Gael smiled at her and put his arms around her as well. Hearing her words seemed to bring a wave of relief and he nodded his head. "That sounds good to me." He wanted to have a home for Kani before anything was set in stone.

He leaned his head forward so that he could touch his forehead to hers. "The future is a while away. So I will settle for being your boyfriend if that's alright. I just wanted you to know I have deep feelings for you Kani." At least now he knew his heart was in good hands.

A smile was plastered on his face when Kani agreed. The kiss surprised him so he could only stare at her for a moment. When his senses came back to him he grinned at her and moved to place a kiss on her nose. "I wouldn't want you to be in Oba. So maybe somewhere beyond." Gael wasn't so fond of the idea that his Kani would be among the very people that had once enslaved their tribe. She was too precious to him.

"Mhm. It's a date." Though really, Gael would agree to anything she wanted to do. He was that weak in the knees for her. Not that he would tell her that, she'd likely use it against him. Something that made him laugh and hug onto her a bit more.
