Wazi was a bit distracted by the rolling and tried a couple of times herself before she thought she heard her name being called. She looked back to where she had been and thought she saw one of her siblings and possibly Kunbo in the ground, though all of the adults walking around made it hard to see.

She managed to squeeze through a few legs before she managed to catch up with Kunbo and happily tackle him. “Kunbo!” She happily yelled as she pounced on him while trying to catch a glimpse of her sibling. She couldn’t see them anymore though, probably gone within the crowd. Well, she would meet up with them sooner or later!

Lani gave him a glare despite her blind eyes not being able to actually see him in the way others could. Didn't mean that she couldn't still make faces at him. "And if our den smells like herbs? I am a healer Desher-bik." She didn't say his full name very often either, it was also a tease but it sounded almost more serious. Her voice grew quieter, did he sound scared to have a second litter, "Sorry I just. I mean if you don't want to. Let's talk about this later." Clearing her throat and feeling all the more awkward about the whole situation she felt the two little ones scurry around her.

"I don't mind." Fionnan quiped, feeling all together awkward. Trying to get back to the subject of the herbs he said, "I've been doing a bit of brushing up myself. All sorts of herbs you know. Smelly, non smelly, good tasting bad tasting. Colorful and dull." He flapped over to Yawo and gently landed on her, "Hope you don't mind!"

Lani cleared her throat again, "You should come by our den some time." Then she remembered what Desher said moments ago, "Are you waiting for a boy Yawo?" A bit teasing to the female.


Upon the other's exclamation to attack Kunbo did just that. His tiny little teeth sinking into Eade's leg as he tried to save the other. "Leggo mah friend." He half growled at the other. He let go and backed up and just grinned. "I'm Adetokunbo!"

Then he heard his name and recognized the female attached. It was the cub he had been playing with and scared a few times with his antics in the sand. "Wazi!" His body getting tackled by her. What a surprise to see her here. Ok it wasn't a surprise so much, there were a lot of other lions about.

Sagasu smiled as she spotted a tiny blue cub - male, but still at the age when gender didn't really quite matter. She saw another, similar cub and returned to her happy humming. They were quite adorable, the pair of them and they looked happy and well looked after. It seemed the pride did live up to all the praise she'd heard. [

"What will we do with a drunken sailor, what will we do..." the humming turned briefly into a whispered song sang in husky tones as she eyed the lions around her.

Nuzhah walked up to her brother and nudged him. "Triton come down to the stalls with me" she whispers looking up at her older brother hopefully."

Triton sighed "But, but I want to stay with the guards Nuzhah." He sighs a long exasperated sigh looking at his youngest sister.

"Don't forget Triton, it's down to the guards to care for their more fragile family" Nahodha'kota rumbled looking down at his great grandson with a gentle worldly smile.

Triton grinned broadly. "You're right!" He stood quickly "Come on then Nuzhah." He rumbles leading the way down to the stalks and games. His gaze fell on the soft pink lioness as they came to the croweds, she was singing an unusual song. "Hey Nuzhah, who's that?" He queries looking back at his chocolate coloured sister.

Nuzhah raced behind her brother, peering around him when he stopped she shrugged her shoulders. "Not sure I'v ever seen her before, why don't you ask?"

The young male cleared his throat. "Don't want to interrupt her song." He mumbles.

Nuzhah giggles, "I'll do it then." She smiles and bounces up to the pink female "I like your song, will you teach me?" She questions. "I'v never seen anyone like you before are you new! I'm Nuzhah and the big guy back there is my brother Triton, we were born here."

Yawo did everything to contain herself. She was very close to leaving the scene of what could become a crime. She pondered to herself if this was what Desher had had on his mind when she had nearly run into them - the chance encounter could have been brought on by those very thoughts.

Suddenly the chatter of herbs seemed such a small detail - she nodded in a friendly manner to the teasing that took a turn for a different way. She saw the apologetic look from Desher and smiled back smally, this was unusual, but she would get over it, there was no harm in bringing something like it up - but it was even better when both partners were aware of the desire.

When he finally brushed off the topic the pale lioness couldn't have been more grateful - she appreciated Lani, and was growing to care for her in the last coupling meetings, but that was just a scene she could have gone without. Let the past be in the past though . "Oh, the booths, what a good idea Desher." Yawo supported the thought whole heartedly, she was sure the topic of cubs was going to come up again, but perhaps when the couple had more privacy.

"Fio, are you secured for a walk?"

She wasn't sure if she should even ask, but she had no intentions to make the bird fall or tumble.

He nodded, listening to her tale and finding himself mildly disappointed. He had to remind himself that her story was likely the most common one that could be told. Not every cub who was born a rogue lived a life full of adventure before they settled down someplace. That was just the imagination of his youth talking.

"You found yourself a decent place to settle, regardless," he continued, giving her an understanding nod. "I was born here, yes, although I do find the crowds a little...trying."

And as he spoke, a cub almost ran into the both of them. He lifted a paw instinctively, leaning away from it, and then gave the apologising little one a dismissive shake of his head. "Apparently there's been a baby boom, as well. Any of that lot yours?" Although a quick glance didn't bring to light any that looked like her.

Sneaking a peak at some of the games going on, he paused to trade for a seashell ornament and dipped his head to have it tucked behind an ear. Kari, despite not having any immediate company was having fun, so far. There were cubs running amok and much jesting and laughter.

He could even here the trill of his mother's voice, now, as she offered blooms to those passing by.

His heart swelled with joy.

Asker gave a smile to Pili and stood up, as much fun as he was having talking to her he wanted to socialize a bit more. "I shall talk to you again later. I'm going to go say hello to a few others." Spotting Sagasu he cocked his head to the side and regarded her for a moment. She was quite pleasing to look at and he wondered if her personality was just as pleasant. Walking over towards her he gave her soft smile and a small bow of his head. "Greets M'Lady, I don't believe I've seen you around my pride before or the Bahari. Are you new?" He asked her curiously.



Pili gave a nod of her head and watched him walk away. She had some siblings to locate herself. Looking around for her brother she flicked her tail behind her and frowned. Was none of her family here yet? Deciding to give the wheel another spin she smiled when he gave her another pretty shell. She could collect a bunch of these and make something of them later if she got enough.




Nelly made herself comfortable near her sister and kept her eyes on nemmie as the hare hopped around sniffing at all the interesting things that some of the venders had.

Pili didn't have a father figure growing up and she wasn't exactly sure how she could come up with a suitable joke. Deciding to take a stab at it anyway she cleared her throat to get the attention of those that were close by. "What do you call a dad who falls through the ice?" She waited a moment to see if anyone knew. "A POPsicle!" She was sure it wasn't the worst joke someone had so far, right?
