Comet had been braced for an attack, but instead he got hit by a disorienting flash of light. He staggered slightly as he grew dizzy.
Lyle shouted loudly and clearly, hoping his pokemon would hear and be able to act: "Ice Beam!"
Comet blinked and looked around for his opponent, then did his best to fire off the beam.

"Now use Dragon Pulse" Zak called out.
She was hit with the attack however it didn't do much, as she was water affiliated.

Comet reeled back as another shockwave hit him. He looked around, trying to figure out where it had come from, then fired a Blizzard in that direction. Unfortunately, he happened to shoot the blast of wind and snow at his feet instead.

Zak watched as the other attacked itself. "Dragon Pulse once more!" he called out.
Keeping on the move Flora moved to a new location before blasting the other with another Dragon Pulse.

The second shockwave knocked some sense into Comet, and he shook his head as it cleared. He was feeling very weak now, but he refused to give up yet. He took aim and fired off one more Ice Beam.

The last attack was too much for Comet, and he finally slumped to the ground. Lyle quickly recalled him, then glanced up at Spinel and grinned. He pointed out to the battlefield and said, "You're up, Spinel! Start with Psych Up!"
"Eye-eye!" His pokemon chirped, and sat up to salute. Then he leaped off Lyle's head and did a flip before landing on the ground. He was too excited to sit still though, and hopped around excitedly. His boy was so smart! They were gonna win this for sure!

One down and one to go. And it was the pokemon which had knocked out Sakki easily before. Here they would have to be a bit careful "Alright flora lets try to confuse it!" he called out.
Eyeing up her new opponent. Flora took aim and then shot a blinding light at the Sableye.

Spinel stumbled to a halt when the bright light hit him. He looked dazedly around, trying to figure out what had happened.
Lyle frowned, but then smiled again when a thought occurred. "Magic Coat!"
Spinel's skin shone briefly as if he was covered all over with gems, as he tried to reflect the attack back.

The attack was bounced off a magical field and hit the poor Kingdra. Staggering about confused she tried to focus her self and fired off a Dragon Pulse.

Before the fairy attack hit the Kingdra Zak with drew his pokemon and threw out his frozen bat which took the attack directly.

Spinel frowned and stuck out his tongue at his opponents.
Lyle restrained himself from giggling at his pokemon. "It's fine, Spinel. Now give them an Ice Punch."
Spinel smiled again and dashed forward, his hand glowing blue. As he approached his frozen opponent he drew back his fist, then swung at Zue.
