Lilith's face moved ever so slightly into the start of a smile before it stopped and reverted. "The ship is nice though I don't care for its VI. It keeps insisting that I defer aiming and firing time calculations to it even though I am faster than it is. If it weren't.... You are not allowed to disclose my function. for the regulations I'd reprogram it to make it stop." she finished after a one second pause. "Also my life was more rigid previously. There were escorts to and from most locations and regularly scheduled lessons. I am told that beings like me require education similar to an organic child. Though this ship isn't too different from when I mixed with other soldiers at the Interplanetary Combatives Training" She said before thinking for a moment. "Do you like life on the ship commander?"

"she would not kill the people on this ship for fear of drifting in space for the rest of her misurable life, the Argent Thames requires 15 people at minimum to get from point A to point B and this ship is the best chance she has at getting close to Sidero." She takes the note pad left on the table and hands it back to Remmy "she wont risk loosing so many of the crew and being rendered helpless in the lost abyss of space" She did have to agree with Primus, the demands were way too high, Skylar obviously thought she had control of the situation, but she had given Lumi the information she needed already perhaps she could stew here in her cell a while.
"i dont think you realize how little we care for your comfort on this ship Skylar, i think you also fail to notice your actions past have affected the lives of several of the members on my ship and they wouldn't be ashamed or sorry about going agaisnt my command to harm you while on my ship, So Free reign isnt possible" She stands as if to indicate the conversation was over "and the inhibitor won't change, it might even become stronger, cant have you destroying my ship can we?" She turns with a cold look and lets the two leave ahead of her "Kiani, you are stationed here for the flight, i need you to guard her room, no one comes in and no one goes out without my express permission"
Kiani had not expected anyone to come down to the brig since returning to the ship, least of all Kiya who had been injured during the mission. "Kiya? are you sure you should be here?" She didn't think the navigator was restricted to any part of the ship but she did have to wonder whether the captain would approve of any spectators to the interrogation. Everyone who had been hand selected to work on the ship knew that Lumi was a Spectre, she wasn't sure if they were aware what the title and postion completely meant. "The Captian would probably rather you were still in teh medical bay taking care of your wounds... " The door to the cell opened in that moment and Kiani had to return to her post, taking her orders with a nod

Skylar did not quite expect the Ice queen to react quite that severely. She had hoped for a bit of banter, back and forth, some sort of deal cutting and then things would be smooth sailing. This was another matter entirely, especially since she threatened to turn the inhibitor up. As the Turian and the shrink left, leaving just Lumi in the room, Skylar stood and kicked the table at her, knocking it over. But the spectre was out of the room by that point and she simply shouted obscenities in a few different languages after her. "You'll regret that you b***h! I swear to to the goddess I'm gonna make you wish you hadn't crossed me!" The door shut and Skylar shouted after Lumi some more for a bit before getting bored, standing the table upright and propping her feet up on it. She was going to get comfortable, even if they were hell bent on making her miserable. She had her ways of ensuring they were miserable as well. Starting with the woman who was guarding her door, the one who she had thrown a bar stool at. "Hey, hey, you! Guard lady!" Skylar called to her through the door, seeing if she could get a reaction out of the woman. Skylar was very skilled at getting people to listen to her, or at the very least pay attention to what she was saying, all she needed was time.
===============
Naya nodded a little as Lilith told her about what she thought about the ship. Sounded fairly typical of someone brought up under rigid military life. "I find the whole military protocol rhetoric very stifling. When the Captain is around, there's not much I can do about it, but I'm generally a bit more laid back than her. We're certainly less formal about everything than a regular Alliance ship though, which considering the missions we get sent on, is probably a good thing. I'll ask Lumi if she can do anything about the VI bothering you. We need everyone sharp and on point for this mission, so being pestered by that can't help..." Naya thought about Lilith's last question for a little bit, not really sure how to answer it. Did she like being on the ship with Lumi? Sure, but did she actually enjoy being on the ship, or hell, even broader, in the Alliance? No, most of the time she hated having to salute and be all orders all the time. It was probably a consequence of her upbringing really, so it was little wonder she felt that way. She realized she hadn't answered a moment later and simply replied, "I'm not too sure honestly. I enjoy being on a ship, going places and exploring the galaxy as we do... but I could really do without the whole military aspect of it. Almost makes me miss the old days, but they weren't so hot either... I'd say that I enjoy being here more than anywhere else, but I'd much rather be doing something other than doing someone on the council or in the Alliance's dirty work." Getting right down to the core of it, Naya missed the freedom she had in her old life, but not what she did with it. Maybe once she and Lumi finished their current tours they could get out of the service and buy their own ships, do work for hire as a mercenary contracted to the Alliance, make their own rules. Somehow she guessed Lumi wouldn't go for that sort of thing.

Kiya glanced at the young human Kiani. She smiled sweetly at the concern. "I needed the captain's permission for takeoff. So I thought I might watch while I was waiting." Kiya gestured towards the glass. "She's tough, Miss Kross. A little foolhardy, but I think quite intelligent. And she knows it as well. Remember this Kiani, there is nothing more dangerous than an enemy who knows exactly what their limits are."
As for the arm, Kiya gave her shoulder a little roll. "I'll be fine. Just a flesh wound. Vai had the bullet out in less than a minute." Kiya put her hand on Kiani's shoulder, "Thanks for worrying about me sweetheart. But I've had worse. I was a soldier just like you once you know." Kiya smiled for this girl. For her, and the others on this ship who never saw more than 28 years.
"Kiya, take us to the Eagle Nebula"
Lumi was walking out of the interrogation room. Kiya saluted her best Asarian salute, "Right away Captain." She took a step out to the hall, "Good talking to you Kiani." Kiya returned to the cockpit and took her seat at the pilot controls. "How's it looking Jeeves?"
"Argent Thames is prepared for atmospheric exit."
"Atta boy Jeeves. Bring us out to the pad." There was a faint rumble through the ship as it started to move. Kiya brought up the ship's intercom, "Ladies and Gentlemen of the Argent Thames. We are beginning takeoff. If you left you space legs on Illium, I suggest you hold on to something." Kiya pushed the thrusters forward, and the engines roared. And the ship was off. ~~~
Kiya really needed to remind Mez of what a nice ship he built. It glided through the atmosphere like glass, and free space loomed before them. Far off in the distance Kiya spotted a pale blue star that she knew was her home planet. She blew a kiss to it, as was her tradition. "Jeeves, switch to radiation shield, and begin jump preparations. What is our approximate ETA to the nearest jump point that can connect to the Eagle Nebula?"
"Nearest jump point is. Fifteen. Minutes away."
Kiya nodded, set their destination to jump, and turned on the intercom. "Ladies and Gentlemen. We have successfully left Illium atmosphere. We will be making the jump to Eagle Nebula in fifteen minutes. If you didn't strap down for takeoff, I suggest you do so now."

”You got shot?! Mez, you idiot!”The reaction from Fluffy a little more than Mez expected and he took a half-step backwards and held up his hands. ”Woah! It’s not like it was my fault that I got shot! Blame the crazy terrorist woman we were after!” And of course, that reply only riled Fluffy up even more.”A terrorist!? You were chasing a terrorist!? Why in all of the universe didn’t you tell me that, you idiot!””Because I knew you’d react like this!””With very good reasons!””Ugh! You always get so irrational—“ The tiny white fox launched himself at Mez and swiped a small clawed paw at the human’s wrist as he had tried to grab for Fluffy. This in turn scratched the back of Mez’s left hand. ”Ow!! Don’t attack an injured person, you dumb fox!” he cried out.”Mez, you idiot of all idiots! Why do you do such stupid idiotic things?”Mez frowned. ”Shut up, Silas!” He only used Fluffy’s real name when he was really upset or he was trying to get the fox’s undivided attention, and now was certainly one of those times. Finally managing to grab hold of his tiny fox companion by the scruff of his neck, Mez then glared a little bit at Fluffy as he began to reprimand, ”Silas, you moron! Remember: you’re not supposed to be on this ship. If someone were to hear you and report me to the captain, we’d both be in huge trouble. More so me than you, but do you understand?” There was a pause of silence as the fox and the human stared each other down. Finally, Fluffy let out a light sigh of frustration.”You’re right. I am supposed to be quiet aren’t I?”Mez then released his hold on Fluffy and let the tiny paws land onto the cot that served as the mechanic’s bed while aboard the Argent Thames. ”Glad you understand. Sorry for grabbing you like that, buddy. I know it really hurts to do that to you.””I’m sorry I yelled at you, too. But I really was worried, you know.”As Fluffy sat down on the mattress, Mez began rummaging through his small closet and pulled out a clean shirt. ”Sorry about that. But there really hadn’t been much time for me to properly explain the situation to you since Captain Lumi was on our asses to get out the door to catch this high profile suspect. Apparently, they need her for something or other, but its not really a concern of ours, is it?” As he said this, Mez gingerly pulled the t-shirt on over his head, careful not to mess with the nice bandaging work done by the doctor earlier.”Meh. It doesn’t matter to me if you tell me or not. But the mission aside, are your injuries alright?””Of course. You’ve seen my worse wounds before this time, right? Doc Vai gave me some pain meds so I should be alright enough to keep up with my work.” Mez replied, picking up some light work gloves. Not only did they serve as protection during his work, but the gloves would cover up the scratch marks Fluffy had left on his hand until the marks were no longer visible. As he did this, Kiya’s voice announced over the loudspeakers that they were to prepare for launch. ”Well, I better get going, Fluffster. I’ve got some stuff to check on while we are in transit. Stay out of trouble, okay?” Mez said as he opened the door to the hall and stepped out. He could faintly hear Fluffy's complaints beyond the closed door about the annoying second nickname which made Mez chuckle lightly. He made sure the door was locked behind him to prevent anyone from inadvertently walking in and surprising Fluffy while he was gone.

Well at least that *other* VI will stop pestering me. she thought to herself. "To be honest I don't know whether it's actually a distraction to me as I do have the advantage of being able to run multiple tasks at the same time. she admitted. Listening to Naya talk made her wonder somewhat what was out there in the galaxies. She had been functioning consciously for seventeen years and mostly only seen the inside of military facilities and while these missions brought her around the galaxy she predicted that she would be returned to said facilities at it's conclusion.
"Ladies and Gentlemen of the Argent Thames. We are beginning takeoff. If you left you space legs on Illium, I suggest you hold on to something.
Hearing their pilot call over the loud speakers for casting off Lilith knew she needed to head to her seat on the bridge. "Well commander I best get to my station on the bridge, but I guess if you want we could get drinks next time nothing is going on?" she offered as she put her jacket back on and headed to bridge after hearing her response. Once on the bridge she sat down in her chair which was positioned centrally in the circle around the captains overlook.

It was finished. To Primus' ears, the prisoner driveled on pointlessly, repeating herself, and stating the obvious. He stood, stared, and listened, and eventually at the captain's last words the spiky-stone-faced one turned slowly to walk out. Outside the room the assigned guard already disappointed him, he would have preferred the Krogans, if nothing else. They were easier to anger and their fugitive did not need all her limbs to communicate. They had also not failed spectacularly down on Illium.
Primus took after the captain on her way to the bridge in order to share his thoughts on the prisoner's information. "It's a trap. Whether or not Sidero is there, either him or our captive will have organized an ambush. The Eclipse mercenary corps is within their price range, they have contacts in Illium, and are our next likeliest foe." Based on intel from the last few years, the nebula was rich with the Eclipse organization. The competing organization's men, the Krogans of the Blood Pack, had withdrawn to an extent for the re-establishing efforts on Tuchanka - their homeworld. The Argent Thames could obviously not just turn back, either, but they were going into a fight.
"But if he is traveling through the nebula, he's headed for the Ismar Frontier, or even more likely the Omega Nebula. He needs only one jump and he's on home turf. We cut him off or, Captain, our task becomes considerably harder." These were not places they wanted to hunt him down in, but by this point potentially had no other choice. The locations came as a result of a process of elimination. Other relay connections from the Eagle Nebula were either Turian controlled or lead too deep inside Citadel space. Through the Ismar Frontier he would disappear from council space altogether, and on Omega he would vanish amongst every other high-grade criminal in the galaxy. At the very least the single mass relay in the Eagle nebula would allow them an easy location to wait for Sidero in.
"I'll find my way to the communications room and make contact with the council. I will find out if we have any allies in the nebula presently. I trust there are no objections?"

=========================== Fifteen Minutes Later... =========================== The Turian was wrong about Skylar sending them into an ambush, well more wrong about the Eclipse mercenaries. She wouldn't deal with the competition, even if it meant getting the upper hand on this group of annoyances. The guard outside her room had successfully ignored her and fifteen minutes passed slowly as the ship approached the jump point. Skylar felt the ship turn and approach the mass relay, getting ready to blast their way into the Eagle Nebula. Skylar hummed an old human tune quietly to herself as she shifted around the room, strapping herself down with the chains, figuring they might be in for a rough ride. The jump was less rough than she expected, at least she could give the Alliance one thing; they knew how to build a ship. With a quick power surge and a jolt, they arrived in the Eagle Nebula, and immediately the ship's radar lit up.
First it spotted a pirate's cruiser nearby in the system, matching the ship Sidero was using. The ship turned and started to flee, and the Argent Thames gave chase. Then the radar picked up a couple hundred other signatures, all moving towards the ship. Homing mines, about a hundred of them, all locked onto the Argent Thames' signature and all moving toward the ship at a rapid pace. The evasive maneuvers helped, but it was impossible to avoid all of them. The first few just hit the ship's shields, and made the ship rumble as the crew raced to their battle stations if they weren't already there. The next few mines actually hit the hull, damaging the starboard hull. Luckily the Argent Thames was equipped with countermeasures for hull breaches and quickly sealed off the affected areas, but several of the crew were harmed when the explosions impacted. Fortunately for Skylar, she was on the port side of the ship, and the pilot was skilled enough to evade the mines eventually. Once they were out of range the mines slowed to a stop, waiting for the next ship with an Alliance IFF tag to come along and get blown to pieces. Skylar noted the fact that they finally slowed to a stop and removed herself from her secured position, propping her feet back up on the table and waiting for the inevitable confrontation that awaited her; this would teach the Ice Queen and Turian to cross her.

There was always risk during a jump. With the convenience of chopping several dozen years off your travel time, there was the added bonus of never being able to be completely sure was what waiting for you on the other side. Some places were obviously less risky than others. An alliance ship jumping into Citadel space would be greeted with an escort and maybe some champagne if you were lucky. But dead space, where nothing but the shattered remains of ancient stars twisted together in shimmering clouds of deadly gas, those where the fun stuff were. Or terrifying, depended on your perspective really.
The radar was a Christmas tree the moment they jumped through. The ship was the first, and Kiya pushed the engines to give chase. And then one by one, in a massive hoard, the mines appeared. "Oh ********."
"Jeeves! Full defensive shields. Engines to full capacity." Kiya ordered, grabbing the control and switching to full manual. While the rest of the crew were hopefully trying to deter the mines, Kiya began the rollercoaster game of getting them all safely out of range. At first, it was easy. But the air space quickly turned clouded with mines and it soon became a game of probability. Hit one mine to avoid 5 others. For every hit, Kiya let out a string of curses in several languages. All the racial dialects, the for some reason, French.
Finally, she glided through the last of the mines, and out into open space. The Radars were going off all over the place, "Jeeves, I'm going to need a damage report." Oooooh damn Mez is going to strangle me in my sleep for this.
Out of danger, for now, Kiya unbuckled herself from her seat, "Everyone alright?" She asked over the intercom. "Looks like we took a bit of hull damage, but we're still running." Kiya sighed rather heavily at that. This really was going to put a damper on crew/prisoner relations. Skylar forgot to mention that tiny detail, and nearly got them all killed for it.

The comms room was a medium sized rectangle stretching away from the entrance. As plainly coloured as the rest of the ship, with the only furniture being a rectangle table placed across the middle of the otherwise empty space. At Primus' end of the table, nearest to the door, there was a panel and intercom. It enabled both in-ship and outbound communications.
His conversation had begun before the jump, and continued without much pause. "Stage one is finished and we are proceeding with the primary objective." A short pause for a response. "It's performance is up to standard. We have clear readings to establishes a control, though why should I? The Geth-" Primus nearly bit his tongue as the ship shook, and he took hold of the table. The Argent Thames' shields had just absorbed several heavy hits. He did not have enough experience on the normandy class vessels or it's shield paramters to tell how big it could have been, and how bad. Did they still maintain any shield? He was answered by the hull-piercing explosions that followed, the first of which swept his feet from uderneath him. The floor of the ship groaned as his gruff features planted straight into it. The armour he still had on was a big help, except for his now bruised forehead.
"The ship is under fire!" were his parting words, and right after closing the call he essentially jumped out of the room. To think it happened this soon, had the enemy been waiting for them? Primus' first guess was that it was ship torpedo fire. Thoughts of the possibilities, and of Skylar's certainly smirking stupid face, crossed his mind as he approached the armory. Like a tree in heavy winds, he leaned back and forth to adjust for the aftershocks of the explosions. "By the spirits..." He condemned the sudden chaos.
After exiting the armory with a standard issue shotgun, Primus headed straight for the bridge. The gun was in his left hand, and on his right one glowed his omni-tool, a bright orange holographic gauntlet. It was administering medi-gel into his body to help with his headache.
Primus marched up to the captain and the ship's pilot, seeking answers. The bombardment had stopped, for whatever reason, and they were certainly not firing back by the looks of things. What was the cause, then, of the temporary instability? They had not run over rocks, they were experiencing explosions, so... Right, of course. They had now then flown out of range.
"I said it was a trap, is this how you prepare?!" He started, but quickly focused on the more important matters at hand. To his best estimate, they were still in danger. "Any sign of the enemy, is the Thames in the clear?" Cos he knew where he was going after this with his gun unless there was another target.

Skylar's threats meant nothing to the Captain as she followed Kiya to the bridge, "None Primus, you are free to use the conference room, there is a direct connection to the council from there" She left him on the second deck to go find the conference room while she headed to the bridge. "all hands to their stations, prepare to jump" she informed her crew on deck as Kiya supplied the update to the rest of the ship, "remember everyone the sooner we take down Sidero the faster we can get home" there wasn't one person on the ship that didn't dream of home at one point or another. For Lumi this was her home, she was on this ship more often than on land, let alone in an empty house that would never feel like home to her. She settled into her seat for the jump, watching everything from her vantage, giving Kiya a nod once everyone was clear, "take us out Kiya"
Everything that could go wrong started to once they reached their destination, Sidero's ship was there within their grasp and She didn't have to say a word before Kiya was already altering their course. "Lilith! be on guard, Kiya get us as close as possible, i want an id on that vessel and a regisration code!" she barks her orders as her crew works furiously to manage their stations and get what Lumi needs. looks like the right ship, we are close... she grips her arm rest tightly feeling a rush before the ship sakes violently, thrown off course as they go on high alert. "what happened! REPORT!" She stands and grabs her chair as another violent strike hits the ship. "Mines Sir! Homing mines!" the Officer at the scanners holds on for dear life, and Lumi manages to keep her profane curses and shouts within her head, "get us out of here Kiya! Forget the ship! Lilith take out as many of those missiles as you can! Hold on tight!" no questions asked and her crew had already anticipated her needs, they waned to save their skins too. that ******** b***h!, i am going to kill her when this is through It took a lot of skill and practice to pull off a retreat like this, thankfully she had picked up some of the best for her crew. "status report!" she shouted once they were in the clear, several injuries on deck three, Hull damage to the cargo bay, thankfully htey had missed the engine room, and one of her crew on the main pannel was suffering from a bloody nose, some damage but no fatalities, she gave a sigh of relif, just before a very angry turian burst into her bridge followed by a furious XO. Naya! watch the bridge, Primus your not coming with me down to the brig, make sure he doesn't leave the bridge Naya" with the shot gun in his hands she knew she didn't want the turian following her down to the interrogation room. Trusting Naya to follow her orders she was gone, heading to deck Three and demanding Kiani open the prisoners cell.
Thankfully the guard was un harmed, Kiani had great space legs and the sense to avoid getting hurt when the ship was being tossed about by the missiles, Lumi didn't have to ask her twice to get the door open, within an instant Lumi was behind Skylar and had taken her head to slam her face into the metal desk hard enough to leave a dent. "are you playing games with me? you think it is funny to put lives in danger?' she lifts the woman's head off the desk too slam it down again just as hard "If you want to do this the hard way, we certainly can. The turian spectre is just itching to use the shot gun in his hands on your rotten corpse' She holds her head pinned to the table.

Kyrian had Droyas strap in before the hyper jump, and only affixed his own make-shift harness in time. His extreme size meant he could not sit strapped in as the others did. He had his own place to strap in outside their quarters. The hyper jumps still left Droyas feeling ill, so the two had remained belted while the ship maneuvered through the mine field. As soon as the commotion settled down, the Krogans released their harnesses. Neither one would have been any use navigating the ship or repairing damage, so they had simply remained where they were. Now, with a nod from Droyas, Kyrian led the way to the main hull, intending to speak with the Captain about their captive. Krogans tended to stick out in a crowd, so Kyrian had suggested the two remain to guard the ship during the covert mission. Now that they were cruising through the universe, Kyrian was itching to hit something. Sitting still for so long did not agree with the war veteran.

The sound of Skylar's laughter echoed in the interrogation room as Lumi walked inside, and continued even after she slammed her face into the table. This was fun. The adrenaline pumping in her system, her heart rate speeding up as blood ran from her forehead. With her head pinned to the table she couldn't look up very far but she saw the fury in Lumi's eyes. "I told you that you'd regret it. If you cooperated I would have told you about the mines. Luckily for you I know his destination!" Skylar laughed again as she freed her head, pulling back into a sitting position, kicking the table into Lumi's legs, knocking her forward as the criminal wrapped her in a choke hold with her legs. "I told you what I want, if you give me what I asked for you can rest easy knowing you have my total cooperation. If not..." Skylar let Lumi's head free and grinned at her, a far too happy grin on her face as she licked some of the blood on her cheek away. "You won't find him until it's too late." Skylar's manic grin would be enough to set any normal person on edge, but she wasn't lying. Had Lumi cooperated with her, they would have known about the mines and known how to counter them. If she continued to be so uncooperative, Skylar would never tell them where Sidero was headed, and they wouldn't know what hit them after he got what he was after. Skylar sat back down in her chair and watched Lumi, "The chains off and my own quarters, away from the rest of the crew. Hell, gimme a bed in here and I'll be happy. I want the inhibitor cranked up to 25 percent, and that's not enough to do any real damage to anybody, just enough for me to be comfortable. Third and final thing I want. Access to the Alliance archives from 25 years ago regarding something called the Prometheus Initiative. That's it. Three little things like that and we can be friendly, and catch Sidero." Skylar held up her chained hands, either Lumi would cooperate and do as she wanted, or Skylar would take her secrets to the grave and Sidero would have a really fun time on the Alliance's colonies.

The choke hold gave lumi time to think as she struggled to free herself, The monster was right, she had taken a dangerous risk assuming the fugitive had given her everything. She had been the one to make the call, she had lead everyone into the danger and had risked all their lives again. This couldnt happen, shouldnt have happened. She had narrowly avoided the chaos and disaster that had happened a year ago. Many lives had been lost, due to her careless risk taking, her bull headed actions... Lost in thought she slowly found herself stuck in a spiraling storm of self disgust, hate and depression swarming in her mind as faces flashed through the haze of people long lost, dead and gone. Her face remained in the blank cold stare she alway had on but the guard knew somethign was amiss.
"Captian?" Kiani saw the captian standing there for far too long, usually she would have said something or reacted
"Fine!' She growls and places a hand over her eye to rub her forhead, there were still crew members here to take care of, and she had a duty to the lives living in the universe. "kiani, remove her restraints and get her a bed" she glares back at skylar, intending to talk to the doctor, "you will have a personal escort on my ship every where you go, if you dont i am not responcible for any harm that comes to you, if you so much as hurt one scale or flake of skin on any of the members on this ship i will personally jetison you off my ship through a torpedo case and leave you without your biotics, is this clear?"

Skylar watched as the mixture of emotions flowed through the Ice Queen; she knew that look far too well on her own. By now the human Spectre would be cursing her own incompetence as opposed to Skylar for tricking her. Even she hadn't expected the captain to agree that fast. Seemed like the guard who socked her in the face in the bar would be her guard. "Oh it's crystal clear Ice Queen. Crank the AC in this room and I'll be a happy little fugitive from justice. Just be sure you get me those files too." Skylar watched Lumi for a moment then propped her feet back up on the table as Kiani came around to undo her restraints. Skylar had won this round, and she knew it, but she was still playing a long game on this ship, so the war was not yet over. "I'll give you another free tip. Keep an eye on your Turian friend. I've tangoed with him before, he hates humans. Biotics especially. Probably more loyal to his Turian masters than the council." Phase one, sow the seeds of suspicion among their little crew and get a few key people on her side. She figured the young woman in front of her would be a good start. She was fresh, a newbie, naive, and it worked to her advantage that Skylar was gonna be guarded by her most of the time. Lumi exited the room, most likely to do some soul searching or something, leaving Skylar alone with Kiani. "Just you and me then sexy?" Skylar rubbed her wrist as Kiani unlocked her restraints, rotating her wrists and smiling a little. "Sorry about the bar stool earlier, but you did get a pretty good shot in on my face. Lucky I had my barrier up or you'd have really hurt me." She chuckled and watched the girl, giving her her version of a compliment.
