Issei's folks seemed to be pretty weak-willed, which suggests this ability is far from perfect.
(a) Obliteration Magic: Rias' title of Princess of Destruction is well deserved. Her magic attacks are potent and can completely annihilate enemies who are too weak to stand up to them.
(a) Magic Shield: Rias can make a circular shield of magic which can take quite a lot of punishment before breaking; as reinforced in the second season by Sirzechs saying that she was the only one among them who could produce strong defensive magic.
(c/a) Extinction Star: Team-up attack with Issei in which Rias uses the power of the boosted gear to super-charge her obliteration magic to unbelievable levels. It could very well be a one-shot, but for the sake of fairness it will charge slowly and be somewhat inaccurate.
(a) Oppai Beam: Another team attack with Issei, except this time she doesn't take so much as give. A red beam of mystical hotness shoots out of her boobies to recharge Issei. It makes them smaller for a time, much to the dismay of Issei.

The second knight of Rias Gremory, Xenovia embodies what a warrior should be. Being a natural holy sword wielder made her a prodigy, but her work ethic is what makes her exceptional. At the start of her adventure with the ORC Xenovia could barely wield the awesome power of Durandal, but now she has mastered every aspect and ability of the ridiculously powerful Ex-Durandal. As soon as she did this she had her eggs frozen saying something to effect of her being at her peak and that any babies made with Issei now would undoubtedly produce the strongest child… Possibly ever. That may have bought her time, but Xenovia won’t let up on her dream to procreate with the red dragon. Aside from that life Xenovia has found a niche in criminal justice. She’s the only cop around who uses a kendo sword instead of a gun. Because of this she has earned the title “kendo-cop,” a name that brings relief to overwhelmed officers and terror to the minds of criminals. Using only a fraction of her knight speed she is able to down crooks in the blink of an eye. Sometimes a string of minor thugs leads to a big bad low-level demon boos. Those times excite her greatly, always eager to use her sword’s special abilities even if it is just a low-level devil. In addition to that there are lucky times when Xenovia intercepts a demon’s location and gets to tag along with Kiba on a slaying. Good thing though. Kiba and her can practice their team attacks. When she isn’t smashing bad people or devils or training to do so Xenovia tackles intellectual endeavors: philosophy, blogging, biblical studies; and has published works on what she calls “Theory of Justice.” Because of this she has been noticed by Michael’s forces and, much to Irina’s delight, represents Rias’ team at angel-devil meetings. More proof that Xenovia can conquer any obstacle in her way… Well, almost any obstacle.

Welp I mean. xD Guess I'll be trying for Issei? This post format is probably not going to be the one I use if I do get the part, but its all I have on hand at the moments so I'm gonna go ahead and toss it on here and hope for the best! xD

Issei burst through the front doors of the ORC and ran through the next layer of doors, hearing an attempted call from Yuuto before it was cut off by one of the cloaked beings. Issei didn't know who they were, or what they wanted, but they were good as dead. His eyes flared red and all at once Ddraig yelled 'BALANCE BREAKER', and thats when things got interesting. All at once Issei's body was covered in the familiar red dragon armor he had worn so many times before, and the piercing eyes were locked right onto the first target, the being that had blindsided Yuuto.
Without a second thought Issei blasted the shadowy figure with a laser, sending whatever it was spiraling into the wall before his wings burst from his back, sending the surrounding decor flying before he took off at the other cloaked beings, who were now beginning to back off. In one swoop Issei rammed into the rest of them, sending them into the wall as well. He had managed to control the force he used against them, so instead of flying straight through the wall the cloaked people instead slammed into it, leaving cracks and dents every now and again. Issei, seeing the beings laying in a heap against the wall, approached the one on top and with a heavy hand grabbed them by the neck and held them against the wall, getting face to face before speaking. "Why are you here..." He muttered in a low, threatening voice, Ddraig's booming echo following his voice up for an extra scare factor.
(XD not sure how I feel about this one too be honest. I just sort of rolled with it and I wasn't sure if you wanted me to treat the cloaked people like npcs or not so I just went for it all out. xD)

"My, my... It looks like the file was right about everything. Strong, sure, but stupid enough for all devils."
"That's enough. We don't need the boy developing a complex." Clearly the strange beings wanted something with Issei.
"Issei Hyoudo," called one of them who appeared to be leading the raid. "are you satisfied with your limits?"
