guys? I figure we're better in a group so-- KKKkkKKyyAAHHhh!" Castalia managed to avoid complete collision with a youma attacking civilians, and after a quick twirl of her hands, managed to blast the youma away. With a quick-- "Get out of here!" To the others, Castalia continued to rush toward their meeting place, searching for any of the familiar faces of her team along the way.

Captain Aluminite - A Med Tent - Talking to Regan
He didn't recognized Regan at first, perhaps due to panic or stress but when she said his name, recognition hit him hard and heavy. This was the girl that he'd seen Chase with; the mechanic...the corrupt. A heavy sigh of relief flooded him as he stepped closer, green eyes eyeing the unconscious in the tent.
"I - " he stopped, swallowing hard. "No, not hunting. Saving." He thought of panicked Levi and captive Jade.
He held his arm out to her tentatively. "I need your help," he told her, unsure if she'd be willing to take his hand.

Rory Willows - Between the Vendor's Alley and the Donation Gate - Responding to Axton
Rory had intended to return to the table once she'd wandered the vendor's alley a bit, but she'd been distracted by Pasi who looked far too drained and high or drunk for how little he appeared to be drinking. It was a curious thing in itself, but the teen was ill-equipped to do much outside of sticking by the finn's side and let him play with her hair. It appeared to sooth and distract him enough that she didn't have to worry about him wandering off on her if she looked away.
And it felt nice, fingers carding through her hair and twisting strands into simple braids.
Of course the simpleness of it all fell apart quickly as an explosion echoed across the fair grounds and the lights went out once, few flickering back on, before they went down again. Something akin to fear constricted in Rory's heart, though she put on a brave face to keep her drained friend from worry as she rose to her feet with a hand on Pasi's shoulder.
Someone was calling her name and she stood and watch as people ran around them.
"Axton?" She called as loud and clear as she could, though she didn't move from where she was.
Her gaze lingered on his face, the relief of having another of the packmates made her tilt her head. Though Laby had taught them to hunt together, he had also prepared them for when they were alone. She was just a basic senshi, but still she could defend herself.
"Saving." She repeated. Something she didn't care for. Saving people was not her thing. Laby's might of been, perhaps even Tour, but not Adamantine. Regan studied him longer.
"Does he know?" She waited, "I do not move, unless he says so."

Sailor Fiera - Still lost but apparently near a bench around the sharkstage and a water pavilion heart
As soon as she stopped broadcasting another one of her team mates immediately started in on line, Umbra by the sound of it. He was basically saying the same thing as the others, he would meet with everyone at the entrance point. Did everyone know where the hell they were but her! She nearly stomped her foot in a fit of anger but stopped, she was an adult. She was a fighter. She was not some child even if her stature made others think that. She would not give into her anger that way.
"What!" Even as she thought that she snapped at the voice calling out to her. She turned towards the duo, ready to lash out even more when she too saw the youma. Apparently she wasn't the only one either since the guy who had called out to her started to run at the youma. Her brow rose in surprise since it looked like he was going to punch the creature. That took some serious balls! As tempting as it was to just turn away and just head towards the general direction of fleeing people, they had to be heading for the exit right? from there Fiera could figure out where to go, but she knew in her heart that it wasn't the right thing to do. Muttering to herself she raced after the guy, reaching him just as her radio crackled to life again, its message lost in the noise.
She tried to grab the guy's shirt, intending to yank him out of the way of the demon creature. "Are you stupid or something! Run, you ********!" She had things to do. She didn't have time to be babysitting some stupid squib who thought that he was a damn hero.

Benji Rhodes - Trying not to pass out and very pissed on a Bench Near Fieri and Jack
Benji only seemed to half register what was going on now. One moment he felt light headed and wanted the world to shut the ******** up for once as he sat on a bench near where he and Jack were going about, the next he heard screams. His eyes were heavy but they forced themselves open, slowly darting around as he saw people scrambling about, but he couldn't seem to make himself give a ********. Atleast not until he saw an all-too familiar monster appear in the crowd.
"s**t... Stupid ******** s**t.." He muttered to himself, pushing himself heavily to his feet after Jack seemed to have gone away. Why the ******** was he so tired?! What was drawing so heavily down on him that he couldn't even bring himself to power up? No one would notice it in all this panic! But ********, he couldn't even figure out where his henshin pen was! Did he leave it at home?! The only choice then was to run. But first, he had to somehow get his dumbass friend back.
"ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR GODDAMN MIND?! LET'S GO!" Benji managed to shout over the noise at Jack, trying to draw his companion's attention back over here. He knew he couldn't fight, be he'd be damned if he didn't try to get the kid back to safety.

Sailor Sparks and Jade Argent and an appearance from Sailor Terre (Now NPCed by Nuxaz) - A secluded Area just outside of the fairgrounds - Waiting on the team
It was clear that Sparks was antsy, anxious even as they waited for the members of their team to arrive. The sooner they had gathered the sooner they could make off with Jade and find the answers they were looking for. Their actions had been foolish, there was no disputing that, but Sparks was unable to sit by and watch people be used by the Negaverse.
What they'd done had been stupid, reckless especially if Jade was important to the Negaverse but...
They wanted answers, wanted to know how to stop things and to know how seeped in corruption the company was. If they could pull this off unscathed...what would that mean for later ventures? Being passive wasn't going to get them anywhere. They'd seen what came of the city when the White Moon stood by idly. Indifference was just as much a problem as chaos and it's corruption.
From where they hid, the could see all of the lights go down, flicker back, then go down again. Something uneasy twisted in Sparks' stomach.
"Guys, hurry up!" They called onto their walkie, beginning to pace uncomfortably. "We need to get out before they take advantage of the power outage."
From where she lay, struggling to sit up despite the pain in her ribs, Jade's blue eyes were sharp and icy. "You don't realize the gravity of your actions," she said, voice even and steady with an edge of steeliness that shouldn't have come from a woman in her position. It was clear that she was unafraid and that worried Sparks all the more.
---
Sailor Terre had gotten separated from Fiera too quickly, lost in the ever ebbing and flowing of a crowd at a musical festival and by the time everything had gone to s**t, Sparks had already run off and she'd been pushed back the way they came. "Fiera?" Terre had called to no avail. Frustrated, she shifted through the crowd, hood falling back and exposing her tiara and collar when she'd hit the outskirts of the Vendor's alley.
She could feel the flicker and flare of youma and then - there were at least two chaos signatures, the weight of them suffocating as the panic that began to well within her.
It was only Slyph's call across the radios that calmed her rapid-fire heart. "Roger," she said with more steadiness than she felt. Then, she slipped through the crowd and slipped beneath the gates they'd snuck in and hurried to find Sparks before the chaos-inflicted found her first.

The ENTIRE festival is now in the dark!
What does this mean?!
All of the lights are out and with the late fall setting and weather, the sun has set and the only available lights are cellphones, flashlights volunteers may have, or the moon and stars above! Civilians may have noticed the unusual figures, atop the lurking youma, flitting across the grounds.
Somewhere near the Donation Table a generate exploded. If you were in the surrounding area, please react accordingly. Shortly after, the backup generators kicked in only to explode minutes later near the Vendor Alley. One of the nearby tents caught fire and was only recently put out. There are still some smoldering embers giving light and creating a possible dangerous path. Be careful!
What now?!
Any characters that have been attending the festival no longer have to fear being caught on live TV and may risk powering up to defend themselves. Keep in mind that there's still a large number of people and if you cannot get to a secluded location and are certain no one will catch up, then you shouldn't power up. If you do power up you may call ONE ally in.
HOWEVER no one is allowed to find Sparks or single out one of their team mates (Terre, Fiera, Slyph, Umbra, Castilla) WITHOUT permission from Nuxaz. They are, however free to engage anyone else on the fairgrounds at their discretion.
Please be courteous to other players, follow the daisy code and wait AT LEAST 24 hrs for a player to respond to you before taking a second action.
If there are any questions or concerns on what is or isn't allowed, or with the general flow of the festival at this stage please contact me, Nuxaz, through PMs or IMs.
"Dude, what gives?" Clay groaned over the phone while he sprinted down the road. His backpack jostled angrily, slowing him down as the straps threatened to fall. "I told you to remind me about the concert thing today! s**t, what kinda homie are you? Don't give me that exam s**t again! No one gives a ******** about those!" Clay huffed and puffed into his cell phone even when he drew to a stop at a busy intersection. "I've been looking forward to this s**t for like, hella months, dude! Now I missed basically the whole goddamn thing! Gates opened at like, eleven or some s**t… Why didn't I remember it? That's not even the point! Don't change the subject…"
The lights changed, and Clay jetted across the street as quickly as his legs could muster. "Why does it matter what I was doing? Canning, dude… That s**t takes like all day. C'mon man, don't call me weird. I gotta eat, and I ain't cooking. Besides, they had this five dollars off thing if I brought in some cans."
Clay rounded the corner, darted past great lengths of chain link that walled off the festival area, and stopped dead as soon as he turned to face the entrance. "The s**t? Dude, all the lights are out. I think I just missed it. Call you back." Clay ensured that he sounded as disappointed as possible before he ended the call. Tents and stages loomed in their darkness, yawning open to the crowds that still occupied them. The screaming echoed back to him long before the music - until Clay realized that that the stages stood silent - and he figured the festival wound down to a halt. Soon the crowds would disband, the bands would bounce, and he'd be left standing around as the one dolt who wasted all the festival by canning in his basement.
Somewhere distant to him, light still glowed dully. Moments passed before he realized that he witnessed it through a haze, that smoke obscured his view. The screams still hadn't died down; did something happen? Did someone die?
Dashing into the crowd, Clay seized the nearest arm he could find and demanded answers - "Hey, I just got here. What happened? Looks like s**t went down."
Quote:
Anyone is free to interact with Clay! Maybe it's your character's arm that he grabbed?
Staring at the remains of the fire that Evren came across from trying to discover where the eyes where she puffed her cheek in determination as she looked around. Spotting a table with a cloth over it she quickly dashed and slid underneath it pulling out her henshin pen. “Ananke Power Make Up!” And with a flash of red light she assumed her senshi form. Awkwardly getting out from below the table she glanced around.
Moving to try and get a better view around she tried to see if she could figure out if there were any monsters or any senshi around.

A WILD YOUMA HAS APPEARED
There was nothing that quite drew a youma's attention like a sweet, tasty senshi starseed and that was exactly what drew the creature out of the shadows it had coiled itself in out. The beast had a snake like body, no visible limbs outside of the stretch of it's body but at the tip of it's tail was a scorpion's stinger and it's mouth was not quite reptilian but something more feline.
Large cat-like ears protruded from it's head and they flicked as the serptine creature slithered out, fangs bared.
That senshi looked tasty enough and the rather large youma struck out at them.
Blinking at the creature. "Nice... kitty... snake thing." Laughing nervously and then bracing herself as the creature hissed at her. When it lunged at her she quickly dodged with a cartwheel to the left. Letting out a breath she mused to herself that she can’t let herself be caught unaware of any part of the body of this creature.
“Well this isn’t going to be easy… “Ananke mused even if she might not have a chance to use her powers her same tactics are going to have to be applied and that was to keep on the defensive until she could find an opening to attack… “But where exactly would a cat-snake creature’s weak point be?” She mused out loud.

Jack Burnett - Moving away from the Shark Stage toward the North Hydration Station - Trying to help Benji and find cover
"Are you stupid or something! Run, you ********?" Jack gaped as he was yanked by his shirt away from the monster he'd been running straight for. A young lady's voice chastised him as he felt himself being pulled out of the youma's path. "But my friend - "
"ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR GODDAMN MIND?! LET'S GO!"
Said friend was next to berate him from his bench and Jack was surprised Benji still had the energy to yell so loud. That must have been just about the last of it, though. They were right, Benji and the other girl - he was more useful staying with his weary companion than charging up to attack, unarmed, an enemy he knew practically nothing about.
"Sorry, Ben," he called back, sprinting toward the bench. He stopped mid-way, remembering that he should have at least thanked the girl who had grabbed him, and turned back to do so. At that moment, though, all the lights went out completely and he lost track of even that brightly-colored individual. Glancing around frantically for a few seconds, he finally decided to give up and return to Benji before he lost track of him, too. The girl had probably already made her way to safety right after snatching him up.
He made his way back to the shorter teen and tried to shift him onto his back so he could try to carry him. "Alright...c'mon, you," Jack said as he tried to drape Benji's arms around his shoulders. "I think I found an unopened water bottle over there. But I think we'd better find someplace better than this bench to hide."

General Xenotime - Searching for Jade - Tailing Sailor Terre
Pale eyes narrowed at smirk forming on Layne's lips, but she didn't have time to worry about it now. She'd hear about this later, that look all but promised it, but that was a worry for another day. Her concerns at the moment were all for Jade and catching the ******** agents that had taken her. She was going to find them and she was going to make them pay. Dearly.
She blinked as she ducked her head to speak into the crystal, gaze flicking up to the man standing beside her, and the only answer he got was an impatient grunt and the roll of her eyes as she shook her head.
Then something else caught her eye, only a split second before she registered the order aura.
A girl, moving against the tide of fleeing bodies. The very oddness of it was enough to catch and keep the general's attention, and as she watched, head tilting as she stared, the girl's hood fell back to reveal the subtle flash of a tiara. "There you are..." It came out in a low snarl, each word ground between pearly teeth. The crystal, still in her hand, stabbed into her palm as she closed her fingers tightly around it.
"Find somewhere safe to power up, and be ready to follow when I call you." The order was given as dismissed the crystal again, and with a finally hard look at Laybe, Xenotime was rushing off to follow the nervous senshi.

Axton Finch - With Rory and Kit - Somewhere between the leviathan stage and the donation gate.
"Axton?["
Ah hah! There she was. Axton let out a relieved huff as he ducked around a couple rushing towards one of the exits, and spotted Rory's bright hair off to one side of the main concourse. "Where have you been?" That really wasn't important anymore, but it was kind of difficult, turning off the big brother instincts. Rory wasn't his sister, but she was young enough, apparently, to trigger a similar response.
"Never mind," he amended quickly, shaking his head before smoothing a hand back through his hair. The festival grounds were dark, people were still panicking. These were far from ideal circumstances. "Are you alright?"
There was another semi-familiar voice calling his name, and he half turned to look up at Kit as he came to a stop beside them. "Kit?" s**t, had he seen the captain? "Um." He wasn't sure how to answer that. Maybe just stick to the bare facts. "Someone was abducted."

Cassiopeia Lyons - I can't remember - Caught by Clay
Was that fire? That looked an awful lot like fire. What the ******** was going on?
Cassie had slowed to a jog as the tell tale amber glow of the fire had caught her eye on the other side of a long row of tents and trailers. Curiosity had always been something of a problem for the teen, and eminent danger had never up much of a damper on it. Now that she was a bit harder to hurt on a whole, she had even less of a reason not to let her curiosity get the better of her.
She had been heading back, making her way towards the dying glow that seemed to be located near vendor's alley, when a strong hand closed around her arm and pulled her to a rather abrupt halt.
Cassie blinked, brows creasing as she turned to stare up at the culprit. "That's an understatement." She snorted softly, turning her attention towards the source of the smoke again. "There was some kind of weird explosion on the main stage, then another by the donation gate." She sounded more excited than worried. "The lights flickered off for a minute, came back on. There was another loud bang, and then everything went black."
Lifting her other hand, she pointed towards the dying fire. "Something caught fire over there. It's gone all chaotic, man."

Sailor Umbra - headed toward Fiera and looping around back - going to go fetch Fiera real quick before returning to meet up with Sparks and the others
"s**t...Fiera sounds more lost than I was," he murmured, hearing the other members of their team call in on the walkies. "Sounds like she might be near one of the Hydration Stations. I'll go fetch her and come right back," Umbra told Sylph, bolting off before Sylph could answer. "At least now I know where we're supposed to meet up."
The senshi ran through the thinning crowds, trying to ignore the youma popping up everywhere because he knew he couldn't possibly fight them all. They were running out of time. This was made more evident as Umbra caught sight of Fiera right before the lights went out. He dared not look away from her, dim as his vision had become, until he had reached her bright disguise. She seemed to have been held up pulling a civilian kid out of harm's way
"There you are," he murmured in a low voice, taking her hand. It was then that Sparks came up on the walkie to remind them to hurry up before the Negaverse could take advantage of the power outage they must have created. "Here. This way," he urged his teammate, guiding her back the way he had come toward the trailers. If he ignored the chaos going on around them and ran, he figured they would be able to make good time returning to the rendezvous point.

Kit Paine to Ptolemaeus - going from the Donation Gate to the area near Clay & Cassie - verifying Axton & Rory are okay before going to find a place to power up, ending up near Clay and Cassie, and informing them more about the situation
The tall teen was relieved that the Donation Gate volunteers had found each other before everything went dark. From Axton's words, it seemed like the blonde himself was alright, so the Negaverse agent probably hadn't harmed him. However, the fact that someone had been abducted remained and he was still eager to find out if it really had been the work of the White Moon Senshi.
"I heard," he murmured in response. "Looks like you found Rory, so I'll leave you guys to each other. I'm gonna go see if I can get to the bottom of this." Kit smiled and gave them a thumbs up before turning to go and find somewhere he could disappear for a bit. With the lights out, he didn't think it would be all that difficult, but he guessed others would get the same idea. He was extremely curious as to what sort of energy signatures he would be picking up once he had transformed.
Ducking down behind one of the information booths, Kit brought out his henshin pen. "Ptolemaeus Power Make Up!" he called, powering up into his senshi form. Once he had changed, he quickly attempted to check the energy signatures close by. There didn't seem to be anyone powered in the immediate area, but there were a number of youma to be sensed. He was about to check elsewhere for the signatures of the kidnapper senshi he'd heard about or the Negaverse agent he'd seen. However, he was distracted by the sound of a familiar voice and the sight of a familiar face when he looked up.
Cassie? He remembered her from the beach a while back. She was with a guy and they seemed to be trying to get an idea of what was going on. Ptolemaeus didn't think there was much harm in enlightening them with what he'd heard, especially if that would motivate them to get to safety.
"Those explosions had something to do with the power, I think," he called to the two, making his way over. "Someone was trying to destroy the generators before because they were saying a performer got abducted by sailor scouts. I don't know how true it is, but it might have something to do with the monsters popping up everywhere, so don't you think you should scram?"
