Attack ranged: 28/23/17/13/8Masanori fell onto his butt, kicking over some fallen twigs and leaves from Hiru destructive technique. This was truly an exhausting pre-mission battle.
"Yeah go ahead, I'll just sit here and catch my breath"
Hiru returned sooner than Masanori had wanted, he knew that Hiru would want to get sooner right away.
"Yeah, I am up for continuing, but the wounds on me are pretty severe so I need to continue in a more discrete manner, running into this kind of enemies again will kind of shorten my lifespan I think"
He smiles warmly, stands up and the first smack against his butt, to dust it off - makes the earth crack behind of them and suddenly a "Leaf" ninja stood there. Of course he started spewing out s**t as if he knew Masanori. But Masanori nodded shamefully, he had not proven rather helpful at the moment. Masanori looked through the scroll before he passed it over to Hiru.
"I agree that Hiru saved me in this battle"
He stopped and looked over at the blue beast.
"Therefor I hope to make it up to him further down the line of this mission. But you on the other hand YOU owe us both.."
Masanori pointed towards Hanzo, with his brow curled and an serious tone to his voice.
"You said that you've been chosen for this mission to aid us, then stands by the side line to watch the entire fight? You make a bad first impression of a teammate"
He sighed and continued:
"I already agreed with my partner that we would continue but I think it would be best, for my own health's sake, to continue forward in a way that would decrease the chance of encountering anymore trouble."
He looked at the hole that had Hanzo had risen from.
"Can you dig a tunnel big enough for the three of us? We can stop a few clicks away from our destination and go the last bit on foot. It would certainly decrease our chances of being discovered along the way"

That guy seems pretty nice! Although he sure is a character... No real surprise though they'd send someone to check on the two missing nins who just joined.
Hiru flashes a surprised smile at the new shinobi joining the group.
Well hello there Hanzo-san! I see you certainly did your research, you just forgot to mention "former" before my qualification as a Swordsman of the Hidden Mist.
He then listens to Masanori's reprimand.
Don't worry Masanori, I'm certain he just happened to arrive while we were finishing up!
Although that wouldn't explain how he gathered so much analysis on our battle performance...
Still, I'm not sure he can make a tunnel big and sturdy enough for non Doton users to navigate through... We could try concealing our movement going forward but it would take us considerable longer to get there.
You're the one who looks a wrong move away from croaking Masanori,we'll just do what you're most comfortable with.

The first of several that I expect you shall have from here out. I won't pretend to know everything about how they do things in the Mist, but in Konohagakure we are painfully aware of the fact that death may very well be just around the corner and accept it as part of the job description." He looked at Masanori with a very intense stare and said, "However, that is not why I did not help you. Before you go on telling me what I owe you, keep in mind that you owe the entire village your life. You're head is still attached to your body, be grateful. You may even grow up and be old enough to kiss a boy one of these days thanks to the kindness of our village taking you in and throwing out all of the progress made in those goodwill missions that were sent there." He looked away and said, "And I'm not just here to help with the mission, I am here to be your teammate and to help the Hokage decide if they made the right choice in letting you two live. Soak it in, you're wanted men, you lost all right to being owed anything the moment you left your village."He turned his focus to Hiru, "Hoshigaki, you have the most combat experience here and seem to be more level headed given that you deduced that only a Doton user could follow me through the earth. I shall permit you to take the lead in this mission, or lack there off in the case that Kaiju finds himself to weak to carry on, however there is a perfectly good village close by and given the Ryo you just looted from your four naked friends I am sure that an inn stay would be a financially feasible decision to help speed along the recovery."

Distance: 120 / 240 + 3 x (d20 [10] + Athletics [26] + 20 per post) = 288 / 240 (takes 10 on all three rolls)
Fatigue DC: 3 + 9 = 12 (takes 10 on last roll)
Bounty: 50,000,000 ryo
Okay, best thing we can do right now is try to sprint ahead and hope for the best. I'll take point since I should be able to deflect an incoming attack, Hanzo-san you take the rear to make sure no one sneaks up on us when Masanori's in this state. We'll slow down to match the speed of our slowest member to make sure we don't get separated.
After making a great big smile to the two shinobis, Hiru darts ahead with great speed.
((I won't roll encounter roll since Hiru would get there in a turn))

 Inosuki YamanakaInosuki met the old lady at the enterance to town. "You sure picked the wrong end of town to wait on. It will be slower and more dangerous this way, but the scenic route might be fun."The old lady responded, her voice quivering with age. "There are some flowers that only grow in the forest on this side of town. I thought that it would be nice to pick some to bring to my friend."Inosuki nodded, "The Senju lilies?" She paused and said, " I guess it is coming up on that part of the year." She thought it might be time for introductions. "Yamanaka, Inosuki. My clan runs the local flower shop."She gestured towards the path and said , "We will take it slow and stealthy through the woods. I know a nice grove of Senju Lilies that way and it will get us there before the sun gets to high in the sky. Just stick behind me." With that she set out, looking for tracks and hoping NOT to encounter anything. 30/300

Inosuki Yamanaka((Don't need a sheet. Did Handle animal checks and passed.)) Inosuki and the old lady happened upon an old wolf in a clearing in the woods. The beast was scarred from the countless battles that it had in its life. The beast rose to defend its territory and the old ladies grip tightened down on her shoulder. "Its just protecting its home, so long as we only skirt along its territory we should be fine." The beast growled as Inosuke backed away saying "Easy now, easy. We aren't gonna hurt you boy." She led the old lady around the clearing and backed into the woods. "Good boy." She said as they walked away from the area. The old woman piped up, "Where did you learn to do that?!" Inosuki said, "I train here a lot. I've encountered that wolf before."60/300

Inosuki YamanakaInosuki heard the roar from ahead and knew that she had been spotted. Quick thinking lead her to look around and find some low hanging fruit. She picked off a few and stepped out from behind a tree to see a bear roughly thirty feet away. Inosuki threw the fruit towards the bear. The rotten stink filled the air near the bear, covering her scent as she ducked back behind the tree and lead the old lady away. (3 successful Handle animal checks) [90/300] [x]

Inosuki YamanakaInosuki and the old lady moved slowly through the forest. A sleeping boar stirred an began hunting around for them, slowing them a bit while they tried to evade, but eventually they got around it. [105/300][Avoiding encounters +37][Stealth +25]
