Cecil had found himself in this place by getting himself lost. He had wanted to explore a bit around the area by which he was living in, but he no longer knew where he was. It had been what he figured to be days since the familiar feeling of home. Truthfully he was scared, however his face didn't show it. It was blank as he tried to figure out exactly where he was. The vibrations in the air told him that several pokemon had gathered here, however there were too many different ones to count. There were several different voices in the air and they were coming from several places upon this spot in which he found himself in.

He tried to block out some to hear the conversations but it was hard trying to focus in on just one voice. He didn't know anyone here, how could he? He didn't have much of friends back home either, mainly the blind mudkip kept to himself. Boy he was now wishing he was back at his safe and comfortable home, unlike this place where he had no knowledge of and couldn't 'see' a thing. His fins twitched and he nearly took a step back. Maybe he should just leave and try to find his own way back.

"Good, I would hate for there to be trouble, especially so early on in this...expedition." Jax observes the movements of the other Pokemon, following the Masquerain, and nods. "Hm, so it would seem. Would you care to travel together? They do say there is strength in numbers." She eyes the Gengar warily, not too sure about him but at the moment he seems OK. She cannot help but wonder what lies ahead for the troupe, and if this Masquerain can be trusted to lead them to Shaymin.

Chi nodded and kept with Rei's pace. 'Its good to see you again, Rei. I've seen Tei, he seems do be doing well with that human of his.' She fluffed her thick fur a little. 'Though I didn't think we'd get to meet each other as often if we decided to become companions.'

She eyed her green friend. 'Also, pouncing on you like that could be seen as me asserting dominance.'

Caliban scoffed at the Growlithe's feeble attempts at insult. He was proud to be a lettucerump.

"She said there wasn't a path, not that there needed to be one. And even if we did want one, burning an enormous flaming hole through the bushes is the worst possible way! You'll kill all the plants, and point any passing humans straight at the sanctum."

The Leafeon merely bared his teeth as the pathetic, scrawny fire-puppy tried to make himself look bigger. "Save your wildfire for when it's not going to destroy the very thing you're looking for, hothead. Maybe you'll even be helpful when you learn some self control!"

He eyed the flame clinging to Tybalt's whisker. The young pup was liable to set the whole place ablaze without even noticing. Caliban flicked his tail, letting the last bit of mud fly to douse the little flame and spatter the Growlithe's scraggly mane.

Everyone seemed to start to leave the place which they started at. Cecil didn't want to be alone, not when he found others who could tell and show him where he was. Then again he was always alone, but being alone in the comfort of his home was different then being alone lost in the darkness of his own self. Cecil began to follow the direction in which the others began to go, following slowly behind them, taking each step with care as he tried not to injure himself in the darkness.

It seemed they were finally starting to get themselves underway, a yellow form pushing itself up for a rather languid stretch and a yawn that his his tongue curling. It was about time, he'd been content to just sit back and watch the others meet and greet. A few of them, not so much greet but more try to lay a verbal beat down.

Heh. Wasn't his problem if they squabbled their tails off. Ryota let lavender eyes scan the area before he trotted forward, making sure to keep his distance from the squabblers. It probably told a lot of how this trip was going to go for a lot of them if they couldn't even start out on the right paw.

Gliese obliviously walked up to the brown growlithe. "Oh no, you're all muddy! Here, let me help!" she said... then soaked him with a Water Gun.
When she was through, she wiped her mouth and smiled at Tybalt. "There! Now that you're all clean you'll be able to see your coat color again! ....uh wait, is that your normal color?"

Mokosh finally registered someone yelling below her as she fell. She only hoped she did hurt the other pokemon. She didn't think she would as she wasn't that big and was mostly squishy herself. After she hit the Emolga and the ground she kinda rolled off her.

She stared at the very loud pokemon and kinda twitched her tentacles. "Uh... I don't think I did." She said noticing the slime on the Emolga, "Oh dear... I got you all yucky. Let me take care of that." She reached out a tentacle and began to wipe the slime off or rather just spread it around coating the small pokemon even more.

"Well that didn't work." She said before hearing Lain introduce herself and begin to lead the way, "Um... not sure how well I'll make that trek. Maybe someone could help me...." She then spotted a Buizel not too far away. She instantly thought it was Meredith and sort of rolled over to Gliese while wrapping a tentacle about Thunder Rat and dragging her along. "Friend....." She called out (rather creepily) while reaching over with her tentacle, "Can you help me Mere.... oh.... you're not Meredith. I'm sorry. But could you still help me? I'm afraid I'm going to need some moisture soon as I've been out of the water for some time and my new friend here needs to be cleaned as well."

She then moved a tentacle and smacked it against her own dome like one would smack their cheek in an 'oh dear' pose. "I'm also not sure how I'm going to make it through the brush. Do you think someone here can help me?" The last question was directed also to the scrawny Growlithe that was also by Gliese.
