Has an area made specifically for trans resources been made already and I'm missing it? Cause I'd love to have a sort of master-post for everyone of reliable places to buy items they might need (binders, packers, make up) as well as passing tips, make up tutorials for specific identity needs and things like that. I know I for one have a bit of a difficult time finding things more aimed at androgyny or what to expect as a nonbinary dfab who would like to get help in the states getting chest surgery but doesn't want hormones, things like that...?

Aside from that, do we have a movie post? I'm constantly looking for queer movies that don't end terribly. I'd love to make some sort of database/post discussion type thread as well.

Oh perfect! When I get the chance I'll gather up a bunch of my own resources and slap em in there. And I'm on my way to bed, but when I get the chance I'll make sure to double check with the movies and throw out a new thread.

I'd double check with Tristan but I'd say probably the best place to post anything for media would be the Depot because it has to do with real life stuff. Not really sure on that though.

Wasn't sure if this was suggested already, but inactive members' clean-up had me thinking that maybe we would need a "in case of absence" thread where members could post stuff like "Hi I'm not being active online for one month because school keeps me super busy!"

Like some idea of the time they're away, maybe some reason for it and stuff so we don't delete anyone that would under "normal" circumstances be an active member. Or if someone hopes to contact certain member but they don't answer, maybe they could check that thread for if they're unable to get online for the time being.

The music subforum does not have a guideline as to what sort of topics are allowed there. Are you just letting us post anything music related in there for now? Do you want it to be mostly discussion?

I was thinking about starting a thread where people could link to their last.fm or other similar sites to share their personal playlists or just a history of what they have listened to. Would this be okay?

So an idea just popped into my head.

What does everyone think about having a subforum called "The Tabloids", made for the purpose of all the nonsense, bullshit and random weirdness we'd love to spout in public but would probably get in trouble for, yet don't want to leave in our dormitories or anywhere else because it doesn't seem to fit? Anything drama-related or unfounded rumor-based could go there too.

It would be the anarchy/garbage pail subforum, basically.

Also, I'd like to suggest another subforum called "The Gallery", for the purpose of making art threads, commission threads, sharing original stories and putting them on display. Sure, the Dormitory's great, but sometimes our art gets lost in all the other entries and we wish we had a thread exclusively for art related (or unrelated) to the guild. Sure, we could post it in the main Gaia forums, but where's the fun in that?

Contest threads could go there too, or maybe contest winners could share a Thread of Fame for their victory pieces.
