TrixieDust faolan Oh my gods. I tried to do laundry. When the load had finished washing I started taking it out and noticed the detergent hadn't dissolved. I grumbled but stuck in four more quarters to run it through again. And I just went out to put that in the dryer... only to find that the already wet clothes had been too much and the washer was stuck, and still FULL of water. I had to put half my clothes in another washer, then load BOTH of them up with quarters... and they'll still need to dry and be brought in before I can leave for work. I am going to be late. crying I am totally feeling you, nothing like spending all your spare change and money on stupid machines that are supposed to make your life easier! I am totally feeling for you too, thankfully i don't have to go to the laundry mat any more.

You know, the laundromat is a good topic to vent about also. Thank god I don't have to go to one anymore.
They gross me out!
People are such slobs and I don't particularly enjoy putting my clothes in the same washer as some big old fat guy's underwear.
THEN...you get the people who will stand at the dryer folding their clothes while you are waiting to use the dryer instead of taking their clothes out and folding them at a table.
Oh, and let's not forget the pervert in the corner watching you like a hawk as you are putting your panties in the dryer.

littledemon0102 You know, the laundromat is a good topic to vent about also. Good point! I've always managed to have a place with a laundry room in the building, so I haven't even used a laundromat. I know it'd probably be way cheaper to use those machines, but I'll pay for this convenience. Even so, these machines are ancient, and when they don't work you're just simply SOL. Like now. *pouts*
