"Yep," he sat on the ground right on his butt. It felt like a herd of Xaraan had run him over and he had liked it. "That was, that was...umm?" he shook his head trying to clear it. He called over his own janarim and used Sky to stand up. Then he rubbed his forehead. "Good kiss." He ended on a positive note and rubbed Sky's face for comfort. It had been scary in a way, he hadn't felt that way ever before, there was nothing that even came close.

Part of him wanted to mumble his answer into Sky's face, but she deserved more then that, he was just afraid thats all, he had revealed his heart once before to someone and that had not worked out, and yet after feeling that, how much more it was then before, how real it was, deep down he knew this was the real thing and thus she deserved everything he had including eye contact in giving his answer so even though his stomach felt like jumping ship. He patted, Sky and went to her again.

"Ichil," He grasped her hand gently but firmly, the same touch he used when dealing with his familiars but different somehow, she felt more alive. "I feel more for you, then I have with anyone else. I thought I had loved before, but now I see that as untrue. I have found something real with you and if you are willing, I would like to be exclusive."

There was no other woman in existance that could come close to her. None. Therefore he would expose himself again and risk breaking his heart again..worse because of what they might attain together.

"Yes, yes of course I would, I want to give whatever this is, whatever we have a chance, that is if you want that to, if you do not I understand." He couldn't help but look a little deflated at the prospect of once again being alone bereft of even her friendship potentially. Maybe she just wanted a fling, or a kiss or nothing from him.

He kept her hand though, he may be wrong perhaps she wanted what he wanted.

She was kissing him and smiling and it didn't look like a pitying smile or a soften the blow kiss so..... he still waited for the all important words though.

"Lucky? I think I'm the lucky one." She actually did the hand thing, he was so excited. He was grinning now..again. He seemed to do that an awful lot around Ichil. "I'm definitely the lucky one." He smooched her forehead. "And now my pretty what should we do? Should we check on the cat? Paruse the spices I have available?" Get started on the castle he wanted to build for her perhaps?

"Yes dinner will be good, I'll feed the critters after I help you unload everything. I wonder if I have anything the perzi will like, who am I kidding its a predator it will like meat just like the rest of them." He smiled delighted that she couldn't stop kissing him, he had the same problem. But they had to eat at some point right? And if he didn't feed the critters they would interupt the kissing. And the kissing should not be interrupted.

So he helped her take her stuff in and then started his routine of feeding, after checking on the perzi first that was.

Kiyelt chuckled, "She's a janarim shes always hungry, but your doing good correcting her. "Firewood is outside a little ways behind the tent. Trying to keep the fuel away from the fire as it were." He didn't have it too far away though, in case of storms.

Thham the perzi had moved from his corner onto Kiyelt's bed and was kneading the bed clothes meditatively. "We need to get you a cushion, so you'll leave my poor blankies alone." Kiyelt smiled. "I'm afraid he might be a tad spoiled..okay a lot spoiled once he gets used to it here."

Kiyelt felt his mouth start to water, "I'll take a roast anytime I can get it. Stew I associate with colder weather I think, reminds me of home see. We hardly ever get cold weather out here as well you know. Besides, a roast lasts longer while its cooking, the popping and sizzling of the meat, the scent. Mmmm." He groaned happily. Roast yum!

Kiyelt took a few herbs that were drying on the tent pole and crushed them in case she wanted to use those as well. He offered her the bowl to smell. "This is the freshest I have, I don't have any of this already in a jar but your welcome to use it if it strikes your fancy.

"Yes, yes of course," He levered the poles out of the side of the tent and set the contraption up, he was grateful for the direction as he felt rather useless not knowing which tasks she preferred to do herself. He rolled a log or two over so the coals were better positioned and found a loaf of bread to cut up in his down time.

It was weird yes but it also felt good to have someone here, someone to talk to and someone to share time with, and that most sacred of rituals, the sharing of food. He tested the spit to make sure it span while he watched amused as his own janarim galloped off after Imari with a suspicious joyful bounce in his step. Kiyelt knew how he felt but still rolled his eyes at his pal.
