Sabine, Senshi of Tactics"Fifteen Minutes of exposure will render her unconscious," Sabine said plainly, keeping emotion out of her voice. Well, trying too. There was a slightly strained undertone to it, something was bothering the young woman even with Phact demonstrating the safety of the crystals. "Provided she is healthy, that is - then the crystal will stop draining her." Then she remembered something that Caedus had told her during her conversation with him and reaching into her jacket pulled out the crystal he had offered. Biting her lip she looked at Phact, eyes giving the warning her lips would not. She placed her crystal on the bare skin of Phact's exposed arm, allowing the crystal to light up as well. "The crystals also don't care if the target is willingly giving the energy or not.... So like I said before, we could walk through the street and take small bits of energy from thousands of people and nobody would be the wiser..." She was quick to remove the crystal from Phact's arm once she'd proven her point. "The crystals have... a large amount of storage... more than we could hope to fill..." Sabine said holding up the crystal for everyone to see. "They glow more and more white the more energy they contain though." With that, she placed her crystal back in her jacket with a sigh. "So, I think we should gather energy from others as well as ourselves..."

Sailor Phact, Senshi of Doves
Even as the energy was leaving her, Phact could make out every reaction and every word. There were things she heard in that moment she had never expected. But the truth was, her point was made.
When Sabine pulled out the second crystal and touched her skin, Phact wavered at the touch. Even within her she felt the draw split for a moment and then release.
But that was enough.
The crystal she had been holding in her own hand slipped as she leaned into Sidouer for support. Phact was breathing heavy and appeared as if she could use a good night sleep. However, after a moment, she closed she opened her eyes and gazed at each and every one of them. Before her, her own crystal shone bright full of the energy she had just poured into it. Then her eyes looked over at Sabine with a small smile "You question my health?" She said softly. Clearly she could not command as loud a voice as she had before.
But with some effort, she reached out with her gloved hand, retrieved the glowing crystal and began to use both Sabine and Sidouer as supports to rise to her feet. "Thank you. All of you for your concern. After some rest, I will be alright." Phact spoke calmly addressing them once more. " Outside of feeling as if I could use a nap, I truly cannot complain. However, I hope that eases some of your concerns on the matter. The crystal does not require life. Just energy. Something even our science books say cannot be created...only changed."
Phact shifted her weight slightly against those around her before easing herself backwards towards the edge of the fountain. "But I stand by what I said. Every one of you here tonight has shown a concern and courage greater than any imaginable. I hope you can all see that."
Phact inhaled and allowed herself to be guided down to sit on the edge of the fountain now. "I offer to you all not only my protection but my knowledge as well. Many of you I can see need answers and I will be happy to provide what I can. Though you may have to find me here tomorrow." She tried to chuckle. "I do believe I will be carried home against my will shortly." And it was then she glanced to Havasu, Sidouer, Sabine and Nirvana. Between the four of them, she didn't have a chance.
"Several of you have called me an example of a leader....and I am more than humbled by this. " Her head dipped slightly to all of them."I just hope that I can be of use to every one of you in whatever you need. But one person cannot stand alone in this war. We all need each other. And I believe we all know now that everyone here will stand to protect everyone else."
Phact smiled sweetly. "Moving forward, I hope we can do our best to send Caedus home and gather what information we can should we truly be able to enter the Castle. Together we can do anything."
And with that, she closed her eyes and took a long breath. "But now, I worry everyone is freezing..."

Kastra had just settled down on the grass and was petting the large cat when he bounded off. She shaking her head and watching him as everything else went down. She made a motion to him as he came back near, she patting the ground next to her and whispering. "It is the crystal that is draining her...we are safe for now.." She smiled warmly and watched as the younger senshi, Sabine was it, touched her with yet another crystal. She winced and watched, clinging to the grass beneath her. She did not like to see such things, but she knew that it as something she would need to grow use to. This was her new life, this war was her new life, even if she did not believe in it. She looked around to the others gathered. She noting the Chinese looking man nearby and the other blonde Asian boy as well. She had seen them at the first meeting, and yet, even now they stood there,so stoic. She smiled softly and thought to herself. 'Perhaps they are having the same fears and doubts I am.' She waited for the demonstration to be over, she looking to Phact and giving her a nod in thanks. "If I might...please...contact you again? There are many things I need to learn in this war and...perhaps...if you would guide me?" She held out her senshi phone to her, asking, but not in so many words to have her number. ------------------------------------------- Nirvana kept his calm, watching as Sabine drew even more energy from Phact. It took all that was in him not to smack that intruding hand away, but he held his own, kept his eyes fixed on Phact's face and the resolve he saw there. She was so strong, stronger than most gave her credit for, and he hoped that someday he would have that same strength. He watched as she was brought to her feet once more and then to sit at the fountain. Even as she sat there, weak and tired, she worried that they were cold. He chuckled, pulling his coat around himself a bit more and nodding. "You should worry about yourself, Phact. If we are cold we only have ourselves to blame." He looked down at his clothing and then at Kastra's "Well ourselves and the cursed powers we seem to hold. Damn the costumers." He winked playfully. He looked to Sabine and Sidouer, his eyes hardening just a bit. "Get her home, make certain she is safe. I think we have all made at least some sort of decision this night. Those that have not, I guess we will have to see who shows up for the main event.." He sighed and looked around at those gathered. "Though I hope to see all these faces at our side."

Havasu nearly snatched Sabine away from Phact when the younger senshi added her crystal to Phact's arm adding to the drain on his girlfriend. Before he was able to do more than hiss softly in anger as his breath escaped through his clenched teeth Sabine had made her point and removed her stone. He glared at the redhead, as Phact leaned against Sidouer and quietly cracked a joke. His anger faded somewhat as the raven haired senshi climbed too her feet with the help of the other two flanking girls. He backed off slightly as she went to sit down but nodded mutely when she joked about being carried home. He wanted nothing more then to end this meeting and take her back to her apartment. Where he would promptly bury her under blankets and pillows on her bed so she could rest while he stuck around to make sure she didn't need anything. Hav let Phact finish her speech before speaking up "I think that just about covers everything for the time being. I think it's time to call it a night." He glanced at Kastra as the girl asked for contact information. "We are all still learning but I think I can safely say that anyone standing here is more than willing to help everyone learn more about this war and our standing in it." He glanced at Phact and back at the phone the new senshi was holding out, at the slight nod he got from Phact the squire walked over to Kastra and took the offered phone with a smile. He quickly imputed not only Phact's info but his own as well before handing it back and telling her as much. "Now don't hesitate to call if you need help or have questions." He addressed the group at large, "I can give everyone my contact info if they want it but seriously I think it's time to call it a night. Let's mull over everything we have learned and discussed. If anyone else talks to Caedus, make note of what he says and the next time we all get together we can go over it." Hav wanted to wrap this thing up and get Phact out of there. ~~~~~~~~ Mel hadn't spotted anything in the depths of the park so with a shrug he wandered back over to Kastra when she motioned him over. "Ahhhh." He would have said more but remembered the directive he had been given. Why his asking questions and talking would draw attention he had no clue but the cat was told to hush so hush he would. Being quiet didn't mean he had to sit still though. The giant cat quietly wound his way around the feet of everyone in the meeting. Silently observing and cataloging questions he wanted to ask each of them... before forgetting each question as soon as he moved on to the next person. It didn't take him long to find himself back by the side of Kastra, she gave good pets. Maybe he could teach her how to scratch right behind his ear in just the way he liked it. ((Everyone gets some Mel attention ^.^))

Sidouer, Senshi of Static“However, before anyone leaves here today I strongly suggest we exchange contact information.” Sidouer held out her hand that was not currently supporting the Senshi of Doves and summoned her phone from subspace. “I can’t claim to know how knights work but if you ever find yourself in any sort of danger you will at least be only a phone call away.” “The more contacts you have the increased chance you will have that someone will respond to your call for aid.” It was a truth she had learned a long time ago when he cell was void of all names but one. She looked from Phact to her cousin Cetus, who had been in her phone since she learned he was a Senshi as well, then finally settled on Sabine who she would add to her phone later once they got their Dove home safe. From there her eyes wandered over to Kastra, the shy timid girl that remained near the edge of the group and motioned her towards them. “Havasu, can you please take care of the knights?” While this meeting hadn’t been formed with the intent to form a team; in some convoluted roundabout way, that’s exactly what it had become; loosely anyway and it seemed that Phact had unknowingly been promoted to their leader.

Looking to his cousin, watching her phone appear, he summoned his own as he looked around the group and slowly moved from her, giving her shoulder a squeeze before departing from her side. Wooden shoes made a unique sound as he walked toward the Indian looking senshi, her outfit certain seemed Indian influenced, and he held out his phone in offering. "Put in your number and I will put in mine." Reaching with his other hand toward her phone. "I will also add my cousins." He and Sidouer didn't look it but they were cousins, how could they look the same when neither hair nor eye color were the same? But that was what they were - cousins.
He would, if his cousin allowed him, help in bringing Phact home. He didn't know her but he knew of her from his cousin. He knew she respected the senshi of doves and he had to admit after tonight he could see why, he would also in time. One thing, one demonstration and showing of leadership didn't gain respect. It was not such an easy thing for a person to give, or it shouldn't be. For now though he would give his number, take other numbers, and give out his cousins as well. She could gather numbers from his phone later when they headed home, he might just have her spend the night at his families apartment or he'd follow her home and spend the night there. It was something he felt might become father common.

Watching the senshi of doves suffer under the effects of having so much energy taken he nodded his head. He knew how it felt, he'd done it to himself earlier in the day, but he didn't mention it as he watched others come to support her, some welcome and some not. He kept close to Erebus, and kept the Pluto knights coat about him for added warmth. "She will be fine...tired.." He whispered more to himself than anything, or anyone, else. He had witnessed another cat turn up as well as another senshi, it seemed the little gathering was growing. He wasn't sure how he felt about it, he still wanted to go home and just curl up under his bedding. He hadn't planned on coming across this, on joining in on some meeting, but here he was and he wasn't sure how he felt about it all. He was still trying to figure out his own mixed feelings, the tug and pull in different directions.
As it seemed things were perhaps ending he heard the cream haired senshi dressed in pink mention something about taking care of the knights and wondered what was going on, or would be. He wasn't worried though as he approached Havasu, intent on returning the others coat. As he slipped the garment off he held it out as he approached him. "Thank you." Bowing his head to show his thanks, he really did appreciate it. Once he got home from this he was curling up under his bed and not coming up till morning or afternoon...whenever he absolutely had to. This night was just...he wished for a do over.

The meeting with the others had opened up a myriad of new things for her: First and foremost, the page felt like she had some new allies to depend on in her time of need; secondly, there was the fact she had learned so much more than she bargained for; and lastly, she didn't feel so alien to this new world as she, at first, felt she was. Instead of just dipping a toe in, she was flung into this pool of uncertainty, and had her doubts from the get go. But now...
Now it was different.
Everything's different now.
She thought back to the crystal she left at home and decided to double her efforts to collect energy when she returned. Leaving her contact information with Havasu, she high-tailed it home. She had a lot of thinking to do now that she found something new to strive for in this world.
