It seemed this little "gate crushing party" was getting a bit full. Vera watched the match of wills, adding a few ohh and awes as word-fare went on between Canary and Ms. Chievous. The girl had a tongue on her that was for sure. It was fun show to watch, some part of her kinda of wish she had popcorn. She didn't really have much to add to the conversion as it was pretty much handled by them and the gal also "charmed" the blue guy with her understanding of the situation at hand. She let out a sigh as it was her laid back side was at work in spades. She was just letting the group figure it out. She smiled when Evra, back her up As it seem they were some how a committee. She rolled her eyes a bit when there was more talks about why they were there and what they should do. Than the pink crystal lit up and send out a wave of heartbreak which Vera give out a little gasp of pain as her heart felt this attack oh so keenly. She pushed her will against the attack , pushing down her pain and when it pasted she looked a bit more pale than normal ( lol yeah that not saying much), no way in hell was she going to recall those feeling again - hell no.
"It is time. Follow. Follow." Fine you *itch whatever you are, lets get this over. Vera thought. It was then she pretty much notice nobody was really paying much attention to her, if she wanted to she could just go in fact the blond had pretty much said they could too... So why the hell were they .. or herself still standing here. Talking about what they should do? She was about to just fade into the background and head on over to the entryway, when she haired the blue guy say "Okay, so that takes out man eating rock candy." Which made Vera laugh. That was pretty fun, she had to give to him, and she paused a moment in her plan to move on to hear him out. However her face soon when blank again as he went on. She started walking backwards away form the group. Yet it seemed Blondie had their back now "The blue lantern and I can handle the situation down here. Do what it is you all feel you must." Vera full on agreed, with the woman for the first time since meeting her. In fact she made eye contact with Canary and blow her a full mouth kiss.
Than a Green Lantern drop from the sky and said," ... Get those girls to safety " and started to show off with his french. Nope.. not doing this again ,Vera thought, slowly snaking away. They can fill Mr. Hot stuff in. Almost as if she wished it, Ms. Chievous. chimed in as she wanton to do. From what Vera could hear The New Guy seem to be a take charge kind of dude and she really didn't care to know what kind of charge he was going to do. If there was even a chance she would be stuck again have to tell another "Hero" why she wasn't going to just leave, she would literally die from annoyance. Vera called to the group before walking in Crystal Grotto, knowing that few of them might feel the same as she. " WHELP ANYBODY WANNA, LETS GO!" Wiggling her eyebrows at the group - almost especially the Green Lantern. Than she vanished behind a Crystal and was off. Vera was one those person that believed action spoke louder than words.
 OOC: LOL I SORRY - Vera - you bad, bad girl - see I yelled at her for you all. but somebody had to do it.

also woot we can do more too since Vera's also a Gotham gal.

It was painfully obvious that she wasn't alone, how had the kryptonian girl not noticed the plethora of people around the little area. This tower and that voice, they must have clouded her mind, it wouldn't be the first time a hero had been fooled by otherworldly energies. However now was not the time to wonder how her senses had been fooled, she must learn what was the cause of this entire occurrence. Ignoring the other women Kira was going to rush in, until she noticed a green light. The Green Lantern was here, the very man who had unknowingly opened her eyes. Seeing him in person Kira couldn't help herself, rather than going into the tower she walked towards the lantern. Once she had gotten only a few meters away the raven haired woman was about to clear her throat, but stopped upon seeing the oddly colorful girl. "Excusez-moi monsieur Green Lantern; " though her speech pattern and tone were soft, Kira had little to no experience with social interaction. Unsure if he spoke French, despite just saying "excuse me sir", Kira switched to English. "I do not mean to interrupt your conversation with this rather interesting colored girl, but I feel I must thank you. You saved me from a prison I was not aware I was in." Kira would then bow her head in thanks, then after a few seconds she rose to her full height again. Once she'd risen from her bow the hard expression, that had become her norm, found its way back on her face. "Now if you'll excuse me I've a mission to complete, I can't let that power source fall into the wrong hands. I'll ether secure it or destroy it," Kira would speak in a harsher tone this time. When on a mission Kira was a no nonsense kind of girl.

| "Whatever's going on here is bigger than us. We need to help these people as a team. I'm also a little concerned that it brought normal people here. Whatever's going on isn't good and we as heroes need to buck up and deal with whatever's up there." Ms. Chievous flashed him a bright smile, one with measures less venom than the one she gave the blonde but her tone was no less sharp. "Sure thing, tall, green, and mysterious, but please don't ever group me with the hero stereotype ever again. Mostly because you're gonna be real disappointed, so I'm really doing you a favor." Sure, she helped out humans a bunch of times and she didn't really get along with their so called 'villains' but did that really make her a part of the 'heroes'? "Teamwork it is then. Great. Settled. Let's get a move on." She moved to enter the Crystal Grotto but the way the ring was flashing light caught her eye and she stopped to watch it warily; his reaction didn't seem to bode well.
"C-Carol?"
Who the hell was Carol?
Ms. Chievous wrinkled her nose. If all this turned out to be the work of some heartbroken, vengeful woman... she and her were going to have a long chat.
" WHELP ANYBODY WANNA, LETS GO!"
"Thank the gods."
Ms. Chievous rolled her eyes, but then let them slide over to a girl that had just joined them. "Now if you'll excuse me I've a mission to complete, I can't let that power source fall into the wrong hands. I'll ether secure it or destroy it." "Whoa lady. Save that for when we get to the bottom-" A quick glance up at the Eiffel tower. "-top of this. And, wow rude, who the hell are you calling 'interesting colored girl;' that sounds racist. It's Ms. Chie. Vous. Now if you'll excuse me, I can't let the other gal steal all the limelight." She blinked for a moment, her eyes snapping back to - what had that girl called him again? Green Lantern? Amusement lit up her face as she registered her unintentional pun. "...Heh. Lime light." She snickered, realizing the ill timed delivery, and spun around to prance off after Vera.

 As the ring hovered in front of the Green Lantern, it assessed the human that had caught it's attention, evaluating her worth. After a moment, a wormhole opened behind the Green Lantern, pulling him in and sending him to Coast City, in the same place the Supergirl had been relocated to. Once the wormhole closed, the ring turned to the female. She would hear a voice echo in her mind. "Piper Woods of Earth, you have the capacity to show great love. You have been chosen to join the Star Sapphires." Before the echo faded, the ring slid itself onto her finger and she was once more encased in pink crystals.

Still feeling slightly side-swept by the barrage of mental images his ring had seemed to throw at him, The Green Lantern shook his head with briskly in order to try and focus himself once again; now was not a time to be getting distracted by the dreams and fantasies of a piece of space jewelry. However, as he tried to forget about what he saw, Ian couldn't stop wondering about what it was that his ring had shown him. It had never done anything like that before and it was obviously reacting to the Star Sapphire ring nearby. The two people who had wielded these rings before did seem to have a deep connection. They seemed to love each other. Ian could recognize that. They loved each other even when it began to destroy them.
Ian blinked again behind his mask trying to get the headache to subside. "Ugh. Wow. That hurt." Ian muttered to himself, finally regaining some composure and looking to the people around him. Two had already gone forward; one being a girl with long raven black hair and kind of Goth-esque make up. The other was the strange girl with the pastel colour scheme. She had said something to someone else - someone that Ian didn't really know all that much about. He turned around to the new girl; the one he had faintly heard say her thanks to him during his dilemma with the pictures and memories and shot her a quizzical look. "Uh, you're welcome... I guess...?"
Things were moving so fast and so furiously that Ian could hardly keep up. It also didn't help that this particular Green Lantern was not used to praise or idolatry. It made him feel awkward. It almost made him miss the fact that he now had his back to a bright, violet, glowing ring. He was just about to turn around after seeing the new girl begin her own journey towards the tower's peak before the ring itself tethered him without warning and threw him into a portal.
Ian blacked out... What the hell just happened!?
