Evan started in surprise as Noemi whacked the crap out of the monster, nodding his approval as Finn quickly followed suit. He himself was still off-balance from unleashing his charge, and the hallucinations were only getting worse. HP: 19/50 Damage: probably 0 Boss HP: 9 Charge: 0/3; 0/1, 1/1

Noemi got a lungful of gas and clutched at her throat, more concerned with coughing it up then hitting things.

Finn was pretty sure he was going to die here, blinded and befuddled by clouds of noxious gas. Instead he continued to be the most bad a** moon in the world and nearly killed the thing that was still attacking them. Whatever it was. HP: 10 Damage: 7 Boss HP: 2 Charge: 2/3 1/1, 0/1

Noemi didn't seem to be holding up too well and Evan started looking for a way to get her, at least, out of here. No reason why all of them should die because of his shitty rolls. HP: 11/50 Damage: haha Boss HP: Charge: 0/3; 0/1, 1/1

O M G Finn don't die.
Noemi swung lightly, hitting something that caused the gas to stop. She grabbed her pendant, managed to somehow grab both Evan and Finn and chanted the incantation out of there.
Then she took a deep cleansing breath of deus air.

The gas finally stopped, as if a switch had been hit the moment Noemi had swung or stabbed or whatever it was that she'd done. The effects of the gas, however, still lingered, giving all of Finn's surroundings a more than slightly surreal feel and overall appearance. He still felt dizzy, sick, and above else, weak. He felt an almost overwhelming urge to sink down to his knees and gag, repeatedly. But Noemi managed to grab ahold of him before that could happen, and within seconds he was back on Deus soil, coughing and gasping for air that wasn't going to make him hallucinate. He managed to stay on his feet, but just barely, his legs visibly shaking under the strain of staying upright. His eye had closed while he waited for his head to clear, and when he finally spoke, his voice was rough and hoarse, and his throat felt sore. "So was that it, then? Did we kill it?" Whatever it even was.

Evan almost wasn't aware that the gas had stopped; sound was still distorted, reality kept wavering in and out. He staggered on his feet as the fog slowly dissipated, squeezing his eyes shut to try to get his bearings back. The world snapped back into stark, startling relief as Noemi teleported them all back to the lighthouse. The choking gas was immediately replaced by warm, salt-scented air. Colors seemed almost too bright, too real. Most importantly, he could breathe without feeling like he was going to choke on it. He took deep, greedy breaths of air and had never been so happy to do something so mundane. "I think so," he panted. "s**t, I hope so. Good work." Even if they hadn't destroyed the source of the gas, no one could deny that they'd done their part.

Noemi coughed again, clearing her throat. Her cough was followed by a series of sneezes though.
"Bless me." She mumbled and then stood, "I didn't want...want to stay if not." She breathed out, moving over to Finn and checking him over first. That inner nurse training. "Will you be okay Finn?"
Her gaze went to Evan next, "And Evan? Do you want to go to infirmary?"

Evan shook his head, his breathing slowly leveling out as he got used to breathing real air again. "I'm good," he insisted. "Everyone else okay?"
