Hemera has moved to facility 1!

Commotion and disarray as she entered the facility for the first time. Mera was still reeling from giving her report, and swearing she had... No, she wouldn't think about it. This wasn't the time to be annoyed at small matters. But, as she walked in, she could hear yelling and explosions. Was this the prophecy Panili had spoken of?! Mera broke into a run.

All around her, the facility was a mess; broken equipment, overturned tables. Someone had written on the walls... And this wasn't even in the part that had gone through an explosion.

"What in the hell is going on?!" She stopped and whipped to see the first person around who might have some knowledge. But when she focused on the figure, she took in a sharp inhale on reflex. "Furore."

Leeroi was in an angry, panicked state, carelessly waving his shotgun around as he tried to gather clues on just what happened at the facility. Hearing Hemera's voice, he nearly smacked her with the barrel of his gun as he whipped around to face her. "********, I don't know!" He yelled, trying to compose himself. "Some assholes just ran in and tore up the place! I was smart enough to ship everything out before they could get their hands on it, but gog damn they made a mess."

He turned his head up at the graffiti on the wall. Was that— Psykgi's handwriting? She wouldn't, she couldn't do something like this. Not to him. An angry pout became permanent on his face.

He didn't want to clean up this garbage they left behind. "I'll call in some drones to clean up the mess," He said, gripping his weapon tighter. "In the meantime, I'm going to go return the favor," He explained, locking eyes with Hemera, "You wanna tag along and help out, Miss - uh..."

Leeroi waved his hand in a circle, waiting for the tealblood to finish his sentence and offer up her name. How she knew his, he had no ******** clue. Though he had to admit she looked somewhat familiar.

Mera stepped back, having nearly gotten smacked by a shotgun. Even in her fear, she liked to think she was above shooting first and asking questions later.

"Okay, okay." She put her hands up. "First of all, you need to breathe." Mera looked him over. Yeah, it was definitely Furore. He had been at the meeting, and she had refused to acknowledge it was him. He had grown, his hair had changed, and now he seemed to have lost a limb. Unsurprising. And the jumpsuit was definitely Chittentown. She could see the wear even in low light.

Assessment: they were on the same team. Huzzah.

She nodded at his idea to call the drones, as she looked around for anyone still hanging around. Hemera put a hand on the boomerang on her side. "Definitely smart to evacuate what we had here..." she muttered. So even if he was an idiot, he could do that much.

Mera blinked at his gaze when he asked her along. "What, you want me to help destroy property? That will just make them attack us again!" But she looked down to consider. "We don't have a bomb, though, so that already makes us better..." She continued muttering under her breath before stopping. She slid her glasses up her nose. Mera looked up at Leeroi again. "If it's fast and it's quiet and we're out to find who's responsible, then yes," Mera said despite her better judgment.

"My name is Mera, by the way," she stated as she swooced past him, closer than she would like, but he was in the way. "If we can find their exit point, we might have a chance at tailing them..."

Moving from Central Hub to Facility 1

By the time Chiara got to the battlefield she was a little behind, but that didn't bother the blueblood. There was still plenty of fun to go around. Chiara passed by Hemera as she went out to have her own fun. "Heeey!" The blueblood called as she neared the tealblood. "Doing good work there, nice job!" Chiara winked at the tealblood, ready to receive Hemera's usual icy stare back.

Finally out on the battlefield, the blueblood let the Adrenalin sweep her up, and rushed out to attack the apposing facility. Breaking stuff, breaking into things, it was all fun, but at the back of Chiara's mind was the reminder that excess violence is what a seadweller would do. Chiara was not about to let her highblood flaws get in the way, tactics and intelligence are impotent.

Raiding!
Name: Chiara Moteku
Target: Chittentown Facility one

Chiara watched from afar as the enemy trolls in facility one did their thing. She frowned. They were not near as interesting to watch as the fight at her own facility one. The blueblood stared at working trolls, watching their movements and looking for an opening. There were kids and teens, all busy, ignoring the possibility that someone could attack them at any moment. That was fine with Chiara, some of the trolls looked interesting, she would have to contact them later for a nice dinner or some sutch. But in the meantime, there was a facility to raid, and fun to be had! Chiara pulled out her Katar and admired the gleam of the moon on the sharp silver blades.

The first round of attacking was simply delightful. Chiara loved the rush. She loved the feeling of power over others and taking their things. Chiara stopped as soon as she started seeing blue, she would NOT let her bloodcolor take over her. She would NOT be a violent savage like Lorata. She was better than that. With what damage Chiara had done, she felt fine at leaving it at that. Self control was more important to her than this silly game. With that the blueblood lowered her weapons, checked them over, and put them away. It was time to stop for now, besides, she got a good look at the trolls in the facility, and thats all she really wanted anyway.

Raiding!
Name: Psykgi Mentha (8-17 30 morale raid bonus action)
Target: Base #3

As Psykgi painted simplistic (but artfully lewd and psychologically suggestive) graffiti on Facility 3's formerly stark metal walls, she didn't feel like her bloodpusher was entirely in the act. She was still a little shaken from seeing Leeroi (moreover, from seeing him as the enemy) and she wondered what she should have done. Fought him off? Helped him out? Her instincts were no help here – too many loyalties had been at play.

”I did the right thing, Ma.” she said to her lusus as she made her escape. She did take a moment to admire her handiwork, however – it was... artful. Amateurish, but artful. She felt something inside her stir, and she smiled as a moment of clarity dawned. ”The best possible one, really.” she tossed her spray can aside and returned to the Civisect facility for new supplies.

Psykgi slipped into the facility again, gaining access to some more secure rooms than before. She set about cautiously and cathartically breaking apart a few things with the hilt of her axe in a decently appointed office (a yellowblood's office, from the colors)... but it was when she found the important personal documents that her dimmed smile brightened. Sabotage and sheer, bloody-minded destruction was all well and good, but blackmail...

Blackmail got you places. Of course, she wouldn't be doing the blackmail herself. She was, personally, discrete. But she knew people who would, who could, or who would otherwise benefit from the information she had. In other words, it would come in handy. She smashed a few more objects before leaving the facility, hoping that her actions hadn't attracted too much attention...

She would have to confront Leeroi eventually, she knew. That was just how things were and it was best to get such confrontations out of the way as soon as possible. Channelling aggression and rage was integral for a healthy troll relationship, especially a pale one. Their Moiraillegiance was not fragile by any means, but this competition was putting a strain on it in ways she actually genuinely regretted.

"Ma, do you think he might want to... you know, hit me?" she asked the uneasy roaches fluttering in a loose cloud around her as she absent mindedly added a few murals parodying drones in the facility and lionizing well known Civisectors.

Ma'am buzzed. She honestly didn't know, but she didn't trust Leeroi that much. Then again, a few coponent nodes of Ma'am had to admit, Leeroi had been good to her troll. Still, the collective didn't know.

Psykgi followed the multiple chittering 'conversation' with practiced ease. "Nah." she said, looking back at her propaganda with some pride, "It won't come to that, Ma. Maybe a tussle, or an argument, but I'll see if I can't get him to arm wrestle. Maybe..." she picked up a roach and stroked it. "Maybe..." she said, hope softening her usually-bouyant voice, "He'll forgive me." She brightened, "We'll work it out, Ma."

But first, of course, came her home city.

Priorities. Again.

Name: Vulpin Cadmea
Target: Base #2

Vulpin was certainly enjoying their time, hiding out in the enemy facility more than they were spending time at their original base. Hiding out where they weren't supposed to... it felt incredibly satisfying to not get caught. Then again, Vulpin didn't have the highest opinion of Chittentown's security to begin with. Aside from their last sour adventure, they had relatively little issue sneaking around in the desert town's facilities.

Stretching idly, Vulpin stood in place on a support beam. Hmm, they chuckled, pressing a finger to their lips, trying to think of what damage to do today. With a kick in their step, they jumped from pier to pier, removing the occasional bolt from each.

"Oops," Vulpin remarked snidely, tipping over a loose support beam and watching the rest crumble. With a toothy laugh, they escaped the immediate area and decided to resort to more... petty tactics. Withdrawing to the outside of the building, Vulpin secured themself with a rope setup on the side of the building.

Shaking up a can of spray paint, the fox troll took care to cover their mouth with a loose neck handkerchief while they worked. It was a bit more professional than their first graffiti, they reminisced, thinking about the first hideout they made with the other tunnel snakes. Ah, fun childhood memories, although they were a bit painful. All the more to shape them into a proper, useful troll, they supposed.

Taking a swing back, Vulpin admired their work. With fewer strokes than they imagined, they were able to create a lovely caricature on the side of the factory, alongside some very detailed font. Definitely some of their finest art. What a shame it wouldn't last.

Eostre was back in another facility, resting on the sill she was coming through. This one was a bit more messed up than how she left the last one, but was just as terrible (as all of Chittentown was). She looked at the block from her vantage point, then jumped down. Her compatriot could follow when they were ready, if they were even coming the same way she was.

She put on her brass knuckles and slipped through the machinery, getting ready to wreck what she could. Eostre was hardly working up a sweat, but felt the same visceral pleasure in the destruction in the facility she might feel in a fight.

Vulpin trailed closely behind Eostre, ripping out wires from consoles that had met her wake of destruction. The blueblood was doing great damage, and quickly, and Vulpin had to admit she looked great doing it. Destruction seemed like a fitting hobby for the highblood. She certainly had the arms for it.

Meanwhile, Vulpin handled taking care of the more internal damage. Perhaps it would have a more lasting effect, but they weren't really sure. They enjoyed the idea of taking only one or two wires, messing up the machines just enough to make the engineer's lives more confusing and difficult.

Caiden moving from Central Hub to Facility 1

User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show. CamoDad cherished the walk he had with his boy. They moved things from one building to another, doing simple chores, and talking on the way. CamoDad had the feeling that this whole "event" thing would turn out to be more than just a fun game. The reptile swiveled one eye over to the brownblooded troll. He had really gotten taller in the last sweep, and he even had more tact lately. CamoDad smiled; he loved his boy when the troll was still a young child, and he still loved him now, even tho he had really grown up. Caiden still had the innocent and happy personality that CamoDad loved so much.

Forera moved 5 material into the central hub!!

Forera didn't need to talk more than once with the drones this time, simply motioning at the materials that needed to be brought back to the central hub with one finger pointing at the stuff and her thumb thrusting back figuratively. She was feeling a little restless, however-- Maybe if she pulled another one of those raid things? She wasn't exactly sure how she could do it again, alone this time, but maybe she needed a bit of help in discovering exactly what she needed. This time she'd head over to a place she hadn't been to yet-- The first Facility.
