Aggressive Patients

A patient has been admitted to the emergency room, and you're working that night. The patient is deliriously feverish, and is acting aggressively- they could get physical at any moment. Or worse, start casting spells. What do you do?

Vüsala carefully considered his options. Most aggressive patients were smaller than him, so it was easy to subdue them. However, most nightmares didn't have that advantage. "For aggressive patients, one should call the security team. They're trained to handle most of those kinds of things, and you won't have to worry about them becoming an additional patient as well. Otherwise, if one knows solomnence, you should cast that. That is a spell that forces sleep on someone, for a natural sleep cycle. That seems the best course of action, since you aren't introducing new chemicals to their system without knowing what the initial problem is, and you can check for other symptoms. Without the issues caused by them acting aggressively, you won't have to worry about staff or other patients getting hurt." Vüsala thought that would be the best course of action, and as he settled back into his chair, he debated learning the spell himself. Well, then again, he had stacks of papers and books already at home, waiting for him to scour through to find what spells he did want and need to learn.
