"Mhm! It was fun!" She chimed. In truth Kalli had enjoyed the shopping trip. It had been different than the ones taken with her family. Less chaotic. "Can I go with you all the time?" Her deep red eyes were turned upward at him and she was employing her best puppy dog eyes. "Please?" Once they were out of the market she paused for only a moment before she figured out which way to go. Then she continued to lead the way down the street. She knew she didn't live far from the market. Kalliope just wasn't sure which street was hers. So instead she looked at Incanthis. "My house has a big red sheet hanging from the top."

From the look on his face it was clear that the request was one that surprised him, that she wanted to go shopping with him 'all the time'. It would be nice to have someone to go shopping with, it would make the task feel more fun and less like a chore. After a moment he gave a slow nod of his head, "I think that I would like that, Kalli. I tend to do most of the shopping alone and that gets to be pretty boring truth be told. Having someone along would make it a lot more enjoyable." He would have to run it by Muata, but he didn't see why having a companion while he went shopping would be a problem for the man. It was just best to run such things by him, just in case he thought to himself. "A big red sheet? Alright, I will keep an eye out for that." Incanthis said, his eyes immediately scanning from side to side, looking for a red sheet that would mark her place. It would be good for him to memorize where she lived and figure out the quickest way here, especially if she was gong to be accompanying him while shopping. That meant coming here first, picking her up, doing the shopping, then dropping her off again. It would add a good amount of time to his trips, but it should be alright so long as he still made sure that everything else that he had to do around the house chores wise gone done. After a moment of searching Incanthis pointed and asked, "Is that the place, Kalli?"

Kalli was pleased to see him nod his head and say that she could. Even that she could make his trips more enjoyable. It made the little girl positively glow with excitement. "Yes!" The red head giggled and skipped a few steps. "You're the only friend that lives close." As the search started for her house she copied what Incanthis was doing. Moving her eyes, and her head, so that she could spot the home that was hers. When she heard him ask about a place she first looked up at him. Kalliope noticed he was pointing and let her gaze follow the direction. What she saw was indeed her house. Complete with the animal pens in the back. "Yes, that's it." The child grinned. As much fun as she was having it was a relief to see her house.

Incanthis gave her a smile, about to say the same, but knew that if he said it out loud there was the chance that Muata might hear. He didn't want to insult the man, he had taken care of him after all, and that was something Incanthis couldn't thank him enough for. He just wasn't sure that he could call the man his friend was all, not when Muata used to be his master at one time. Giving her a smile he said, "I am glad that you think of me as a friend, Kalli, that means a lot to me. I hope that we can continue to be such." "It is? Ah, good! That means we are on the right track." He said, giving a soft laugh, feeling quite relieved when Kalli said that the place he was pointing at was the correct one. All he had to do now was deliver her safely back to her home he thought to himself, glancing around to make sure that all seemed well, before proceeding with his young friend once again. Now that he knew exactly where she lived he'd be able to pick her up again if she ever needed to go shopping for more gifts for her friends. There was a part of him that considered that, if she saw Istanell again, that he might be able to ask her about him as well. Keeping tabs on his brother from afar wasn't exactly how he wanted to go about things but it was better then nothing. At least this way he knew that one of his brothers was alright, now, if he only he could get word on what might be going on with the rest of the clan.

Kalli giggled and pulled at Inca so that they could hurry to her house. Not only did she want to put her things in her room but she also wanted to cuddle her doll. She'd left it home while she went about to buy things. "Can't wait! Can't wait!" She chanted over and over. The little red head as grinning from ear to ear. "Now you know where I live, Inca! Make sure you come by to play and take me shopping." It was a declaration as she nodded her head.

Incanthis laughed, feeling genuine happiness as he was pulled along into a light jog by the excitable girl who was all ready to get home now that her shopping was done. He was glad to get her safely there as well he thought to himself, though he knew the moment he dropped her off that he was likely going to have to start running so as not to be late getting home. He didn't want to be a bother to Muata and the others after all he thought to himself. "Of course, when I am able I will be more then happy to bring you shopping with me or just to browse around, that can be fun as well." He tended to do that a lot to sort of stalk for new fabrics coming up for sale. As such it wouldn't be too difficult to bring her along as well he thought to himself. As they got closer to her place he gave her a smile and said, "I wish you luck with finding Azure and Istanell soon so that you gave give them their gifts, Kalli." There was a part of him, a tiny part, that wished there was some way that he could somehow look on from afar as she gave the gift just so he could get a glance at his older brother. A thought that he waved away mentally though feeling it would be pretty weird to spy on his own family members. He would just have to be happy knowing that he was out there somewhere alive and safe.

She seemed to grin a bit more when she heard him laughing. Clearly her joy was contagious. Not that Kalli minded. She loved it. When she heard that Incanthis would come to get her when he could she nodded her head emphatically. "Yes!" Once they were close to the front door of her home she stopped pulling him and turned so that she could collide into him as she wrapped one arm around his legs. "Maybe you can come with me when I go to find them and give them their gifts." She tilted her head back and smiled up at him. "This way I won't be alone." Neither Azure nor Istanell had been overly thrilled to know she had wandered off on her own, which she was confused about. But if Inca went with her then it would solve the problem.

For a moment it almost felt as though his heart had completely stopped when Kalli suggested that he go along iwth her when she dropped off presents. There was a part of him that really, really wanted to agree to go... that part of him that really wanted to see his brother again. He couldn't though, could he? If he went and Istanell was angry over the presence of a traitor like Incanthis... he didn't want Kalli caught up in all of that. He wanted her to be able to enjoy her visit with her friends. He wanted her to look upon the day in a good light, not to have it painted badly in her mind because Incanthis had caused it to be so. "I... don't know, perhaps." He said, not wanting to commit to the idea nor did he want outright say no because he didn't want to upset the little girl. Best that he just give a moment neutral answer for now and he coudl hope that she forgot that she invited him along. He didn't like the idea of her wandering off alone to meet them, but he also didn't like the idea of that he might mess up her time either. He would really need to think about it and what was best for Kalli he decided. If nothing else he could escort her to where she was meeting them then allow her to go on ahead to chat with her friends without him getting in the way. Giving her a smile he said, "I will think about it." Feeling that his final idea might be the best way to go about it he actually thought he might be able to do it. Not to mention he'd be able to get a peek at Istanell if he tagged along even part of the way.

"I hope you can. I'd like you to meet them." Kalliope had it in her mind that all of her friends would get along and like one another simply because she liked them. It might not turn out to be that way but she didn't seem to even consider that possibility. "I still have to practice my dancing before I can face them again. I want to be good at it so they will be impressed." After all, she had promised her friends that she would improve. Smiling up at Incanthis she hugged him once more. "I'll see you soon then?" She questioned. Then she let go so that she could step away. Kalli stood by the door of her house and gave a wave of her hand.

At her comment about her really wanting to meet them he gave a smile and a nod, but said nothing. At the moment there wasn't anything that he could say, not really. He was tempted, but still not terrible certain if he should go along or not, it was going to take a lot of consideration on his part. Giving her a smile when she mentioned that she needed to practice her dancing Incanthis said, "Work hard, though you don't have to worry, I doubt that anyone could fault you for a few missteps along the way." He refused to act in the same manner that his father had, he wouldn't demand perfection, and as such he hoped Istanell would act in the same manner when it came to a youngling. Incanthis waited for her to reach the door before giving her a wave in return, "You have a good rest of your day, Kalli." He told her, giving a little smile and another wave before he turned and started on his way toward home. It was only after he was sure that he was no longer within her line of sight that he started to run, hoping to make up at least a bit of lost time that way.
