"I think so, but hmmm." She saved the document and began the process of entering it into the database to be filed with the other documents from the case.
"You're going to have to fill out more documents in the future." She wrote something down on a post note and then tapped her chin. "What's the best way I can give you the forms in the future?" She assumed Shun didn't want to have to give away all his personal every time something so much as a release form arose.

"PDF could work but... it depends on the PDF," he muttered. Some were more like images than others, which made it difficult for him to use text-to-speech with.

"Oh?" she scribbled some words on another post-it note and then looked up at him. "Can you be more specific?"

"Some PDFs were created from poor scans, which make it difficult for text to speech programs to read off for me," Shun explained.

"I see I see. I wonder if I could create a word format and then-"
She pulled her post-it note off the stack and then stuck it on the rim of her monitor, which was covered in about 20000 post-it notes. They were color coded. The one she just wrote for Shun was blue. "I think that's all Mr. Kuroda. I usually leave things in peoples' boxes or I e-mail them ... but I might stop by in person to get you to sign things." Easier that way, since she could just read it out to him, signature and be on her merry way.
"But yes, you're free!" She gave a small sort of laugh of depreciation at that. Nobody liked staying in the paperwork lady's office very long.

With a low grunt, Shun got on up, then exited the office to return to work.
