With everyone leaving for their quarters among other duties such as tending to the World Of The Living, she needed to attend to one Vice Captain that wasn't here, the Vice Captain of 11th Division. She does feel rather guilty about not even landing a blow on Moth but at least she didn't need to step in. Anyhow she needs to take her leave of her fourth seat. "Fourth Seat, ill be heading towards the Eleventh Division, there is another person i must speak to. With that sending of the Hell Butterfly, a lot more people should of shown up, do what you need to do with that paper work. That will critically help the Thirteenth Division and after that, we will need to figure out our next move. I'll see to about joining in the forces against our enemy in the World Of The Living. Hopefully no complications happen with the person i am speaking with."
With that she takes her departure to the 11th Division, Vice Captain didn't shown up, whoever he or she is, she will not allow such thing to go unnoticed from the most physical fighting division in the whole Soul Society.

He had thought to maybe relax at the tea house, but from the look of the two currently there, that was not a situation he cared to be near. Too bad, he hadn’t flirted with the waitresses in a whole two days, but he would rather do that without the dour and serious 9th Division captain being there. He wandered around the various fine stores, checking out the clothing to see if there was anything he was interested in getting. He eventually wandered out of the shop area and took a random wandering path throughout the Seireitei. Bored of this, he decides to go study some kido instead. As such, he makes his way to the academy.

Kyosei walks quietly down the street in his normal clothing and reading a book. The Art of War in manga format. He muses on the topic of leadership. Leading by force, while a common tactic, is not as effective as leading by example. "I see, so if we are to be good leaders ... we must be willing to be the example we want them to follow. Hmm ... not a bad thought." He was only recently promoted to seventh seat in second division. This book was a gift to him from the head of his clan as a congratulatory present and it is already inspirational to him. He deftly side steps a passing messenger from Division Five without seeming like he was paying any attention at all. He glances up briefly and takes note of the haste the man seems to have as he rushes towards Division Twelve from Fourth. "Hm." Which is the most he says about the matter. The seven foot tall shinigami is very much like his grandfather. Not completely, but he is proud of that bit of praise from Sasuga. He never got to know Kashikoi, but the stories he heard and the efforts made to do the right thing by the Oda siblings has earned his deepest heartfelt loyalty. While his loyalties are split, he has his priorities. For now it is no issue because all aims are the same in the end. As he walks down the street he admires a few of the new recruits for a moment and then moves on without a word. It does not matter. None of them were of particular interest. In fact, it was liberating having had his discussion with his lord. Apparently his preferences has granted him permission to opt out of his lord's desire for the clan to marry and rebuild the old fashioned way. No, he could simply find a suitable partner and recruit them if he so chooses. Granted no children naturally, but there was the option of a surrogate or adoption if they decide to go that way. For him, he does not really care if they do that. First would be to find somebody he would like to be with. Looks are not enough. He would much prefer somebody who has more to them than a pretty face. He returns his attention to his manga. After all, his career as a retainer is taking priority. As is his job as a shinigami. If he proves himself, it has been promised, he could earn the right to become a vassal. That same promise has been given to his older sister. Unfortunately his younger brother has irreparably lost that chance, despite having been forgiven for his offenses. After all, Hikari's immaturity and self serving nature was a serious risk and he was determined to ensure that his brother does not cross the line again. Not easy when he is not even assigned to the same noble. He puts a bookmark in his manga and pockets it. A light sigh and he checks his buzzing phone. "Moshi moshi ... no, Onēsan, I haven't seen Lady Takara. She never came yesterday after work as far as I could tell ... Hmm ... no. I do not believe that to be necessary .... I guess it wouldn't hurt for you to go see her yourself at the Third Division. After that big blow up between her and Lord Ikasu I highly doubt that she will show up at the Penthouse for a while." After finishing his conversation with Kuroyuri, he hangs up and sighs. Kuroyuri never seems to stop worrying about their mistress. In Kyosei's opinion that worry is mostly unwarranted as she is strong and capable of taking care of herself. She doesn't even ask for them to join her on patrols or walk with her back to the family manor unless she has to go through particularly bad areas to do it. For now, he decides to simply just enjoy his morning off and find himself some breakfast at one of the food yatai that dot the Seireitei.
Kyosei soon finds a number of food yatai lining the streets. The aromas of various dishes and snacks fill the air. His stomach rudely growls. 'Oh, come on belly, be dignified!' he thinks to himself. 'So, what to eat? A traditional bowl of fish and rice? Maybe some yakitori and a wedge of melon?' His stomach sends pangs of serious hunger. Maybe a challenge bowl of sausage ramen. He is more than up for it. But first, he checks his money. "Ah, damn ... Already spent too much on training equipment." He picks out a small handful of ryo and buys himself a traditional Japanese breakfast bowl. No matter. It is still a good breakfast consisting of gohan style rice seasoned with furikake and topped with salmon roe, pickled vegetables, and yakizankana - a pan fried slice of salmon. He smiles appreciatively. Even though he does not get to try a western style breakfast, he has a rather pleasant meal that reminds him of his mother; one of the few memories that he has of her was her cooking for them whatever she could manage one her meager income. The money that their family had managed to gain during their grandfather's lifetime had long dried up after they were cut off during the flight from Aarendor's reign of terror. She never complained, but it was a difficult life raising him and his sister. In order to make ends meet, she agreed to become the mistress of a man who had made promises to her to treat her well. This turned out to be a lie. While courting her he was generous in his gifts, but when she had fallen pregnant with Hikari he decided that she was a threat to his marriage, not wishing to take care of them or acknowledge Hikari. It was a great disappointment to her, but she had tried her best. He sighs as he thinks about this and finishes up the last bites of the dish and drops the bowl in the bin. "Domo," he says and continues on. Next time, he thinks, he will save up plenty of money to try some of the other vendors. Perhaps he will be able to find something decent in the chow hall or find time to go back to the apartment on break. That is highly unlikely, however, he decides. Work was going to be busy enough, he figures. Seeing a coffee vendor he grins to himself. "Might as well spend my last two ryo and get my daily addiction satisfied." He orders a coffee, black with no sugar and happily drinks it.

While he is drinking his coffee and flirting with the coffee vendor his phone rings again, "Moshi moshi, Onēsan! You certainly seem to miss me a lot. Hang on a second. I want to get this guy's number." He puts his and on the phone's microphone, but not completely blocking it. "Say, handsome don't you suppose that after all this flirting I could get your number or messenger ID?" He suddenly jerks the phone from his ear as his sister threatens to hunt him down and slap the s**t out of him. "But he's cute!" he protests only to get threatened. "Alright, alright. Meet me where the coffee vendor is where the food stalls are. Why do you have to be so me-" She hung up. He frowns at his phone and looks at the vendor who is now busy. Damn, the moment has been lost and he is unlikely to get his attention again. "Kuso," he mutters and drops his cup in a bin and takes a seat at one of the small tables near the stalls. Pouting, he leans back in his chair sulking. "First Hikari ditches his errands on me, now Kuroyuri is being such a brat. Meh, so far this day blows."
Kuroyuri heads over to the food stalls and sighs upon realizing that there are multiple coffee yatai. Instead of actually calling out to him, she dials his phone number and follows the sound of the ring tone. Upon finding him leaning back in his chair and flirting with the man behind him she stomps his jikatabi covered feet.
This, as it turns out, is not enough protection from her high heeled boots that she has decided to wear to work. "Itai!" Kyosei yelps. "What the hell, Kuro-chan?" he whines.
"Answer your damn phone, brother. You are being quite rude to the others who are around you by allowing it to ring endlessly," she scolds with a stern tone of voice. "Besides, I highly doubt that I did any real damage with those leather tabi on your feet. You would be smart to not piss me off any more than I already am."
"Some hello," he mopes, "Why do you have to be so mean?" Kyosei rubs the dirt off of the top of his jikatabi and waits to see what she wants.
Kuroyuri does not tell him that Tanji is with her, because for the most part she is unsure what he is up to himself, since he has wandered over to get himself some breakfast. "You said that you have not seen Lady Tora, correct?"
"The answer still hasn't changed, Kuro-chan," he sighs with a lack of interest for the moment. No, his interest is in his cup of coffee that he had sweet talked the vendor out of.
Growing irritated Kuroyuri slaps the cup out of his hand and grabs his jaw to force him to look in her face. "Brother, get serious for a moment and tell me some information before I hide all of your weapons in a pile of animal dung."
"Well," he says with no small amount of irritation, "First of all, rude! Secondly, what do you want to know that I have not already told you?" he asks her as he looks her right in the eyes.
"The meeting that she was supposed to attend last night. Who was she going to meet and why did she not return home last night?" she asks him point blank. Kanda would be proud of her right now.
Kyosei straightens up and pushes her hand off of his jaw. "Onēsan, please understand that I was asked not to tell you about last night's meeting because it is not your business and for good reason. However, I do not need to explain to you how important it is that we do not create a spectacle in public. It could embarrass our benefactors. I for one do not desire to anger Lord Sasuga." He sighs and leans back in his chair. "However, what I can tell you now that it is after the meeting is that Lord Sasuga, his second son, and eldest daughter had a meeting with the head of the Ellarose clan."
Kuroyuri reals backwards and makes a strangled sound that is a mixture of anger and shock. "The hell!? Why wou-" She stops herself when Kyosei gives her a stern look that warns her that he would absolutely report her reaction and straightens up. "If that is his will, who am I to question it?" she says in an unconvincing tone. It is bad enough that Hikari runs around with a couple of them. "That does not answer why she never came home."
Kyosei folds his arms and looks at his older sister with an evaluative expression. Her agitation and frustration were understandable given that she blames Aarendor Ellarose for the death of their grandfather. And why not? She was the only witness to the murder, having only spoken up long after the threat of being killed had passed. Still, because it was done by proxy and not openly, it was unlikely that anything good could come of seeking recompense. "Kuroyuri, you know that I respect you as my older sister and therefore the head of what is left of the Oda family. However, your anger is going to cause you some problems. As for Lady Tora, it is not as if I have a tracker on her. I was not even allowed at the meeting, because they did not want to risk that I would also step over the line which you are dangerously close to crossing. As for what happened during and after I do not know. I was out on a training mission with part of my squad during the night. It is one of my duties as seventh seat of second division." He crosses his legs and waits for her reply.
Upon being called out for her lack of manners and her dangerously close dance around the line of appropriate and inappropriate reactions she frowns and stands at her full height. "Right, well, that said, who would know where she might have been?"
"Onēsan, please understand that while I am concerned with her whereabouts you need to remember that she is eighteen now. She's a woman. You remember when you were eighteen. Perhaps she had some sort of arrangement." He shrugs. "Any rate the best person to ask would be Lord Muramasa. He was actually there."
XXXXX Arriving to the Seireitei's collection of food stalls with Kuroyuri, Tanji follows not to far behind her as she searches for her brother by using the sound of his ringing phone, checking the menus of the stalls they pass as he does so. Just as Kuroyuri spots her brother, Tanji spots a stall selling large pretzels, and gets in the small line for the stall as she approaches her brother. After getting his order of pretzels, Tanji tears into them at a blistering pace, overhearing the louder parts of Kuroyuri's conversation with her brother as he does so. When Tanji is done with his pretzels it seems like the conversation of the siblings is winding down as he hears Kuroyuri ask about who knows where Toraneko would have been. Tanji then pulls out one of the candy bars he bought from the vending machine outside the 3rd Division HQ and shoves the entire thing into his mouth as he makes his way over to the stall the Oda siblings are having their conversation at before saying "Hay Jim can I get a to go cup of my usual with some extra sugar." to man running the stall. He then turns to the siblings and says "Good work Oda, seems like you got a lead before I even finished my meal." as he pulls out a few more candy bars to munch on as he waits for his cup of coffee.

Kuroyuri grins at him, "Ah, that? I just know how my brother's mind works. The damn ninja can't handle a frontal assault. ERK!" she grabs her ribs as she glares at the grinning Kyosei.
"And you let your guard down around me way too easily, Kuro-chan," he says smirking as his hand is still held up in a two finger gesture, having jabbed a pressure point in her side. He looks entirely too amused about this. "Alright, let's go find Lord Muramasa. I think he said that he was going to train in the Jade Dojo this morning come hell or high water."
XXXXX After he gets his coffee from Jim, Tanji flicks a coin to Jim then takes a long sip as he starts walking in the direction of the soul dojo after Kyosei says Muramasa should be there. "Alright Oda, and other Oda, lets go follow this lead before it and my coffee get cold." Tanji says to the sibling duo after finishing his first sip of the coffee.

"Call me Kuroyuri, Vice-captain. It is much easier this way," she gives him a slight smile as she elbows Kyosei in the side and unsuccessfully ducks him dropping a goose egg on her. She rubs the top of her head and looks like she wants to get into it with him and then clears her throat and starts walking ahead, but not before stomping Kyosei's foot again. "Come on, it should be this way."
Kyosei winces at the jab in the side and drops a goose egg on her head with two knuckles. "And you can call me Kyosei, handsome!" With that his sister stomps on his foot with her heel again causing him to yelp, "Itai~!" As she walks ahead, he sprinkles itching dust down the back of her uniform and grins at Tanji with a wink. "Don't you worry that cute head of yours, Vice-captain! We will find you Lady Toraneko before we know it. I'm not too wor-" he is cut off as Kuroyuri jabs him in the gut with her sheath. "Oof!" He rubs his gut as she scratches her back as best as she can while keeping a straight face. "This way, sir." he says.

Hikage was taking a walk through the Seireitei after leaving fourth division headquarters. He had originally been on his way to the tea house since that was where Sora had wanted to meet up. He had wanted to discuss a few things with his friend but Sora had suddenly needed to go to Earth to gather material. He had promised that he would take an escort with him. He had even suggested that Hikage not join him. Which surprised Hikage who was used to Sora calling him to join him if he had to leave the village or the Seireitei. He wondered what had changed in the last few months why was Sora pulling away now.
Tora walks along side Tanji down through the busy streets of the Seireitei. "Thanks for walking with me, Tanji-sama." There is a slight trilling purr in her voice, making her sound almost as if she were chirping at the ends of her sentences and her words almost singsong. Her hand slips over to his hand as she blushes. 'Well, you wanted me to be more confident ... so here it goes ...' she thinks to herself. [Boom chicka wow wow~!] 'I swear to everything in the heavens above that if you do not stop acting like an a** or if you ruin this for me, I will find a way to unfuse with you and dump you in the nearest sewer,' she replies dryly. [Noted. Go, have a good date. I'll just sit around growing rusty and bored.] 'Go eat a mushroom or something, you high as ******** zanpakutou.' Tora is doing the best she can to hide her irritation with her zanpakutou spirit. "Ah, here it is!" She pulls out her elevator key and inserts it into a nondescript pillar on the building, causing a hidden door to slide open and reveal an elevator. "Coming up?"
XXXXX After a walk full of pleasant casual conversation, Tora and Tanji arrive at the address of her apartment building. then After thanking Tanji for walking with her, Tora pulls out a key and sticks it into a hidden hole he didn't even notice in one of the nondescript pillars on the buildings exterior, which causes the pillar to open up revealing a secret elevator. Tora then asks Tanji if he's coming up and Tanji responds "Are you expecting me to not want to ride what seems to be some sort of fancy secret elevator for your apartment building? Cus I one hundred percent want to see where this fancy hidden elevator leads." as he steps into the elevator with her.
