Jack"The kind that actually has a girlfriend," he replied cooly. The more he stared at the golem, the less he liked it—too many teeth gave him a gut reaction of no thanks because of Chel's experience with Merlin—and thus simultaneously and paradoxically, the more Jack became intrigued. Individual personalities aside, these were once living, breathing creatures of a completely different realm: he longed to sit down and study them piece by piece until their inner intricacies were his. "And what would you be interested in today, demon?" he asked, unfettered. It wasn't as if either of their weapons hadn't been privy to the New York trip and exactly how bland the end of it had been.

Shu Shu's eyes squinted happily with the smile on her face, the girl enjoyed hanging out with kind people that are cleverer than her. There she gathered more information about the weapon - someone that was once a Halloween creature, they possessed general knowledge, but those about their lives were all erased - Is it better in this case for them? She blushed lightly for the compliment, "Why not? You two-three are gonna be life-long partners, you are not a lifeless tool, it would be much beneficial if he can appreciate you." < Then, you should listen to me when that stupid sly cat licked you.> The chill brought by Aleria didn't make the petite girl flinch, she looked down at the bone-like hand that gently taking hers, squished with a light but firm force and spaced out for a few seconds. "Don't touch me, you murderer!" A woman cursed in a language not English."Hehe you make it sound like Z is a big puppy dog. Oh...that's sad, I'd like to share my snacks with you, I like to share my foods with my friends.....What I need to do to apply for this type of golem?" When she asked the question at Aleria, her eyes shifted gradually to focus on the person that was left out, yes, Leslie. < Yes, good ghoul, you should reward my hard work, I made you an intermediate.> Shu felt like rolling her eyes in distrust.

Jack Leslie snorted, incredulously rolling his eyes. For having a girlfriend, Jack sure never talked about her. "We are doing our due diligence to personally greet all those he spends a non-insignificant amount of time with." And the smile grew wider, their all-black eyes glistening with mirth. "We also very much approve of your thoughts on cannibalism, to be perfectly candid." Their wielder promptly facepalmed, wanting to die.

Shu Aleria shrugged bony shoulders. "Ah, but that does not catch his attention. I spend much of my time at rest, unless I hunger." A fond and wistful sigh. "We miss Russia very much." Leslie looked back at Shu, unnerved. Sometimes, the girl went zero to creepy in two seconds flat. "Just go to the labs, or whatever. You have to pay for damages and s**t, so don't let them go wild. Thank jesus Aleria doesn't wanna bust s**t up."

JackNon-insignificant. He snorted softly and glanced at Leslie's fluster, amused himself. They both did what was needed to survive, but there was one major difference between them: when confronted, Leslie bent his head; Jack held his higher. His gaze flickered back to the golem, fascinated by their eerie eyes. "Sounds like a discussion better suited out of the hallway," Jack said, opening the door wider. Even from the pair's vantage point, it was obvious that the inside had become completely redecorated for Halloween. "Unless you're going door to door?"

Shu "Why did you go to Russia? To spend leaves for?" Shu innocently asked, oblivious of it was where the red-eye nightmare took place. "Z is so different, he spent his time to keep an eye on me, making opinions and mocking me." Shu puffed up her cheeks. < I don't want you to do stupid things, okay? How many times you get your butts into ******** danger! If I don't know hunter's body is much tougher than normal person, I'm gonna open your brain and see if some ******** - jacking nerves connect to the wrong place! It's boring and tiring to look at you all the time, I'd rather spend time looking at pretty hot ladies on the magazines rather than you if I can, but I can't!> Shu sighed at the machine-gun alike feedback from her partner, she had the desire to stuff her ears up with fingers but it would be so strange to do so. She looked aside and found Leslie was looking at her with a distant expression, she rolled her eyes bigger in question. Why that look, Leslie? I'm not a monster that you should fear? Are you uncomfortable with people gazing you?Anyway, he answered her question. Thus, Leslie got a sweet smile from Shu. "That sounds easy, I'll make sure Z won't give any trouble." < Do me a flavour silly. Ask if we can have sex in the golem?> ........ < What? I'm a healthy man, I remembered it feel great. I can't have some ******** benefit for my hard work huh?> ...... akfjdslkfsdjflksdjlfjlksdjf
As if the beast was petting her head, <Don't be sad, as I say before, you have great potentials but not now.>

Jack The difference between someone who had survived once, and someone who had survived multiple times, was that the Survivor (capital S, proper noun) tended towards the behavior that helped them survive in the first place. The nail that stands up gets hammered down, and all that s**t. Leslie shouldered his way inside, snorting, taking a seat on the first surface that he found suitable. Aleria, on the other hand, primly ducked their head (always the horns, must mind them) and inspected his living situation with a calm, collected interest. "Humans are very picky about what they find palatable conversation," they said, thoughtful.

Shu "Red eye s**t," he muttered, elbowing Aleria sharply. "I'll trade you." Leslie didn't mean it, not really, but it was...a little tempting, sometimes. Leslie shrugged a little. "You'd ******** think that'd it be easy to keep them out of trouble, but they've got minds of their own and everything. It's shitty." Aleria gave their wielder an indulgent smile. "He's merely upset that we find questionable topics...well. Topical."

Jack
"But humans themselves are quite palatable under the right circumstances," he quipped as he closed the door behind them, wearing a black grin. "Or at least, hunters are." He wasn't so sure they could be considered the same anymore.
Leslie had taken the desk chair, but Jack would have chosen to stand even if he hadn't. He also would have done the customary offer for a drink if Aleria didn't so easily hold his attention.
"May I take a few photos?" he asked, pulling out his phone. "As well as ask a few questions of my own? A friend of mine is interested in researching individual Halloween creature's strengths and weaknesses."

JackTheir laughter came in the same dual tone that they spoke in; one masculine, one feminine, the blended mix of two things together. Their features were sharp but androgynous, as was their violet ensemble. "We cannot disagree," Aleria said, smiling back. Leslie muttered something about smug assholes, and didn't bother to differentiate who he was talking about. He'd seen his golem enough-- and thought enough, and asked enough-- to not really care about what else they had to say. It wouldn't be anything new, as far as Leslie was concerned. Aleria tilted their head, black eyes narrowing slightly. "We do not wish for our information to be shared with those that are not present, or have not otherwise made an acquaintance with." Trust no one. "You may inquire for yourself, however, should you have interests in what little we may remember. Photographs may also be shared, but no further." "Who the ******** it for, anyway?" Leslie asked, not bothering to look up from his phone.

Jack went ahead and staged a few photos anyway, grabbing them at several angles as well as a closeup of their face. "Craft," he replied as he inspected his work critically. "If it makes you feel more at peace, demon, she seems to prefer your kind over Deus. It's gotten her in trouble," he said with mild reproval, the easiest way to sum up everything in one word as well as distance himself from the ******** it had caused in his emotional state.
"She's studying you more to save her a** than to do real harm, I think." He shrugged. "You'll meet her eventually, I imagine. Thought I would save you the trouble." Rather than, say, be helping her with her work.
Once he was pleased with his shots, Jack passed Leslie, opened a drawer, and pulled out a notepad and pen. "Let's start with a name and species," he said briskly, bumping it closed with his leg.

Shu Shu opened her mouth a bit and nodded with a silent "oh I see..." < Don't even think about it. It's not an acceptable option. I can tolerate a ghoul with potentials to be a hot chick, but not a grumpy seed who has nothing useful for me. It pissed me off even he says it lightly.> The beast huffed. "Z says no thanks." Yup. That was what the petite death intermediate thought. "Aleria is not making troubles? Don't worry, I've a trump card on my hands." She winked, thinking he was nice to give her the warning. The beast hurried Shu.
"Can I ask Aleria something privately?" There was a clueless flush on her face all of a sudden, with some wriggle movements.

Jack"That is hardly a comfort at all," Aleria sniffed. "Our origins are Halloween, but our loyalties lie with those that have crafted us into something both fine and dangerous. We would never approve of activities that would put the youngling's status at risk." The darkness flashed, and then they posed for the pictures without too much preening. "Feeding in a time of necessity is one thing. But to be kind to that which threatens us... it would be a folly. We know what we must do to survive. For him to survive, so that we might grow into a stronger utility." Leslie sighed dramatically. It was gonna be a while. "I'm taking a nap," he announced, and slumped over the desk, tugging his hood up and over his head. "Don't sulk, it's unbecoming." Aleria turned back to Jack, focusing their intensity back on the matters at hand. "Our name given to us is Aleria. No known surname. We are an Arctic flora demon. By definition, we were a singular demon with a host plant that served as our nervous system and a presence in our mind. Ours was vines. We do not recall much beyond that."

Shu "We are much in similar thinking," Aleria said. "It is not as if we find you unappealing, but we are preferential towards the work we've put into shaping this one." Leslie shrugged. "Define trouble. Yeah, go for it, although it's not like I won't know eventually." He pulled out a cigarette and went to go smoke for a while, elsewhere. "Be back in five." The demon turned to Shu, intrigued. "What is it you wish to inquire, little one?"

Shu Shu waved and shook her head, "Thanks for considering my feeling, you're so nice, Aleria!" She smiled with a light pleased blush on her cheeks after hugging the demon barely. Leslie got an okay gesture when he said he was gonna turn around and back, "Thank you!" Staring at his back until she couldn't see him and looked around to make sure no one was present besides a weapon golem and a petite Asian, Shu stumbled as she tried to tell Aleria, or ask them something. < Ask.> "Er - Hmm.....I-I hope you don't mind......" She bit on the gums beneath the lower lip gently, eyebrows knitted together. Still not feeling easy, the petite girl gestured the demon to bend down so that she could whisper near their ears. "It-It's not me asking! Z! Z did. Sorry if it's embarrassing - hmm - um - C-Can -Can you have s-sssex in this form?" She almost quietly yelled the last part now, face flushed as if she has a sever fever, head lowered and looked away. Her hands overlapped and rubbed against each other, like the next second she would bury her face into them. < Good job, silly.> Neeeeeeever again! /////
