Flapping his wings and remaining in the air he was just as ready for battle.

Turns out that Fury Cutter has a damage cap that wasn't included in the attack description and I wasn't able to confirm until last night, so I fixed the battle record to reflect that : ) I probably should have tried to investigate that more before having Clay continue to it >w> ;; Ohhh well!

Dangit, it didn't look like Fury Cutter was doing nearly as much damage as he had hoped. And Sandslash wasn't going to have a lot of time left to attack. Sighing and rubbing his temple, Clay conceded to this, and switched tactics slightly. "Okay Sandslash, try and lower it's defense with Crush Claw!" he instructed instead.
