Ashdown General Hospital the hospital is a multi-level, 300 bed facility that proudly provides a comprehensive range of outpatient services - cardiology, dermatology, oncology, radiology, geriatrics, women's health, rehabilitation, and cardiopulmonary services. Inpatient care is available in the areas of critical care, general medicine, surgery, obstetrics/newborn care, pediatrics, and psychiatry. Twenty-four hour emergency services are available.
We are pleased to provide a smoke-free, magic-free environment to best facilitate your care! Please refrain from the use of magic or tobacco either during your stay or while visiting an inpatient.
The facility is incredibly rectangular, as most hospitals. It is predominantly glass-sided, and the concrete and brick that show are a plain beige. Scrubs are generally color-coded by department, with the most prevalent color being a dark blue.
(Those who are sensitive to magic may report seeing wisp-like spiders traversing the hallways.)
Visiting Hours daily: 11am - 8pm ICU: as above, with the restrictions below ------15min per hour, limited to family/emergency contacts
employees: Haddison Clark - Chief of Surgery; Cardiology Temperance Clark - student nurse, on rotations Ashton Carver - pre-med student, on rotations
job openings:cleaning crew, nurses, doctors, radiologists, you name it

artisans market.Held every second and fourth weekend of the month, one can find the Artisans Market held at the fairgrounds (excluding weeks where there is actually a fair in town).
Multiple tents and booths line the area and house arts, crafts, and otherwise within so visitors can find a wide selection to view and shop through. There are tents and booths available for rent, both with and without power. Those inquiring to open a booth must meet with the market organizers and meet their criteria for gaining a spot.
All booths are labeled by number but those with long term leases may put up individual signs.
