If our character had +1 persuasion and rolled a 4 for the current prompt, would their debuff become -1 persuasion?

Does this reset the negative modifier Temperance had towards Liam/Shun/Temperance in the previous stage?
Also, since these new rolled wounds cannot be healed, for rp flavor, does that mean a healing power simply does not work on the wounds? Can npcs be healed?
Yes, the negative modifier has been reset. Temperance has a fresh start!
wink A healing power would not work on the wounds, correct. NPCs can be healed of physical afflictions but not mental ones. :>
