His thick arms covered his chest, folded sideways across. He'd nod back at his greeting, no point and no time to have a friendly chat right now. "Good, now that we're finally all here." Batman stepped back, he was in view, in front of all of them to speak clearly. "Let's get one thing clear, the four of us will not be the only ones out there fighting. At this point I'd rather it be that way. I estimate two to three defense teams from earth. The Justice League and it's current roster will be as expected, most likely the first wave. Ray, since you weren't here for this or why you're here other than back up," He brought the gauntlet close to his face, pressing the keys to display the old League bunker. "In case of any sort of emergency, this structure built in an undisclosed location was made. Only four people know, now seven know about it. This is where you come in. The Boom Tube device in Star City was shut down after the disbandment, I know you had involvement in some of it's tech. Getting that working can launch us to the bunker. From there we move to the objective, a covert assault on War World." He didn't expect them to like the idea, but they had to meet the mass sphere of destruction before it came closer. Without Superman on the defense, they were forced to play it safer than ever.

Eliza sighed and turned the dial again. Of course not have a general idea of who to contact first would not net her results or response. "Diana, it's Valkyrie Gauge. Are you there," she asked, stepping up to a series of screens that came to life on her approach.
Wow, she hadn't dusted these old dinosaurs off in a long time! Most of them were surveillance display taps of commonly robbed locations that needed security, but there were also news tune-ins, radio broadcasts, a criminal database she kept for herself, and a radar. And man, were the security cameras ever buzzing with life!
Give em bad news, it doesn't matter how stupid it is. They'll either go into full on panic mode, or steal everything in sight. If nothing else... if no one even bothered responding to her contact, she could at least take some course of action.
She was banking on a response, however: something better to re-debut on than hanging petty thugs up to dry. If she had to, so be it.
Mentally, she steeled herself, prepared to try the T-com if the League communicator continued to fail.

He said pacing around while activating the holographic display in his gauntlet. Unknown to anyone, save for himself, he was contacting someone. His newly appointed head of security, with special orders in mind. Deactivating, his display he continued to talk . "Quite honestly, I don't believe you. Even if I did, I cannot trust you. An organization that claims it serves the British Government then suddenly if I assist them, they will assist me? That sounds like conflicting loyalties. And a honest spy? Mr. Rayner, the only honest spy, is a dishonest one. Therefore, you cannot be trusted to be inside this building due to the valuable information inside, and the fact you're willing to be hostile to get what you want."
In a few seconds out of a stairwell, stepped out LexCorp's new head of security. Dressed in blue and white with specialized goggles, holding a pistol aimed directly in Drake Rayner's direction. Also at the same time, LexCorp security guards dressed in full combat gear rushed out the stairs and stood guard at the entrances and exits of the lobby section of the already sealed LexCorp Tower.  "Despite people wearing masks they do have their purposes. Allow me to introduce to you, Mr. Rayner, to Captain Cold. My new head of security. Now, I'm asking you nicely because I'm being very benevolent today because the world is going to go to hell if I don't do something quickly. So kindly, get the hell out of my building before you'll become the next human popsicle."

Too many man hours had passed since that mad man announced his threat world wide. Also didn't help the fact that the Justice League disbanded a while ago. With the Meta-Human Registration Act being passed, Dr. Cecilia Reyez did not see heroes lining up to sign up and become known to the public. A lot of them went into hiding, or retired from the life of being a hero. Something she completely understood. When the Justice League disbanded, she found herself back at Our Mother of Mercy Hospital in the Bronx, returning to a normal life. Another surprise in her life occurred recently as well. A private marriage ceremony, held by a small gathering of friends and family, to watch Dr. Cecilia Reyez tie the knot to her best friend, and fellow teammate, Dr. John Henry Irons. Learning to adapt to what's called a normal life once again, she found herself being drawn towards the news of recent events that have been brought to the harshness of reality. Half wondering if her husband, had experienced the need to return to the league? Sitting in her office at work, Cecilia found herself staring down at the sparkling diamond on display along her wedding band as well as to a black and white photograph, of the two of them holding on another during their shared joyous, wedding day. Would their happiness be shattered by the government demanding that they register themselves and be made known to the public? Or would this threatening, Mongul be the one that crushes what they hold precious to them?

He heard the voice ring in his mind and he knew exactly who it was! He was arriving at Dr. Waller's location when he heard it.He nodded to himself and he replied mentally"I am here! I assume your reason for contacting me is because of the current situation. It tis dire indeed. We need to formulate a response to this. I am going to meet with Amanda Waller and then I shall be able to go from there. I do sense other former team mates of mine are in action as we mentally speak and some have returned from beyond the void. I will attempt to contact them as well. Once i can gather our forces. I shall contact you, that is unless you would like to come to my location."As he phased and passed through unseen into the hidden base where Dr. Waller was, many thoughts ran through his mind. How could the former league mates come together to stop this invasion? Some of his former team mates were quite angry at J'onn for the stance he took and decision to join up with Amanda Waller and her farce that she called the "Justice League of America" ,J'onn believed that by joining, he could keep an eye on Waller. he believed what he did was right. He had many secret identities, and he could change at will into whatever he wanted. He didn't face the scrutiny that the others did, but still he knew that he had to be a part of this and he felt it was the best option to keep protecting this adopted world he loved.He floated through the base till he arrived at Amanda Waller's location. Phasing though the heavily secure door. he stayed intangible as he addressed her"Dr. Waller, I am here...What need do you have of me?"

Saikii Then, struck the feeling of apprehension. How long ago had she contacted anyone from the League? She didn't exactly keep in touch, She just,,, dropped off the map and buried herself in her work. Granted, it was for a just cause: one she absolutely believed in. How would they react when a friend who left them without explanation suddenly appeared again? Eliza, or rather Missy, knew there was a chance she'd at least be scolded for not saying anything, but, there was no time to hesitate. She could feel the powerful energies in the air and they were getting harder for her to just ignore. Earth was certainly in fr something big. She certainly couldn't afford to stand by. The project she'd poured so much work into... so much of her life and energy into would be nothing if it was just wiped away in one fell swoop. She gave herself a nod in affirmation, looking into the reflection of the glass case that bore her old suit and steadied her breath, finally setting the dial and hitting transmission,"Come on. Tell me this old thing still works..."

" Something about jumping back into the ring excited her. A long time of working in an office had been tedious and dull. Even if it was for a just cause, the lifestyle was absolutely draining. Doing this kind of thing made her feel more alive. "Also, it looks like I'm back in the game early. That energy headed our way is immense. I'm not gonna stand by and let it spoil what I've been working for in one fell swoop. So, I'm ready. What do you need me to do?"

 A lone figure walked the darkened streets of a isolated European village...one that seemed left and stuck behind from another time. As he walked he pondered what he almost gained and lost..."The Artifact Of Power" After he was defeated by the combined help of his hated for the Green Lantern Mystic and his Family and his cohorts The Shazam Family and the intervention of The Ancient Wizard Shazam himself! He lost his chance to call his masters to this dimension. To release them from their eternal prison for which they were kept and forbidden from escaping. The only way that he could bring release them and bring their arrival to usher in a new age of darkness was to find that hated Green Lantern Mystic and get back the foul tome of darkness, "The Necronomicon"..The Visitor was wrought hate and anger, He face seethed with it! After the great battle in the city of New Orleans and his defeat. His foe had seemed to vanish from this dimension..not a trace of him or his ilk remained. he did sense faint glimmers of his presence but they seemed to vanish as soon as he sensed them. He once came upon a young female who seemed to have the bloodline of The Mystic but she was protected by powerful Divine magics that repulsed him. He could not get near her to actually investigate his assumptions...but still he knew that someway, somehow..all he needed was patience and time and he would gain what he desired most. So he traveled this world and he waited, he searched this world far and wide of ancient relics, ancient places of power and places and faint traits of his masters that no mortals even knew existed. he aligned himself with modern day secret cults that worshiped his masters and he informed them that his masters time would come and they would be the ones who help to usher in a new age for all believers, that those who still believed would be the true inheritors of this universe. He was quite aware of what was occurring at this moment in the world, and It did not concern him. Technological terrors from space were no concern of his and did not even compare to the power of his ancient masters. He cared nothing for this threat. His only concern was to gain what was lost to him by any means necessary!
He looked out over the darkened night sky as the mist rose and wavered in the air and that was when he got a funny feeling..he cocked his head to the side and smelled the air. he then realized what it was he sensed..."It is him! I know it! He has returned!! The Green Lantern Mystic has returned! Ah, and now we shall meet again and I shall rip from his cold dead hands what he has denied me for too long! I shall release my masters and this universe will burn in horror at their return! However, first, I shall need a few allies to help bring this about..ones who i know crave power above anything else. I shall seek them out as it is very easy to find the darkness and evil in mortal hearts..Hahahahahahah..."He cackled an evil laugh as he walked off into and faded into the darkened night

"Not currently. I had a tracking system back in the day, but it's heavily outdated, cause this girl's been busy as all hell," Missy replied, looking at the radar. "It's me alright, Valkyrie, though maybe a bit more distant than you remember. Jobs keep a lady busy. People, well... that's a story for another time..." Of course, that was a subject she'd need to discuss later. Fury, Zachary, and Bruce would most likely be the ones to understand and know what to do. Now that she was in touch with Fury, that was possible. At this moment, she quickly shoved that matter aside in her mind to focus on what was important. She entered Iron's name into the radar and hit enter, curious to see if she'd get any results. "There's no telling with this dinosaur of a system if I'll get anything. Baby needs an upgrade... I'm not too tech savvy, but I can feel sources of energy as long as they're not hidden: a 6th or 7th sense, if you will. If they've got the juice, I can usually sniff em out. It'd be more effect than this thing, most likely..." "As for how I've been... honestly... before this I've been a combination of bored, overly-stressed, and determined. Getting to do this instead is a welcome change of pace," she said, searching the console for any telling marks. "I can fill you in on the details of work later, though..."

Furious listened to every word and it seemed she had allot to say after she finished, Furious then replied "I will have my power ring do a search and I am sure I can track John down but I have someone else who I want to locate. I need to find Kiga...Kiga would be a very powerful ally and can help deal with this threat we are facing plus Kiga is very unpredictable.His power could throw Mongul off his game as Mongul doesn't have any information on him. I kept Kiga secret and unknown to most for that reason alone. Kiga is someone special with great abilities. We also need J'onn J'onzz, Last I remember He was one of the few that signed up with Waller's version of the JLA. One thing though..J'onn would never betray us and He had his reasons for joining Waller. I know we can still count on him for sure."
Furious then started speaking to his Power ring to give it specific orders "Ring, I want you to focus and locate a specific energy signature. Subject Kiga..ring also note that Kiga does display an alternate energy signature and personality at times, but if my assumptions are correct, you should have no problem locating Kiga."
His power ring responded "Initiating search now Furious, Once I locate Subject Kiga, I shall inform you."
Furious responded "Thank You ring, I shall be waiting." he then spoke back to Valkyrie "Valkyrie, is there any way you can meet up with Me and My Sister right now?"

We already have one uncontrollable alien with an S on his chest doing who knows what, We do not need another. Now, We need to get down to business and figure a way to stop this Mongul creature. Are you ready to lead a team for me? I have a few people with very special talents who I believe would be perfect for you to lead....They are a Squad of people who I am sure you are very familiar with.."She said with a grin

If I take a ride on the jet-stream, that's at least Two and a half hours without stops. That's if I really book it with all I've got." The girl looked up as if she expected to see a sky there. "Naturally, no time to be driving over 2000 miles...," She added," Do the teleports still work?" It'd been a few years, but the League's teleports were an amazing convenience! Chances were she'd need to rely on Fury's ring once more. Time was of the essence. Any way she could help, she would. "If not, beam me up, scotty! "

As furious communicated with a certain old member of the Justice League, a herculean like figure descended from the open sky as the wind rushed through the open spaces between his fingers and blew his long red cape, sending off a snapping sound as it shuffled and waved. His one leg bent and the other stretched out, allowing the Kryptonian to land on it first before the other balanced his body. Eyes, once glowing red with power, now phasing back to their original blue. A half smile stretched to the side as the boy scout examined his old friend desperate to get a hold of anyone for help.
"Need a hand."
