I understand you have a working mobile app. I was wondering if at all possible it could get worked on some more, maybe implement connections to guilds, clans, maybe games and improve the appearance as well as clean up glitches on the app. Is that possible? Hey there! Possibly in the future. However right now we are actually working on an update to our mobile website that should be an easier experience.

In the recent weeks, there are times where it's nearly impossible to navigate, due to ads (especially the ones which re-direct to the Play Store), general site lag, etc... Reporting the ads will not fix the issue. sweatdrop It's much more than that, because they are allowing all of the ads to be so disruptive to begin with, and I also believe that contributes to the general lag. We do have some mobile updates planned! However I'm unfamiliar with that ad problem. If you have some screen shots / specific instances of this please PM me and I'll ask someone to have a look! Are you guys aware of the fact that people on mobile can't do the captchas? It pops out & people can do them for some reason. No, the Runway page ...well Gaia as a whole, is not optimized for mobile. D: Narumi Misuhara Hypnotized Furniture FeaturesHas there been an ongoing issue with the Gaia App lately? I know it's outdated and all but like, is it still being monitored for errors and whatnot? Specifically, it won't log me in at all and keeps telling me "wrong username and/or password" even when I type in extra slow to ensure I'm hitting the right keys. If you can't answer this please refer me to the appropriate contact. Try logging into the site via the browser and then logging back out, then try the phone again. It's dumb, but sometimes this works.

What are some of the things you guys are excited about doing for Gaia this year? I think we can have a great mobile app. Making the web site better will be a small and incremental process but we can have a great app right off the bat.

January 10th, 2017: Narumi Misuhara Frightened Mermaid Anon Features - Runway/CaptchasSo, right now, there's a major issue with the captchas. It happens with all captchas across the site, but I notice that it is most prevalent when voting in Runway. When voting on a mobile device, (and sometimes when posting as well), when a captcha comes up, a good portion of the time it will redirect you to another site that tries to trick you into installing viruses on your phone. Because it's on a mobile device, and because the bad captcha redirects you a million times, they can be tricky to report. Is there any way to fix this? Or are we doomed to be forever stuck avoiding certain features of the site while on mobile so as not to trigger these bad ads/captchas? We'd have to investigate and see why this is occurring on mobile. We could potentially temporarily disable captcha on mobile for Runway for now.

When using Gaia through Safari on my iphone, it has a tendency to log me out on specific pages like My Gaia. Idk if this could somehow be looked into? I'll spend some time looking into why Gaia has problems with mobile browsers. That's unlikely, for many games were written in Flash. Moving forward, games we build will be in HTML5, which should be easier to port onto mobile. If we get to refresh any flash games into HTML5 then that's also a possibility.

January 24th, 2017: Lanzer Gustaff-Z FeaturesOne of the issues that I noticed when I post on my mobile phone is that many of the captchas that I get send me to unwanted or scam sites. For this reason, often times I need to refresh until I don't get one of these sites. Is there anyway for the captchas to be better monitored to ensure these ads are taken out? I haven't gotten to it yet, as inventory was the top voted bug so I worked on it first. sweatdrop Lanzer isharewaffles idk if I can ask this, but is there any plan on fixing the gaia app? :c We're gonna build a new app altogether. February 28th, 2017: Lanzer sheepcakes Feature? (Ads)Can the small ads on mobile browsers please be removed? Not the ones on the sidebare or up under the header. The new ones, that are at the bottom. They flicker making it hard to hit the little x to get rid of them, and even when that x is hit, there's a floating and flickering ad dongle. These new ads make mobile viewing of the site very hard, as zooming in also zooms the ad or the remaining ad dongle. I don't mind a 3rd ad being put onto each page, but please for the love of god not one of these floating ads that disrupt site usage. Please let me know the URL in which the ads are showing up.
