Oh her twin was going to get tangles in his hair for that. Riya could just imagine that he was enjoying how off center she was around Ergon. Still, since her brother didn't want to give that much input she gave her attention to the other iceling. "I'll ask my mom about it." The meal he'd described did sound good. A fact that had her stomach speaking up with a gurgle.
Her hand went to her belly and rubbed at it as she felt another surge of embarrassment. This one at her own body. Thankfully she was saved by the sound of Valek. "Here Riya, I got you something to take for the pain. Oh hey, and you have something to eat with it." Clearly he was pleased with this.
Iriyana took the herb from the older male and bit into her fruit so that she wouldn't have to speak again.

] Hulis nodded in agreement with his sister. "Our Mom is sure to know about that dish. She doesn't always cook dishes from Zena. She told us once that materials for most of the dishes are scarce." as they got closer he pointed out the stall. "There! That's the stall!"

Ergon looked down at Ryia's noisy belly, but his gaze shifted away quickly. How impolite to stare!
Valek's return.. well, he wasn't too sure how he felt about it, a mix of relief and nerves affecting the teen. Thankfully, he could turn to Hulis without much problem. "Most people grow supplemental foods in their own home, because there are a limited number of good places to farm. My home has a whole room just for a small garden." Looking over at the stall, he gave a small nod of understanding, and held back a little to allow the siblings to go before him.

A room dedicated to gardening? Riya blinked a few times as she took another bite of her fruit along with the pain relieving herb. Only when she finished what was in her mouth did she say anything. "We don't have one, but our dad is a merchant so he just imports goods." Her shoulders lifted a little. She supposed now she could see how their father helped out. Riya didn't have enough talent with plants to keep one alive so it was a good thing she didn't have to worry about keeping a garden just to survive.

Hulis chuckled as he ran a hand through his sisters hair before patting Valek's shoulder. "I'll go on ahead!! Ergon, your free to join us...we're meeting up with a few Uncles while we're here..." he jogged ahead before taking a seat with a few hybrids. A few jovial laughs greeting the other.

Ergon nodded slowly. Being a merchant did have its advantages. When his gaze followed Hulis, his body stiffened. Hybrids... Were their uncles hybrids?
Pausing, he looked down at his pack. Right. He had come out to get the medicine for his mother... He had delayed long enough. Since Hulis had gone ahead, he turned to give Riya and Valek a small bow. "I'm afraid I must be going. I was out here on an errand for my mother, and I should not dawdle further. Thank you for the company." When he straightened up, his eyes slid right over to Riya, where they paused before sliding away with warm cheeks. "Please continue to rest and heal, Riya," he murmured quickly before he spun to head away. His mother needed him.... She was his focus right now... Yes, that was it.

As Hulis went on ahead she blinked a few times but then brought her gaze back to Ergon. Almost instantly Riya noticed that he had stiffened a little when he saw her brother with their uncles. Was there something wrong with them? Her gaze returned to the hybrids and her twin but she saw nothing out of the ordinary. Since they were family Iriyana didn't even consider their mixed heritage. To her they were pure. Pure family. As Ergon excused himself the blinked and nodded, though she seemed to be frowning. "Alright. You're welcome to join us any time, if you'd like." He had seemed okay with the idea earlier so she wondered what had changed his mind.
As he walked away she noticed the grin on Valek's face. Already she could guess what he was thinking and she rolled her eyes before stomping away from him to join Uli.
