The demon offered a light smile to Sigurd before gently squeezing his hand. The fae tended to be a little...boisterous when it came to shage, but he knew it born from love. And he loved him back, loud-mouth and all.
"N-no. This was my idea. I'll see through it." While he had inherited his fathers gentle demeanor, he had also acquired his strong will. Besides, Iordanes just said that it wouldn't hurt. Much. He nodded at the God, a blush spreading over his face. "Yes. Please." Being a female afterwards - permanently? Oh how Cressida would get a KICK out of that.
He took a deep breath and closed his eyes for the actual shooting. No matter being told that it wouldn't hurt, it still tugged at his natural survival instinct to get shot by an arrow point blank. "I'm...I'm ready." He'd just have to trust in Iordanes' abilities.

Sigurd nodded, resigning himself to being quiet for the remainder of Iordanes' visit. This was all for Shage, that's all he had to do tell himself to keep from irritating the god further. All for his prince. They would have a family soon, he would need to be there, and not have a god mad at him, for the little one they were about to try to bring into the world.
The fae squeezed Shageki's hand gently, letting him know he would be there for him through the entire ordeal. Okay, it may have also been to pull Shage out of harms way if something went wrong. But that was such a slim chance it would ever happen. Right?

"Very well," said Iordanes. They could never really be ready, but they were as prepared as they could be. Emotionally, at least. If they were actually ready for a child wasn't his problem. He pulled back the bowstring to his cheek and let it fly.
The arrow flew true, straight at Shageki's heart. It disappeared upon contact in a puff of purple smoke, but its presence would still be felt. It wasn't painful, per se, more like an intense pressure. The changes would start soon. The internal changes would happen first, followed by the change in appearance. Shageki would make a lovely female, though it's Iordanes' opinion that everyone looked lovely in a new gender.
"You should be fully transformed by this evening. Light a few candles to make it less awkward. Good luck!" And with that, Iordanes disappeared back into the clouds.

He appreciated Sigurds hand in his own, else he might have started sweating at the thought of being completely exposed with his eyes closed. As Iordanes' 'very well' touched his ears, a pressure thumped him right in the chest right after. He gasped and took a step back as his eyes flicked open.
It wasn't bad, just more powerful than he expected. He looked down as if expecting an actual arrow, but nothing was there. Just his normal, regular chest. Did it work? He looked up at the god curiously. But the other was already explaining how it would take a few hours. "T-thank you! Thank you very much!" Then he was gone, back to...where ever gods went when not running around on the isle.
Shageki looked at his beloved, offering a bit of a smile. "So...should we go on a date to pass the time?"OOC: Did you want to fast forward to Shage being a woman?

Sigurd kept silent, fighting the urge to move Shage out of the way of the arrow that was surely going to hurt his beloved prince. And of course it didn't help that Shage stepped back when the arrow thumped into his chest. It was a sound that he wasn't likely to forget any time soon. The fae wasn't thrilled, he was downright worried about Shageki. But Shage seemed... Well he seemed as perfect as he had before being struck with an arrow that would change their lives...
"That seems like a lovely idea My Prince." He smiled, bending and kissing Shage's hand. "Where would you like to go?"
(Sounds like a plan to me Love.)

Ooc: and time passes! Bic: the change was gradual, almost unnoticeable by itself. First it was his hips that widened, then his feet shrank, his already gentle features softened as his eyelashes grew. And ever so slightly, his pecs became bigger and bigger until he had boobs most females would envy. But very early on he noticed just how different it was to be a girl, as right away when he was taking a bite of venison a piece fell not onto his lap, but onto his breasts. He chuckled, setting his fork down after their delightful candlelight dinner. "These things are heavy!

Sigurd chuckled, kissing Shage's forehead. "Would you like me to lift them for you?" The change was something Sigurd hadn't noticed terribly much. The gender of his beloved was never something that mattered. However, looking at Shageki now compared to how he was before that arrow, there was a clear difference.
The fae smiled, gently brushing the hair off Shage's forehead. "You still look amazing My Prince." Of course that name wouldn't change. At his core, Shage was still himself. Which of course meant that the two of them were in for an interesting night to be certain. "Are you ready for the drink?" He asked, curious. Sigurd didn't want to rush anything, but the god had said the effects wouldn't last long otherwise. Of course, it would just sound like he was anxious to move the night along. That would never be the case. At least not intentionally. "Or perhaps a bit more romance?" He bent to kiss Shage's earlobe, making a trail of kisses down his mates shoulder.

He laughed alongside his lover at the suggestion. "I would if that was practical." Shageki spoke as he lifted his new breasts in his own hands to take off some of the weight. He smiled warmly as the blond male. "I'm glad that I'm still...attractive to you." Now the god had said the inside changes would come before the outside, meaning they were probably good to go ahead with the plan.
It still made him a little nervous. But as Sigurd softly kissed his-her neck, his nerves seemed to fade away. "Mmmm...Maybe a massage before downing the drink?" He spoke playfully as he stretched his neck to make it easier to nibble on.

He grinned, trying not to laugh at Shage. The silent laughter was certainly shaking his body though, enough where Shageki would have noticed it though the nibbling. "My Princess, you will always and forever be attractive to me." The fae proclaimed, his hands starting to make trails along Shage's sides.
"And it is a massage you shall have." The playful grin had turned into a smoldering smile. He was far more than happy to give Shage the requested massage, and even more so to explore the body that had been transforming as the night went on.Tartara Seabreeze (I'm good with letting them have a time jump to preggo Shage if you are?)

He blushed warmly at his smile, as that look always made his mind go blank. "I love you Sigurd." He whispered as he leaned into the male, getting comfortable for the rest of the evening they had in store.When he first woke up two days after to find himself a woman still, he was ecstatic. The god had said that the effects would wear off after a day until they were successful. Which meant that they had a baby, in his -er- her belly. But as the weeks passed and his stomach got bigger as her chest and back became sore, day to day functions were slightly irritating. Soon he became too big to bend over easily, sleeping was a pain, and he found himself having the strangest mood swings.
But at the end of the day, he was always grateful to have made the choice they did. And Sigurd was the most supporting partner he could have ever fathomed.
This day started off much like any other. He got up out of bed, feeling his stomach gently as he felt a little one kick. They didn't know how many children to expect, but given the sheer size of his stomach there was probably more than one. After so long, they both knew sooner rather than later the children inside were going to want to come out. But surely not today. He started waddling over to the kitchen for breakfast, one hand on his tummy with the other rubbing at his emerald eyes.

Everything had been a bit of a change, putting it mildly. Of course the overwhelming joy that Shage was radiating, Sigurd couldn't help but be just as ecstatic. The two of them were bringing little lives into the world, and it was a decision he would never regret. Even with the constant complaints Shage had about everything being achy. The thought of it made him chuckle a little.
With a smile on his face, Sigurd was busy preparing breakfast. Thank the Guardians that Shage's family was providing so much for them right now. He couldn't bear to be away from Shage when he was so swollen with the pregnancy. The fae hummed quietly, trying not to disturb his love. There was a large day ahead of them, and he wanted to make sure Shage had plenty of rest. Guardians knew it had been hard enough for both of them to come by lately. His hips were swaying with some random tune, hands moving carefully over whatever it was he was crafting that morning, when Shage walked in completely unnoticed.

The demon grinned from ear to ear when he entered the kitchen, completely unnoticed. Look at that booty shake! She started creeping forward, and gently goosed him. "Good morning my chef!" He teased, peering over curiously his shoulder to look at what the blond was cooking.

Sigurd jumped, fluttering his wings in a response to the air. "Good morning My Princess." He recovered, grinning. His shoulder dropped, letting Shage peek. He wasn't making anything too fancy, really it was a bunch of fruit mixed together in one dish and another dish containing what looked like cooked meat.
"I have a surprise for you today." The fae turned around, gently placing a hand on his lover's stomach. "But first, how are the wee ones?" His playful grin had turned into a radiant smile, completely directed at the idea of having a precious child with his prince. That they would be on this isle so soon was shock enough to make him realize the two of them could have had this happiness much sooner.

"Looks yummy." He softly pecked a kiss on Sigurds cheek before the other turned around to feel his stomach. A surprise? He liked surprises. "I feel about to pop." He spoke dryly freely offering his tummy for the other to touch. Just in time to catch a firm kick. "Ugh...they think my insides are playtoys." But he was all but glowing as he said this. Soon, so very soon now, he could see their little feet and hands for himself. Be able to have a whole family with his knight.
And it all started on a chance encounter by the stream.
"We should probably decide on names soon, or they might beat us to the punch."

Sigurd smiled. "Lets get you into a chair then Love." His hand moved after feeling the strong kick. There was a little fighter in there for certain! "Soon they will have something to play with that will not hurt you." Sigurd kissed the top of Shage's head. He felt so bad that their children thought it was okay to beat up their mother. And then Shage mentioned names. That brought on a round of quiet laughter.
"I think your mother has already picked out plenty of names for us Shageki." Sigurd couldn't help it. Shage's mother seemed just as excited at being a grandmother again as they were about having children in the first place! Thank the guardians she was coming over later that day. Surely she would know something more than him about how far along Shage was and if he really was ready to burst or not.
