Giving a grunt Athene gave another hit to the creature, watching it not hit as well as she wanted. But it was something, so she couldn't complain much.

Boss HP: 55 Keionx was fully ready to wrestle this monster to the mud, despite scales and claws, if it meant that her teammates and friends could get an advantage. So, she did. With a grunt of exertion, she slammed the beast onto one of the weapons of the scouts, gritting her teeth as its thrashing thrashed her.

Vremea is healing Odette for half her hp!
BOSS HP: 48 Seeing Odette getting hit pretty hard, the yellowblood jumped over, managing to stop her in between a hit. "Stop, Odette, let me heal you, you are awfully hurt."

Odette dealt 1 damage! A part of Odette felt terrible for needing Vremea's powers. She should have been strong enough to protect everyone without them. She was strong enough to fight, she just wanted to prove that to everyone. Still, her bleeding, broken foot protested. She was terrified of losing it, and trying to move with it was only making matters worse. She gritted her teeth, preparing for Vremea's powers to work their magic. Once she had the power to move on her foot again, Odette went back to action with a renewed energy. Kicking the wind into action around her, she started hopping through the trees. Waiting for an open opportunity, she swooped down to land a hit on the swampbeast. It wasn't a big hit, but every bit helped. Odette HP: 15/20

Watching Vrem land in a wonderful hit Athene smiled. Kei was helping too and Athene was able to aim an attack at the soft underbelly of the monster, watching some blood well up.

Odette dealt 1 damage! Moving in fast for the attack, Odette gave the the swampbeast a kick in the snout with her good foot. Quickly, she vaulted back on her polearm, recovering a safe distance from the angry creature. Odette HP: 14/20

This time the boss managed to catch her with a snap of its jaws and she flinched, but continued onward with her attack. Not much of a good one because she was hurt but enough to make the beast regret the attack she hoped.

BOSS HP: 24 - 4 = 20 After another hard hit, Vremea screeched when the reptile bit into her arm. With kick to its jaw, the yellowblood managed to get away without crying too hard.

BOSS HP: 20 Pulling Keionx to the side, Vremea kept a firm grip on her arm. "Stop, Keionx, let me heal you." Pressing her broach on her friend, she managed to heal her up before they were separated by the alligator's tail.

Odette dealt 1 damage! Odette moved in front of Keionx and Vremea, careful to guard the two so the swampbeast couldn't prey on the distracted pair. Vermeer's powers had served Odette well enough, numbing the pain in her system enough for her to land occasional hits on the dangerous beast. Odette HP: 13/20
