"Sailor Chrysocolla," she demurred to Prehnite with a nervous smile, "and I'd say it's nice to meet you, but, um...this really isn't the best time." He, too, looked familiar - or sounded, at least -but odds were it was from the week of captivity, and...well. Chrysocolla didn't really want to think about that very much. (Her wrists still hurt, sometimes.)
She was about to teleport the both of them, and then there was growling noises -- and Chrysocolla made a little noise best described a a 'yeep!', taking a deep breath and grabbing Prehnite's arm before they teleported down.
She'd stay out of the way, for now, unless one of them attacked her -- after all -- all these officers had weapons. Her? She'd just get in the way.

Lieutenant Huntite
It didn't bother him that the corrupted(Valeria) that he pulled into the group didn't talk, he figured she was just focusing on their surroundings as well. He watched as many started to teleport, slide, or climb down the cliff side before a pack of wolf youma showed up, drawn by the movement and noise. He stepped closer to the edge as Benitoite spoke up and gave the order to climb down the cliff then moved so he could start doing as ordered. He would have preferred the General to teleport himself rather then risk climbing with his leg but was not about to over step his bounds in telling him so. As it was when he started climbing down, careful not to dislodge Katya, and was sure no one beyond the Guardian could hear he could not help but push a bit. "Yes sir but if you slip, try to teleport yourself instead of risking it please." He said while keeping his eyes on the fight below rather then the General himself. At least those below already seemed to have things in hand for now.

General Labyrinthite
He had not expected the sudden arrive of Zircon, especially when she placed herself between him and the woman (Sepierite) that he'd brought with him. There was no time in which for him to analyze the action because the pack of youma were descending upon him and his captain was warning of something on the horizon.
His calm, composed demeanor shifted, bright eyes narrowing and jaw setting as his lanky frame shifted. He wished to summon his weapon but with the close quarters that they were entrapped told him he was more likely to harm friend than foe. The problem with a weapon of such weight, range, and size.
Later, he told himself taking a deep breath. There will be a use for it later. Right now, with the cliff against their backs it would do him no good. Besides, he knew how to use his fists the weapon was just a deadlier extension of himself. There was only a split second for him to locate where Sepierite had moved to, watching her drop a wooden sword into the skull of the youma attacking her. It was clever and suddenly, his interest in the young woman was amplified.
There was a snarl that garnered his attention, one of the wolf beasts bearing it's teeth at him before it lunged. There was one smooth motion of his fingers wrapping around it's furred neck then tossing it back long enough to hear Wolfeite's quip. "Just take care of them," he snapped, attention once again drawn to the same youma who attacked again and this time, Labyrinthite slid forward, fists raised and ready but it was a pink spatted foot that lifted and raised, aiming to connect his heel with it's chest.
It had been a while since youma had presented him with such a problem and adrenaline began to flood his veins. He'd always loved the rush of combat after all.

Lieutenant Marcasite
It appeared she was the only one that had dared to brave the slick cliff and it amused her. She'd considered climbing down but - there was more of a risk doing it this way and it was easy to brush off Natrolite's taunt. Instead of answering she just waved fingers then focused on the matter at hand.
A rock loosened and suddenly, there was a cloud of dust obscuring her line of vision. She cursed under her breath, aware of the peering purple eyes that had been drawn to their attention.
Whoops.
She pressed her face into the crook of her arm, trying to protect her lungs from the cloud of dust that crowded her. Okay, so this wasn't what she'd been expecting but she would adapt. It was no biggie, or at least wasn't until the hulking wolves began to take shape.
Oh s**t. Well, it was clearly about time for combat. Once the dust settled and she reached the ground. Her heels tapped against the stone and she braced herself, ready to drive a heel into whatever came at her.

Lieutenant Natrolite
Having landed the lieutenant was met with a cloud of dust that caused a coughing fit from the man. Vision was cut off and a hand went up to try to cover mouth and eyes till the dust settled. As that was waited for a rumble had the soldier trying to keep footing on the shaking ground. It was harder than expected due to shifting bone but somehow he managed to stay upright.
When vision was restored the pack was spotted with a wide grin. That wasn't expected at all, not, Natrolite knew it was only a matter of time since entrance. A glance to his general, then the others in the small party they made and Natrolite was trying to figure out what to do. Didn't take long before fight was what mind landed on. The ugly a** wolf like youmas were attacking and so would he.
Plus why not join the party?
Stormy eyes roamed for a weapon since at the moment fist was his only real one, the arm guards were great. But there was other more sturdy options to start with and they were laying all over the damn place.
Teeth bared and snapped at him, Natrolite smirked before a foot kicked up a large bone from under it. Catching it the baseball player in him took over and he swung away. Aiming right for those shining pearly whites. "Here puppy, puppy!" Hah. At least now he had a weapon, these damn bones would save his fist from being too bloody by the end of this ambush hopefully.

Super Sailor Typhon
Before the blue-haired shithead could come up with another retort to his general, they found themselves buried deep in trouble as a youma leapt out to attack them. <********> He tried to spring into action, but was clearly caught off guard by the whole mess as he leapt into the line of fire.
Although he took a defensive guard, his attention was quickly captured by the taunts of Natrolite with the bone. "Careful bro!"
He trusted Xenotime to be able to fend for herself, but worried the Lieutenant might attract more attention than he can handle, the Corrupted Super Senshi of Hurricanes hurried towards the Lieutenant to offer some support. It was oddly selfless of the typical a*****e, but he didn't want the youma developing a taste for Negaverse flesh either.

Mild to moderate damage is okay given how distracted.
Wither couldn't help but to noticed all when he stopped after bit of walking that Beni was limping and this confused him greatly, not that he had been injured, but instead that he'd not been healed. Did't he have a little healer senshi, poor naive thing, that would patch him up if he so directed. Well honestly, he wasn't sure it was like that, but he thought the healer senshi was probably a bleeding heart. He resolved to talk to Beni about it later, but for now, he figured he wouldn't have come if he couldn't deal, but that he would watching his back anyway.
The cliff they came to presented a bit of a problem. It he assumed was to far to jump, as no one even attempted it. Beni stopped them before they could even really consider going down, and it turned out to be a good thing they did. They got to see what lay in wait for them as opposed to being attacked by it.
The order was to climb down and so Wither started to climb down at first. He got more than half way, before he said ******** it, and pushed on the rock wall, leaping the rest of the way down. He doubted it was still to highly, he had climbed down at first, but seriously time was wasting away while he rocked climbed like this was so camping trip.
He turned to the task at hand, ready to fight if need to, so they could finish the task they were given.

Lt. Raspite
The sudden ruckus from down below, startled the young man on the cliff face. H4e had felt one of the rocks slide from under him and that alone was enough to stagger him. He slid the rest of the way down the cliff, he being careful not to go too far ahead. Stibnite did not need to be dragged along for the ride in this case, and he sure as hell didn't want to face her wrath.
He noted the youma as the moved about the area. They were not the fastest, but he knew hunting animals when he saw them. He waited for the other Lt. to join him, he nodding to his General and obeying his orders to remain as backup for Stibnite.
"Take lead, I will back you. What you say shall be and use my skills where you have need." He kept his eyes ever on the enemies, watching each one as they moved about the area. He would not be caught off guard, not by these beasts. That would not prove good for them in any case.

Lt. Stibnite
Stibnite could suddenly hear the noise below. As she gazed down, she eyed the pack of wolves and a smile appeared over her face. Now she could have some fun.
That was until she felt a yank on the fabric that held her and Raspite together. She couldn't hold back as he slid so...down she went too. "How about some warning next time?" She winced, landing on her behind as she had not been able to brace for impact. Shooting him an annoyed look, Stibnite turned just in time to see Leucite strike the youma.
Off her rear end and moving quickly, Stibnite aimed to slam herself into the youma before it could strike back. "Don't get yourself killed." She stated to both men near her but her eyes went back to Raspite. "Keep an eye on the Alpha!"

Who knew the safest place to be from danger would have been still hanging onto the sides of the cliff…for now! Benitoite, Valeria, Titanlavenite, Hauyne and Huntile worked their way down, finding either enough footholds to guide them or, in the case of Hauyne, enough footholds to make sliding a bit more of an adventure in balance.
Those who still remained above would be able to gaze down on the fighting knowing that there was something else out there…something large that no one below could see. They would also be missing out on enjoying the fun of being attacked by a pack of scavengers below.
However, it was on the ground where things were truly picking up. Five youma wolves had struck out at the order of their Alpha. The pack did clearly did not hunt together as they went five ways.
Zircon’s boomrang struck the side of the first Youma wolf, stopping it in its tracks and sending it stumbling sideways before it turned to snarl at her. Turning, to face her, it was clear it was moving into strike. That was until the shadow of Serpierite aerial strike landed caused it to stop and glance up, mouth open. It was too late and the force of the woman struck the youma straight in the head sending it to the down to the ground. The youma however was only momentarily stunned for as it shook its head to try and unscramble its mind, that gaze had turned onto Serpierite’s arm which held her weapon. Lunging at her, it opened its mouth and aimed to sink its teeth into her arm.
Nearby the first youma, the second was finding itself being thrown through the air by its neck. Labyrinthite’s throw had sent it back against a pile of bones causing them to crash as well. Thankfully no more youma showed up with this smaller dust pile. However, as the General moved in to strike the youma that shook off the throw and was now facing him with his kick, a sudden punch to the slide from Wolfeite sent the wolf like creature flying off to the side and into the direction that Marcasite had just appeared from. But the group was not out of the woods yet. This time the youma was quick to recover and leapt from the pile, slashing at Wolfeite’s chest with razor sharp claws.
Xenotime’s quick moves got her in close to the third youma. Ear in hand, it lashed out at her just she brought her fist to those same jaws that thrusted towards her arm. A yelp escaped as the jaws were forced shut with a sound that came out like an alligator locking onto pray. Clawed paws rose up, slicing at the body of the General in front of it only once before a cutlass sliced into its side. Jarosite’s weapon had found the flesh of the beast and ripped into it. The youma could only kick out with its back paws at the second General as it struggled to get its ear free from Xenotime’s hold.
Leucite’s youma had distracted the forth long enough for the new General to get around and strike with his spear. The action caused it to forget its youma breathen and push off the ground for a jumping strike towards Leucite. This strike was dead on until Stibnite’s shoulder smashed into it sending both her and the youma into a heap of claws, teeth and flesh.
The fifth youma suddenly found itself stepping back away from the appearance of a group humans and another youma. For now it ignored Typhon and Proustite instead focusing on Moonstone and the bone carrying Natrolite. As Natrolite got closer, the youma struck out. Jaws latched onto the bone bat he used and with those powerful jaws, he made quick work of snapping the bone in two. Turning quickly, the youma leapt towards Moonstone, claws slashing at her body.
Standing where it had remained, the Alpha watched its pack with glowing eyes. It was clear quickly they were outnumbered and the wolf like youma was not pleased. Stepping back, it lifted its head and let out a howl that echoed through the boneyard long after it lowered its jaws.
Nothing changed for a long moment but then, to the right of the agents, more of the wolf youma began to appear. What once was five, quickly became ten then twenty. Aside the first Alpha, a second appeared, lord of the larger group that had come as back up. Growling, teeth bared, the creatures watched their alpha before leaping into the fray, working together now to snap and ankles, arms, body parts and more…they were trying to drive the group deeper into the graveyard.
Quote:
OOC: Seems the first wave has called in back up! There is now a total of 20 youma attacking and the two alphas working together to drive you all into the graveyard! They are attacking everyone who is on the ground! Strike out? Run? Stand there and be bit? The choice is yours!

Chaos exploded around, with officers and corrupted alike surging into combat with the lupine youma pack. Moonstone had the almost-full attention of BadDog#5 (with Natrolite), and relished it; even when the beast slashed at her torso and tearing through part of her uniform and leaving long scratches down her stomach. Each of the claws left a trail welling blood and burning like fire, but she pushed through the pain to bring her totem bat down on the beast's head with all her might, an overhead blow accompanied by a high keen.
Moonstone might have kept an eye on Number 5, to make sure it was dead or damaged too badly to strike back, but the pack leader let loose a howl that sent the hairs on her nape to standing...and was answered. It's calling reinforcements. Dammit! More glowing eyes, more bestial shapes. She couldn't afford to babysit Proustite - or even worry about the others in more than a passing fashion, though she was concerned over Zircon's limp - she had to keep active, keep moving and attacking. So the Haida officer whistled, calling Wasgo back to her so that she could grab on and use the beast for mobile transport; a means of darting quickly around the feral youma with her weapon whirling and striking the beasts as though she were playing a game of whack-a-mole with monsters.
It's those big ones, we need to get them first--- But was it not better for her to let the heavier hitters go for those two, while she kept darting around to help distract the others? Keep going, my darling.
Wasgo, obeying it's Mistress's wordless commands - the press of palm here, a low click there - wound in and out of the throng of youma with their glowing eyes and flashing fangs; Moonstone's beloved personal youma lashed out with it's own fangs and claws, or used its massive wooden-seeming body to knock into whatever monster happened to be close enough -- or that dared to try hurting Moonstone. Whether Wasgo caused damage or not was uncertain, since neither monster nor woman could stop and look to see.

BAD DOG WHACK-A-MOLE. Light damage/knock back is fine
She couldn't help it when a cry of pain escaped from her, feeling the youma's teeth sink into her arm. Clenching her teeth, she attempted to steel herself against the burning sensation. Giving in to the pain would only make the fear inside of her all the more prominent. She wrenched it free of its grasp, drawing back to take the time to momentarily observe the wound. Her sword de-materialized as her other fingers reached over to hold the torn material away from the wound. It had been a cleanextraction, resulting in puncture wounds rather than a gash that would require stitches. But that didn't stem the bleeding.
Her eyes were diverted with the wolf's attack towards Wolfeite. She couldn't see the outcome though, as another duo blocked her vision. Though at the moment, she had little room to worry about anybody else. And she was well aware of that bitter fact.
"Labyrinthe!" She called out over the commotion, leaving the youma to the others as she jumped into a position closer to him, hoping that he would be able to hear her. Their situation was very clear. They couldn't escape the way they came. And they couldn't stay in their current area, as they would eventually be wiped out by the seemingly endless supply of wolf youma. Faced with one enemy at the front, they could be stepping into a trap where an enemy laid in wait at their back. But was that really a choice any more? "Shall we go deeper?" It wasn't really a question as much as a statement, if he hadn't come to the same conclusion already. Even if the move was made to intentionally force their hands in one direction, they had no choice but to follow. However, it would be smarter to defer to a General who had more experience. And even if she attempted to tell the group that though, her position afforded her little respect. The only people they would listen to, and rightfully, would be a general.

General Xenotime
A tight hold on the beast's ear kept snapping jaws from closing around anything vulnerable, but the youma still had claws, still had enough mobility to lash out and cause harm. Xenotime winced has a foot hit her high in the chest, hard enough to damn near know cin the wind out of her, but it was the downward drag of jagged claws--from not one, but two flailing legs--that managed to tear a cry from the general of mingled pain and anger.
The thin material of the cat suit tire like paper, and bloody scratches, some deeper than others, would have extended down the whole of her abdomen if the thicker barrier if the corset didn't impend the youma' counter attack.
It was belatedly she noticed a familiar general in blue, and she offered Jarodite a grateful nod for his assistance, the barest flicker of a snarled smile flashing on dark lips before she was bringing her fist around for another heavy handed barrage of blows against the howling beast's head.
Out her peripheral she could see the others, and beyond them she could see the emergence of more dark bodies closing in around them. This could end badly.

Lt. Prehnite
Initially he was content to sit back with Chrysocolla and watch things unfold. There had hardly been enough Youma to be worth it, and it was far more exciting to let the Generals and their teams work. To enjoy Xenotime and Leucites work from afar, watch as they called their own pets and arms to bear.
Of course it didn't last long, the call the Alpha let out for its brethren was piercing, and seeing what it brought forth made him panic. He heard the shouts and various commands, watched the Youma swarm and strike. Forget keeping an eye on the alphas! We need to end them!"s**t, why do they have to be smart and deadly! Chrysocolla, you with me?" Trowel in hand, he was no heavy hitter, he didn't even know what magics Chrysocolla could use, but he wasn't about to be chased off by wolves.
"We need to kill the Alphas before they drive us too far in!" He shouted, before taking his trowel and stabbing out at the eyes of the nearest Youma that darted in, trying his best to avoid the snapping jaws and razor claws.
He was not at all keen on being driven back into the unknown. Teeth at their front was one thing, but they weren't in any sort of formation to handle teeth from all sides; especially when they were this deep in the rift. Who knew how many numbers the wolves truly had, or what else the noise of battle would draw in on them.

General Labyrinthite
His attention was divided among his captains and the lieutenant he'd temporarily adopted and the battle at hand but his instincts were sharp, bringing him back into deadly focus as the wolves circled them and lunged at the various agents that made up their small group.
The youma attacking him went for Wolfeite instead, dodging both his and Marcasite's attempts to intercept it and he hissed between bared teeth as the youma's claws sunk into his half-youma's chest. There was little for the general to do in that moment though without risking embarrassing the captain by intervening.
Besides, Wolfeite was always so eager to prove that he could handle things on his own. If it became too much, Labyrinthite trusted that the other man knew when to call him to his aid. Until then, he had a very different target in mind. If they took out the alphas, perhaps their packs would dissipate. It was worth a shot and the general peeled himself from the rest of the crowd, marching forward with his left arm extended and his bone-scythe materializing in his hand.
If they were not trapped in such close quarters, he would be able to wield it more effectively.
Serpierite called his name and he stilled, body still on high alert in case a wolf launched at him. His gaze fixed upon her sharply and he nodded. "Move forward, as long as they trap us against a wall we will have no true success," he admitted, whiskey-gold eyes shifting to meet Wolfeite's then shifting to Zircon. "I am going to engage one of the larger beasts, they had influence and therefore must be eliminated," he told the silver-haired lieutenant before giving a sharp nod to Zircon when his gaze flicked over to the younger girl. Keep an eye on her, he seemed to say. "Use your crystal to call for me if they," meaning his captains, "cannot assist you and I'll return."
Then he charged towards the two alphas, hefting his large blade into the air and swinging his scythe in a strong arc when he was in range.
